Came here for dinner with the girlies. Service is amazing, food is amazing, the restaurant is spacious. We came a little early and they were able to accommodate. I had the short ribs which were really good and some vermicelli that was shared. My friends said the pho was delicious. Over all had a great experience!

I came for dinner on a saturday and there was no wait for a party of 4. I came after skiing and the pho was very comforting. The service was pretty fast and the interior wasn't overly decorated, but it felt clean and there were a lot of seats. I wouldn't say this is my favorite pho, but there was nothing wrong with it -- the broth was savory and umami, meat was a little tough, and the noodles were slightly soggy.

The food at Square Lotus always hits the spot - whether you're in the mood for pho, summer rolls, or stir fried noodles - but I want to upgrade my review to 5 stars for their exceptional service. The employees here are super helpful and really know how to provide great service. I recently came in a big group and they pulled together some tables and chairs for us and were very patient with our multiple rounds of orders. They even looked out for a latecomer to join our party to put in his order of pho at the right timing. I also appreciated them pointing out the automatic group charge that was in our receipt. Thank you for providing a great time for us and can't wait for my next meal here!

The servers were polite. The prices are on the higher end compared to similar places. $11.50 for most of the appetizers (rest are $17) is too high imo as I'm eating by myself. I wanted to get spring rolls but for almost $12? Pass. The atmosphere was nice, good location. They bring you a credit card machine and hold it while you decide how much to tip which imo... is impolite and coercive. I ordered yellow curry. It was quite good, but I still don't understand why it comes with potatoes when you get rice with it. Double carbs , I should have switched potatoes with another veggie. I would come back with a friend, but eating solo I'd pass. They don't have salt and pepper on the table, you have to ask for it.

Stopped in for a quick bite on a Friday afternoon. Left very happy. Was pretty busy - the staff looked harried but they were very efficient. I got the seafood egg noodles and the better half was in the vermicelli mood so she ordered the House Special vermicelli. Both were savory delicious. I loved the scallops so I would have been happier to have a few more in the serving. The location is convenient to us and has great parking as well so I'm sure we'll be back for more.

Great Vietnamese restaurant with robust vegan options. Almost always busy but almost always able to get seated quickly. Good for groups of all sizes. I'm a fan of all their vegan food options. Curry pho vermicelli vegan meats papaya salad. About ~ $18 a dish Last but not least great customer service!

People wanted Vietnamese food so I tagged along. Walking in there's plenty of seating & light music playing. People talking kinda loud but not too bad. I ended up ordering the Pork Chop Plate & Chicken Fried Rice. Pork Chops were good & Chicken Fried Rice was decent. People I was with loved their food. If you're in the area swing by.

- delicious square lotus curry - Another visit here! I've finally decided to try their square lotus curry with chicken ($17), and it was delicious. There were red pepper, green pepper, basil, eggplant, peas, carrots, and your choice of meat in the curry. I especially love the eggplants in the curry, and I thought they tasted even better than the chicken. It even made me order an eggplant dish from another restaurant the next day lol. I finished the whole bowl of curry for the first time without needing to take any leftovers home, and I love that they don't charge extra for brown rice. To

Service was both swift and wonderful for lunch today. And the food was amazing. Started strong with the Tropical Roll, the inclusion of the Mango within each roll was very unique (and tasty). Following up was the Sweet and Spicy Chicken (3-Star on the spice), very good, very filling and had a nice kick to it. And finishing off with the Vietnamese Soup. A nice warm touch to a cold day. Ambience started off calm, but as it was lunch time, it did fill up relatively fast. But even with a lot of people, it wasn't overly noisy or loud, which was nice and a little surprising for a Sunday Afternoon. Overall, had a wonderful experience. Hope to be back in the future!

I love the food every time I pop down here for lunch. The staff handles the lunch rush very well, so I try to sneak in here just after that so I can get a table easily. The pho is delicious, and the fresh rolls have a really great crunch to the lettuce.

