(I am writing my second or third review because I see Yelp took down my initial review - I'm not sure why.) When I need to have my house cleaned on a different day or need someone to can clean the apartment we used to rent out below our home, they always respond quickly and almost always can accommodate the request. They charge a bit more than other cleaning services, but I am happy to pay more for knowing that the staff is treated well, with health and other benefits such as paid leave, and the services are consistent and high quality. I'm pleased to hear they've expanded to other cities. We need more businesses like this!

I wanted a deep clean before I started moving all my stuff in, putting it in the cabinets, etc. Scrubbies gave me a competitive quote right away and were very responsive. I chose to go with them over the competitors. The service itself was great - the ladies cleaned my 1br for about an hour and a half, and left before I was back (with my permission). I got home and while parts of my apartment were clean, the inside of the fridge, the inside of the cabinets, and the baseboards had not been cleaned. I called Scrubbies, as they had requested feedback, and expressed my disappointment that perhaps I had a different expectation of "deep clean" than they did. They immediately said they wanted to rectify it and would come out the next morning to do so. Then the owner called me as well to apologize and said they would take care of it. Kendra came out the next morning and addressed everything I had asked about. I think perhaps what I expected originally was not on their "deep clean" list, and I may not have conveyed what I was looking for 100% clearly, so for them to then go above and beyond really made an impression. I noticed several things she missed and asked her to dust the fan and she dusted one fan and seemed in a rush to leave but I thought this was because she'd run over time or had to go to a next appointment so I tipped her and she left quickly. When I told the woman on the phone she didn't clean the fridge and other things she was apologetic but told me the fridge wasn't on the checklist so I checked the checklist they sent and went around to the things on the checklist and as you can see from the pictures the other things on the checklist were not clean... The worst part is this is a move in cleaning. So there was no furniture she had to work around and no furniture to clean! For 3 hours with no furniture everything should be clean. Then from there he increased the rate again significantly the night before the appointment stating that it was because I didn't do a cleaning last month. I was away for work for a few weeks so I obviously wouldn't need a cleaning but I did try to book them that month in question and they weren't available before my trip so I opted to have them come after my trip which is why I couldn't book them last month. Felt like they were extorting me and putting me in the last minute situations knowing I had no other option to be fulfilled in time.

I moved out of my 2bed 2 bath condo and needed a deep cleaning service asap to have it be ready for renters to view. When I called, Manuel was incredibly professional and informative, and was able to slot me in for the next day. I opted for the move in/move out deep clean service and left specific directives over the phone of what areas needed special attention, mainly my laminate wood floors which had some white caked on dust from a rug pad that had been on the floor for ten years and left white residue that needed a bit of extra cleaning to get off. The three cleaners that came were very nice and did a good job except for the following: My sink did not look like it had been cleaned with stainless steel cleaner and was did not look clean. My white quarts countertops also did not look cleaned with the right cleansers and I had to go over them again with a magic eraser. The main problem was the floor. I pointed out there were several areas that still had white powder on them. I pointed it out and even got on the floor and started to rub them with the magic erasers. The cleaners saw me doing this and when I said they should give it another pass they didn't and just left. I had to spend another 30 minutes going over with a magic eraser. When I called to let Manuel know, he told me the service had been completed and offered no solution. I insisted that me having to do it myself means the service had not been completed and asked for a discount. They offered me $20 off of a $320 dollar service and then when I saw my receipt the next day there was no discount. All in all, I would not recommend them as the customer service is nowhere to be found. As a first time customer I should have been offered a free clean or a larger discount for services not completed. Look elsewhere for your cleaning services. Bright home Solutions doesn't look out for customer satisfaction.
