I hired this company based on their overall positive reviews. The first cleaning was great with 2 people here for 4 hours. There were some things that I wish were done a little different, but not a big deal. On the second cleaning however, it was a different crew and they scratched my custom glass shower doors. Upon seeing it I immediately reached out and sent a couple of pictures. They told me they would get back to me and they never did. I've been using home cleaners for a long time and the shower doors have never been scratched before. They respond fast and were able to do a next day cleaning. The woman arrived on time and the person on the phone was nice. I noticed several things she missed and asked her to dust the fan and she dusted one fan and seemed in a rush to leave but I thought this was because she'd run over time or had to go to a next appointment so I tipped her and she left quickly. When I told the woman on the phone she didn't clean the fridge and other things she was apologetic but told me the fridge wasn't on the checklist so I checked the checklist they sent and went around to the things on the checklist and as you can see from the pictures the other things on the checklist were not clean... The worst part is this is a move in cleaning. So there was no furniture she had to work around and no furniture to clean! For 3 hours with no furniture everything should be clean. I thought they'd offer for someone to come back or money off a next cleaning but they didn't offer anything except apologies. read more

I had a deep cleaning for my 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home in Washington DC. The home is about 1400 sq ft. The good: The customer service was very good. I contacted them through yelp, received a very quick response, answers to all of my questions, and the service was booked for two days from the time I booked. So I felt that was excellent. I didn't mind placing the deposit, and really liked the fact that I could pay online. Everyone was very responsive and nice. The actual cleaning products smelled very, very good. I love them. The bad: First, I feel like they should provide an in-home consultation. Because they give you a time frame, and an hourly rate. For example, they gave me rates for three hours or four hours. I assumed that they knew how long it would take to clean my house based on the description of the house I gave them and their own experience. I suppose it wasn't enough because... They missed so much! For a deep clean, I expect the clean to be deep! They missed an entire bathroom, and it's the bathroom on the main floor of the house, closest to the front door. I don't understand how they could miss that. It's a half bath, and they didn't even touch it. They did not take out the trash from the kitchen, which I feel like is a basic service. I have never had my house cleaned and they did not take out the trash. When they were leaving, they had trash bags piled next to my front door, and one of them said to me, this is all trash, as if I was supposed to take it out. I pointed them towards where the outdoor bins were. They cleaned the inside of my refrigerator, the front of the doors of the refrigerators, although they missed some spots, but did not clean the handle parts or the insides of the doors that you can see when you open them. They also did not clean under my sofa at all. The rest of the living room floor is clean, but there is a clear line of demarcation where the dust starts under the sofa. Overall, it was a very mediocre deep clean. Like, it was fine, but either they should schedule longer deep cleans or just clean more deeply. The price was great though. I ended up going with this service because they provided the best value. read more

I truly appreciate the work the cleaner did in my rental unit. I was preparing for a new tenant, and she made it BRAND NEW. I have had the unit cleaned 2x before, but apparently, they didn't do what she did. I didn't think she would have enough to do in 4 hours because it was an empty apartment. I was WRONG! When I stopped by to check the work, she was cleaning spots that apparently weren't touched before by the previous cleaners from another company. The communication with the company was STELLAR. I requested a deep cleaning six months after a long illness and a home renovation. I'm also disabled and have ADHD, so I was a little nervous about the state of my home. Ify and Olamide arrived 15 mins early, cleaned my home from top to bottom including the microwave, oven, refrigerator, baseboards and trim. They even swept and mopped my back porch, which I wasn't expecting at all! I asked for 4 hours of service bc it was a big job (construction dust and dust bunnies everywhere) but the ladies needed 2 extra hours, which I was happy to pay after their administrator called to check if the additional time and money were okay with me. The price was VERY reasonable compared to other services in the area (some were at least $100 more expensive for just 2.5 hrs of service). I highly recommend this business and will definitely be using them for regular service moving forward. read more

The woman stuffed so many trash bags in the trash chute that it clogged up the chute from the second floor to the dumpster below. When I requested them to take care of it, they said unless I had video footage of the person putting my trash in the chute, I was out of luck. They told me I was lying. They also left dog feces on the floor and cleaned the inside of the microwave with bleach. Too bad. If you use this company, make sure you videotape EVERYTHING they do, or they'll call you a liar too. read more

Would absolutely not recommend this company. I reached out to them on Tuesday to schedule a cleaning for Friday, 9/5 as my mother-in-law was coming into town and we wanted to have a stress-free week leading up to that. The cleaners were scheduled to arrive between 9-9:30am on Friday, which was perfect because our mother-in-law was scheduled to arrive that afternoon and we were told it would take roughly 4 hours to finish the cleaning. Around 10am, they still had not arrived so I reached out to them to inquire about arrival time, as my mother-in-law would be here around 3pm. Stella informed me that they were on their way and would be there shortly. I waited another 15-20 minutes and called again when they still hadn't arrived. This time, Stella told me they were in the neighborhood but their Uber had gone to the wrong address. I was confused by this, as there is really no way to get lost in our neighborhood as these are townhouses that are clearly marked. Also, our neighborhood is small and it would take only a few minutes to walk over if they had the wrong address. I told Stella that I was expecting guests at 3pm and was increasingly worried that they would not be able to finish in time as we have a 2 BR 2.5 BA townhome, and she assured me they were right around the corner. Another 15 minutes went by and they were still not here, so I called again. Stella said that they were outside, but there was no one to be found when we walked outside. Around 11am they had still not arrived, and it was at this point that I asked for a refund. Stella did not want to give me my refund and began arguing with me, stating that the cleaners were just arriving. She then sent me a photo of a house that looks nothing like the houses in our neighborhood, saying this was the house that they were outside of. I'm not sure if they went to the wrong address or found this image from Google Maps, but it was not our home or similar to any of the homes in the neighborhood. After going back and forth, Stella did eventually refund me my deposit, but this experience left a very poor taste in my mouth. We spent the rest of our day frantically cleaning prior to the arrival of our guests, which completely negated the point of hiring a cleaner. This was supposed to be a stress-free experience, and it was made even more stressful due to the poor communication, poor time management, and poor customer service. read more