Square Lotus Curry ($17)

Square Lotus has resided in Factoria for as long as I can remember, offering Vietnamese and vegetarian fare. Their menu actually has two full pages of vegetarian options, so there's plenty for everyone to select from. Five of us came here for an early dinner one Saturday around 4:45P. In addition to pho and vermicelli bowls, they have a few other noodle dishes and a variety of entrées served with rice. All the menu items are intended to be a single serving. That said, the portion sizes are pretty substantial for an individual, but on the smaller end if you're sharing between multiple people. Nevertheless, we still decided to eat family-style! + LEMONGRASS CHICKEN ($17): White meat chicken, bell peppers, onion and broccoli were coated in a fragrant lemongrass sauce that was savory with some notes of ginger. Although a flavorful dish, the chicken was on the dry side. + SIZZLING HOT POT ($19): A clay pot filled with Japanese eggplant, bamboo shoots, mushrooms and fried tofu in a thin gravy. I loved the eggplant and wish the pot contained more of it. As someone who eats meat regularly, I found this to be a tasty dish for being completely vegetarian. + SQUARE LOTUS CURRY ($17): A green curry with bell peppers, eggplant, peas, carrots and basil with our protein choice of chicken. Sadly, the flavor of the curry was weak and I tasted mostly coconut milk. This said, it also didn't have any heat whatsoever. + SEAFOOD SOFT EGG NOODLES ($19): A noodle stir-fry with shrimp, scallops, squid, carrots, broccoli, snow peas, cabbage, celery, white onion and bean sprouts. The noodles were cooked perfectly and lightly flavored with oyster sauce. I enjoyed the variety of vegetables and how they retained some crunch. This didn't contain much seafood though; it was all gone by the time I got my serving. + VIETNAMESE RICE NOODLES ($17): Rice noodles stir-fried with eggs, broccoli, celery, carrots, snow peas, cabbage and bean sprouts, garnished with crushed peanuts. I loved this dish! The sauce was balanced between salty and savory... these noodles were addicting. We ordered it with beef which was sliced thin and tender. Service was good as the waitstaff is very attentive. However, it seems that all the servers tend to all tables. They share in the responsibilities of taking orders, serving, refilling water, etc. This said, we were asked three different times if we were ready to order and I had to ask three different servers for a box for our leftovers. Perhaps they could benefit from each taking a section of the restaurant.

I love love love this place.Their tofu sour soup feels like a hug in a bowl. As a vegetarian I appreciate the special veggie menu and loads of veggies in every dish. Even the fake meat has flavor and isn't bland like most places.Service is friendly and very efficient. Ambience is cozy perfect for both lunch and dinner. Highly recommend if you are craving something healthy and tasty

When I arrived, the restaurant was about 1/3 full. The place was pretty quiet and didn't seem very lively, but there were others that showed up after me so that seemed pretty promising. The server sat us down but didn't mention about the QR code on the table so I sat there for about a min or two before I noticed. The whole menu and ordering was done all on your phone for the whole table. Not very much interaction. We ordered the spicy BBQ chicken skewers, the stewed beef rib noodle soup, and the normal beef flank noodle soup. The order came out relatively fast. The spicy BBQ chicken skewer was not what I expected. I was expecting a skewer like a kabob, but I received a few skewers with what seems to be thin pieces of ground chicken. The flavor was alright, but the chicken was VERY dry, which made it hard to enjoy. My stewed beef rib noodle soup wasn't bad. I got it with normal sized noodles and some beef flank on the side. The noodles were fine, but the soup could've been warmer. I was expecting a hot bowl of soup. The flavor was lacking a little, but it became much better after I added some chili oil. The rib meat wasn't bad. It had a a couple bites that were a tad tough but the flavor was kinda there. Honestly the extra flank pieces I had were better. Much better overall and it was pretty tender. I didn't really try my friend's bowl, but she got her soup with wide noodles. They were a bit wider than she expected. She made note that her noodles did seem undercooked and they had a slight doughy chew to them. She said it would've been better if it was cooked a little longer. Overall I enjoyed my soup. There are some things I would change, but I think it was a good first experience for something I've never had before.

