I wanted to go to this location because I knew that parking wouldn't be an issue. Kelly picked up and answered the phone in the most professional manner. She did get a visual of what I was asking for and was kind and helpful enough to tell me about the other styles. Told Kelly I would be there very soon and was greeted by Kelly. They allowed only two people in at a time because of social distancing. I got to see touch and feel the difference between the butterfly and 3pc razor. It's a lot different seeing things in person than just ordering online. I ended up picking up the butterfly with the longer handle. They had tons of reusable items and refills for sale. I can't say enough about Toni's professionalism and efficient communication in the weeks leading up to and on our special day. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and concerns at any given time, and I appreciated that she was always ready with suggestions and troubleshooting ideas- but not in a pushy way. She truly cares for her clients and takes the time to understand ones vision and goals for their event. I love flowers but I do have some sensitivity to certain varieties and she reassured me that I would not have to worry about dealing with allergen triggers. My baby shower would not have been the same without all the lovely hand selected blooms she provided (we went over preferred color schemes weeks before). On the day of, Toni was very self-sufficient and pro-active, setting up very quickly (as well as breaking down her equipment at the end). She was so well-prepared and timely that she even stepped in to help me finish setting up as the first of my guests trickled in! Without me even having to ask. So thankful for her empathetic and kind demeanor. MOST IMPORTANTLY, my guests absolutely loved the concept of being able to create and take home their own mini bouquet bundles! I'm really disappointed with my experience. We drove all the way from the Mid-City/West Hollywood…read morearea to the Long Beach location, only to find out they were sold out of cinnamon rolls. The employee suggested we try the Seal Beach location and even told us to call ahead. We called twice no answer the first time, and the second time the phone was off the hook and just rang busy. Since we were already out there, we decided to drive to the Seal Beach location anyway, hoping they still had some available. We got there around 9:10 PM, even though their posted closing time is 10 PM, and they were already closed. What made it worse was that someone peeked out from the kitchen and didn't acknowledge us at all no explanation, no apology, nothing. It's really frustrating to go out of your way, follow their suggestion to call ahead, and still end up with no communication and an early closure. Closing almost an hour early and ignoring customers at the door is not okay. I was really looking forward to trying the cinnamon rolls, but this experience completely turned me off.
