I shop from their pop-up at the Pasadena's farmer's market on Saturday mornings. I have been getting scones from them for many years now and I can say they offer besides absolute deliciousness, they offer consistency. Every scone tastes exactly as it has since the first time I purchased one. I love the chocolate walnut I love the peach and strawberry, which is pictured, and I love everything I've ever had from them. It's always fresh and delicious. The service is friendly and comes with a smile and the ambience of the farmers market overall is fun, vibrant and uplifting. I highly suggest getting a scone from them when you are able to. Another victim of shrinkflation. Super sad to say that I won't be buying these anymore after years of being loyal customer. They are close to half as big as they used to be and are now $7 a pop. Small and cute little scone place!!! I got the raspberry chocolate scone and my friend got the tri-berry scone. The raspberry chocolate is really good if you really like chocolate. But i think i prefer more of a fruity taste so i liked the tri-berry one more. That one is also the most popular one, so it was warmer and more fresh, probably because they make more of them since it's so popular. The scone in general were super good! Each were only $3!!! I wish they had more variety on coffee to go with it, but a cup of coffee was only $1.5! The place itself is really small, it was kind of hard to find because there's no sign on their building. But it's a small little place once you enter the plaza. They also have a lot of different types of granola which i heard are really good. Would definitely come back and recommend! read more

I have wanted to come here for a while due to their cute name and my love of unique bakeries, but never get the chance because they close at noon. So, I was thrilled when my boyfriend brought me home a big bag of their scones. The Chocolate & Raspberry was my favorite of the bunch. Packed with juicy raspberries and semisweet chocolate, every bite melted in my mouth. I loved the Tri-Berry as well, which was not too sweet, and filled with a generous heap of strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. Update: came today and there were only 2 scones available - both currant and Walnut. Got it just because I was really craving their scones. But when I got home, it was as hard as a puck and almost too hard to eat. Only kept a star because of how friendly the service was. But disappointed at the inconsistency of the product. Very much a hidden gem. If it wasn't for Yelp, I definitely would've never walked in here. The outside is pretty drab and even when you walk in, the front counter looks pretty plain. At first when I came in, no one was there and there were no scones in the display case so I got worried that maybe they weren't stocked. But just around that empty case was a big bin of 5-6 different scones. I opted for the chocolate walnut (mostly because I don't like fruit scones) and also got a tub of plain granola for future breakfasts. I'll update when I try the granola but the scone was delicious. Perfectly crumbly but moist with really solid flavor that didn't taste artificial or stale. I do wish their coffee selection was more than just one thermos of French vanilla but I think the baked goods really make up for it. It's honestly hard to come up with a good scone. Truth be told, I haven't step afoot in this place. Hell, I haven't even sampled their homemade granola that everyone seems to rave about. I will tell you that I've had their scones on two different occasions now. I'd also like to state that I have never been a scones fan. People tried to convince me that they are the new hype, so much that it has been featured on Starbucks' menu for some time now. Still, like an unmovable object I stood my ground. That was until my associate, Antonio Papa Lou Gambino decided to bring some to work. His offerings were these delightful scones that came piping out of the oven. I almost felt like he was bribing me in exchange to go leave a dead horse's head in a poor soul's bed. These scones are heavenly. Hard and crunchy on the outside, yet uber warm and soft on the inside. The bakers have perfected the bake time and temperature. The triple berry was oozing out the minute I sawed right into the scone. Be prepared to make a Dexter inspired mess. I was told they also have it in chocolate but for now I'll stick with the antioxidant flavors. I plowed through a scone and I instantly knew that I was going to crave it again in the near future. Luckily, Lou came through again recently and hooked it up the second time around. I'm really worried that he wants me to go put a hit on a rival in exchange for these divine scones. One scone should keep your appetite at bay for some time. I can't fathom a meal after pulverizing through one. Kudos to you and your gut if you're still hungry after that Sconeage scone. Whenever I think of scones, I imagine them shaped in a triangle and pretty dry. Here, they're nothing like that. They are shaped like patties and pretty moist on the inside. I've always struggled to make it here because they are only open till noon. I recently got to try their chocolate chip walnut and pumpkin white chocolate scones. So yummy, thumbs up for both of them. I travel the 10 miles it takes me to get here whenever I can, or whenever I'm near long beach. Their scones are easily one of the best snacks. Chocolate Walnut and Chocolate berry are my two favorite scones. My only complaint I have with this place is that they always seem to run out of the chocolate walnut, and they always have tons of Tri-berry. Don't get me wrong. Tri-berry is also a very good scone, but Chocolate walnut steals the show. Also, it would be nice if they offered lattes, but regular coffee is all you can get here. This place is a gem. I love their scones...drove up from the Irvine area to get some this weekend only to find that they also come to the Farmer's Market at Mariner's on Saturday! I'm still glad I made the drive...because the scones are amazing. I don't really like scones because I have a problem with their texture, its usually too hard. But from here...the outside is nice and crunchy sorta and then soft inside. My favorite is definitely the tri-berry...its just loaded with REAL berries! Second would be the strawberry peach...also amazing. Granola is bomb. Its not chunky though, if that is the kind of granola you like.