This is closer to a 3.5 than a 4, a decent experience…read more I came here a couple weeks ago for lunch and have been curious about the place since it was in the same area as Zhangliang malatang and had a good amount of people inside. The space is small and a little narrow, so seating can be pretty limited. My parents and I were lucky enough to grab the last table, and we ordered 4 items: the dry noodle with scallion oil and braised pork chop, the secret dumplings, large wonton, and salty soy milk (dumplings and wonton aren't pictured). I was most curious and most disappointed by the scallion noodle and pork chop. The portion size seemed too small to justify its price point, and I felt the pork chop tasted dry. The noodles however, had a great flavor, so if I were to try the place again, I'd only go for the scallion oil noodles. The dumplings were amazing. They were a little pricey but worth the cost, and worth the restaurant name. The dumplings were larger than most dumpling places I've been to, and the meat and soup inside were super flavorful. The wontons were also good, though it can't beat the pan fried dumplings. The salty soy milk was a very unique experience- it was thicker, rich and flavorful than other salty soy milk soups that I'm used to. It almost has an umami, seafood-ish taste to it. Though I'm not a big fan of soy milk, I enjoyed this dish more than expected! After our meal, we got to choose some magnets to take home, which was a creative and sweet gift. For the overall price point, I don't think I'd be coming here regularly for a meal. I may drop by for choice items like the pan fried dumplings!

We would both recommend the pan fried wontons way over the pan fried dumplings. There is plenty of parking and you just have to walk in and order with a QR code and then pay at the front when you're done. I didn't try their noodles as they seemed a bit expensive. I would return for the tea egg and wontons!

Noodle Nine delivers a genuinely authentic dining experience that feels like stepping into a slice…read moreof everyday Asia rather than a polished, commercialized version of it. From the moment you walk in, the cultural atmosphere stands out--many of the patrons are Asian, and on my visit, a few were even dressed in traditional garments, which added a vibrant, lived-in feel to the space. It's the kind of detail you can't manufacture, and it speaks volumes about the restaurant's credibility within the community. The interior itself is fairly average--nothing particularly modern or upscale--but it doesn't detract from the experience. If anything, it keeps the focus where it belongs: on the food. Service was a bit of a mixed bag. There were only two servers handling the floor, and they were clearly stretched thin. Ordering is done digitally, which helps streamline things, but you can still feel the strain during peak times. That said, the food started arriving quickly--our tofu noodle dish came out almost immediately, while the beef dish lagged behind a bit. Presentation leans traditional in a charming way. The plates and chopsticks have that classic, no-frills aesthetic that complements the overall vibe of the restaurant. Now, let's talk about the food. First, a word of caution: spice levels here are no joke. If you're sensitive to heat, you'll want to dial it down. But if you can handle it, the flavors are absolutely worth it--rich, bold, and deeply satisfying. The tofu was exceptionally soft, almost silky, and clearly freshly prepared. The noodles matched that texture perfectly--tender, well-cooked, and comforting. Pricing is another strong point. For the quality and portion sizes, it's very reasonable, making it an easy spot to revisit without hesitation. Overall, Nine Noodles is a great pick if you're looking for authentic flavors, a culturally immersive atmosphere, and solid value. It's not about fancy decor or polished service--it's about good, honest food. I'd definitely come back.

It's always busy around mealtimes, but luckily there are plenty of seats, and we rarely have to wait. We also order takeout from here pretty often. For our most recent order, we got two personal combos (main + appetizer + drink) through a Chinese app, which frequently has discounts. I'm a big fan of their takeout containers--they keep the noodles and soup nicely separated. The takeout bag is super sturdy, and the popcorn chicken has just the right amount of spice to really hit the spot. That said, I'd still recommend dining in, because the food is easily about three times better. I also think the portion of popcorn chicken is more generous when you dine in. Plus, if you finish the soup, you'll be very full. My go-to order is the fatty beef tomato soup with rice (I know, I know--it's a noodle place, but I like it better with rice). My husband always gets the original Yunnan rice noodle. We've tried the golden soup version, but it's just not as good. The prices are reasonable... well, reasonable for Bellevue .

I think there was one waiter that was helping out the entire store. This was already off to a bad start. I go ahead and order the combo along with a few other stuff from the rest of the group. So the food starts coming out as expected which was good. Then the appetizers got stuck in prep. Which I was like ok that happens it's busy and they might be understaffed. But then I had to ask for the drinks so already it's off to a bad start. The drinks came and felt watered down. So let's talk about the food real quick. Its ok. But after the third time coming I have noticed a decrease in the quality of the paired dishes and the amount you get. Also there was a strong feeling of over teasing with a lack luster flavor profile. So to add the final straw, we were all done and had to wait 15 minutes for the last side dish to come. I tried getting it canceled or get some credit but the chaser said no and so we waited. Could have been much better in all aspect.
