New to this location...actually out camping and came here to get some relief from the heat and grab a cold drink. And why not catch up on my Yelp reviews! Looking from the outside I wasn't sure if there would be a lot of seating inside. To my surprise there is a good amount of seating. Most of the table are bar height with just a couple that are regular. It is very clean store, good window lighting and cute decor. Service was friendly and quick. They have their food display filled with many delicious looking good eats! My drink for the day was a grande caramel ribbon crunch. As mentioned service was quick, so I was able to enjoy my delicious drink right away. The actual parking lot for Starbucks is quite limited, but has shared parking in the big strip mall. I have never been to this location before and the parking lot is a tad busy with a weird narrow one way in and one way out the little parking area. You cross over the drive thru to enter the store, unless there's another main entrance I may have missed as this was the first time visiting. Store was clean and well organized, it's rare to ever have more than one register open and manned so I was pleasantly surprised they had both open. I was able to snag the last cherry blossom tumbler and the last matcha tumbler I wanted, as well as a bag of my favorite protein popcorn. Emiko was the barista checking us out, she was very chatty and friendly. We didn't get any drinks, but I appreciate that she asked and I had enough loaded on my gold card to cover my entire purchase, so it's a good day for me! read more

Yes, it is a major chain but it served a purpose and therefore I award it 4 stars. When our power was out for nearly 24 hours we woke up early and was in the need of coffee and charging our cell phones. This Starbucks has a great drive through and serves strong coffee in very large cups. It also allowed us the ability to stay in our vehicle while allowing us to charge our phones. Service was good and the huge coffee was pretty outstanding which helped lead to a 4 star review. read more

I love how they're open super early 4:30 in the morning right when I have to go to work they work really fast and I love the fact that the employees are always high energy even early in the morning and write cute little messages on the cups. My local Starbucks. Right down the street from my house, I go to often. Line moves quickly and they usually have someone outside for the peak hours. Customer service is always great, kind baristas and managers are always helpful if needed. Coffee is always good, food is always hot. Never had an issue. I would never leave a review for a Starbucks, but tonight, I feel I have to. My experience at every Starbucks is usually the same every time. But not tonight. I have the nicest, kindest, prompt, and most enjoyable experience tonight. I think her name was "Wally" as I got a glimpse of her tag. She had all the right answers, and my order was on point. I ordered a bunch of coffee and pastries, and she even included things I would've usually forgotten. Stoppers, sleeves, straws, etc. Having an office party early in the am, I would've been screwed. Wally totally had it covered. And this was all in the short span of going thru the drive thru. Talk about being on top of it! My son is a regular customer for this location along with couple more Starbucks locations in town. He was sick last Tuesday and order a drink for himself for me to go pick it up for him. When I picked up his drink and take it home, he said it was the wrong drink . This happened to him one more time in one week period. First time it happened. they were very nice replaced the order apologized and told him he can keep the wrong order after making it right. Now the second time I tried to call them because I didn't wanna go back another 15 minutes out of my way to tell them that if I can get the right order the next day or when I'm out there, but their phone did not work. I tried five times . At one point phone was answered and hung up immediately when I arrived there I told them about the issue and their phone is not working but she treated me like I am a nuisance. Never said "I'm sorry "or anything grab the drink from my hand rudely , fixed an another one and threw at the counter with an attitude .When I went back home my son said she did not fix the drink right there wasn't enough flavor and that wasn't the same drink that it was ordered. I didn't want to go back again . I called the customer service line and emailed customer service at Starbucks . By the customer service associate I was told District manager will give me a call within 2-3 business days but It's been over a week. Nobody called. Nobody cares. I guess if district manager doesn't care about the customer service, I shouldn't be surprised about the store associates attitude.This is the fastest way to lose your customer. I've been to this location about 4 times in the past 2 weeks and every time I go the employees have been super nice . This place is a joke when I pulled up the entire staff except one girl is playing grab ass. When they finally get moving this is how it went I paid for a quad shot and while my cup is filling with the shots the girl pulls the cup out and puts the sleeve on the cup. Literally my money down their drain. I brought my own cup in and they wasted a cup cause the girl does not give a shit and did not read the order. When I got to my office it was not extra hot, and Not a quad or even a triple shot.
