It was a VERY hot day, but the team never let it show. They were very respectful of my items and my space. Pride Moving did an amazing job; we had 4 movers that showed up on time and got right to work. Max was also quick to answer any questions I had. They worked tirelessly for 8-9 hours and were able to fit all our big furniture (including a piano, heavy elliptical, multiple couches, TVs, armchairs, dining table, desks, etc) and our many boxes into 1 big truck. They made sure to carefully wrap everything so nothing was damaged, and were very patient in answering our questions. They were very careful in loading, unwrapping and re-assembling everything at our new house (I could tell they were trying not to bump any doorways or scratch the walls with the heavy furniture which I appreciated). They were also accommodating when we asked them to rearrange a few things at our new place. The prices were also reasonable (especially if you pay in cash). They took down my information and I got a call back from Garrett, who was very professional and was able to schedule a team of movers for 9 am this past Sunday. He took down my payment info, charged a $100 deposit, and told me he'd call to confirm 1-2 days before the move. The Friday before, he called me back to confirm whether we were still good for Sunday. I said yes and he said the movers would be there around 9 am, and that they'd call me up to an hour before that to let me know they were on their way. I wake up super early that Sunday, excited to finally be moving into my new place. 9 am came and went, but I heard nothing. Eventually I called back, had to give all of my information again (it was like they had no record of me anymore?), and they said I'd get a call back. About 20 minutes later, a man called me to let me know that "a couple of the movers" didn't show up (um, thanks for letting me know? Why did I have to call to hear this?) and that he was looking for replacements. As he was about to hang up on me, I said, "wait wait, can I get a time estimate please?" He said, "at least a couple of hours" and hung up. A couple of hours came and went and I heard nothing. I tried calling him back but he wouldn't take my call and never called back in response to my voicemails (I wasn't rude or anything). So I called Spry again, had to give all of my information once again, and they said they'd call back. Another hour went by, nothing. So finally I call AGAIN and leave another message. I let them know this was urgent, that I HAD to be out that day or I couldn't do my job the next day (I work from home and half of my stuff was at each place, and not in a usable state), and that this would have serious financial consequences for me. I finally hear back from a woman that I would later learn worked for a different moving company (so they must have contracted it out, but they were apparently happy to take credit for the other company because nobody informed me of this), and she got me taken care of. By this point it was almost the end of the day and I would have been absolutely screwed had I not called repeatedly and absolutely INSISTED that they honor their contract with me. Absolutely horrible experience. If you look at this company's reviews, you'll see that the positive ones are largely from YEARS ago, so that five star overall rating doesn't mean much anymore. However great they may have been 3-7 years in the past, this company will make your already stressful move an absolute nightmare today. I recommend looking elsewhere.

My parents were empty nesters, and childhood bedrooms had turned into storage units for endless amounts of clothing, and other items that had accumulated over the years. Denikka & Joshua Maly were energetic, and delightful to work with. They worked non-stop for 2 days, 8 hours each day, to help donate, dispose of and organize pretty much every item. It's not something I could have done by myself without taking a month off of work. They helped me go through an enormous amount of clothing, furniture, and old knickknacks, and sorted things into piles that were easy to keep track of. They also packed up some old china with great care and expertise. They even scheduled the local charity for a pickup! They were supportive, considerate, patient and fun throughout the entire time. At the end of it all, the formerly scary-cluttered house was perfectly organized. Old beds were broken down into mattresses and disassembled frames. We had many, many big garbage bags full of items - some for the landfill, some full of clothes to donate - a great deal of flattened cardboard, and all the old furniture cleaned and polished, gleaming, for the local charity. Yes, Denikka & Joshua not only emptied all those old dressers and shelves, ** they polished them. ** My only regret is that I can't give them ten stars. D-Clutter gets my highest recommendation.

Booked 24/7 to do the work. They showed up on the scheduled day about 8:30 am and we did a walk thru, showing them what was going and what was not. moving from a 4 bdrm to a 2 bdrm takes some downsizing. They started right in, wrapping, filling boxes and moving them out to the truck. Taking apart the furniture that needed it and moving it out to the truck. They are definitely good at their job. It took them till 10:30 at night to get it all packed and stowed in the truck. They were prompt on delivery day too. Showed up at 9 am . started unloading and putting together furniture and placing it where requested. Took till 4pm before they were finished with their part of unpacking . Great job! I highly recommend this company. They are prompt, polite and very good at their job.

The person who booked us was very responsive and answered all our questions. The movers they sent were friendly and handled our stuff with care. They wrapped our furniture and took apart some of the bigger items and reassembled them when we got to the new house. They seemed to genuinely want to help. I honestly despise moving and I can't comprehend how these guys do it on a daily basis. Worth every penny to not have to do it ourselves.
