She moved in the home in July 2025 was she claimed that her credit was very low hers and he is but as a business owner, she would make sure that the rent got paid every month if I took a chance on her which I did. They paid the rent for about three or four months several times it was late and then they stopped paying rent. The rent was $4940 and I had to take her to court and this man, Richard Snyder, who owns 911 water restoration claiming that he's a mold expert. I don't know if he is or if he's not all I know is they don't pay rent. They are not to be trusted. Took Court about 5 to 6 times before I got them out of there. They were determined to stay at my house, which is a model home located at 141 Coachman Circle in Stafford VA 22554. You can look it up. They decided not to pay rent and try and drag it through the courts. I went straight to get me an attorney, the attorney talk with the courts and saw what they were trying to do and shut it down. I have filed whatever paperwork I need to get them off my property right now they owe about $27,000 while she's walking around here claiming to be an expert at doing business professionally she can't even pay her own bills. Neither can demand she shacked up with. As another black female, I expected more of her and took a chance on her being that she was a young black female but a lot of times you can't let BUSINESS getting away of your actual judgment. They had a realtor that they defraud it out of about $1500. That was helping them find a place that they fired to keep from paying. Her name was Antoinette TYNER. This has been a very horrible situation for me and a very bad experience. I typically only rent to military, and now I see why I had made that judgment prior to military make sure to maintain their homes and make sure it's taken care of in a timely manner. You never have to worry about that rent being late. All this young girl did was look for ways to defraud the system and try and make a come up off of someone else's hard work. When I asked to get out of my house several times, they refused and tried to hide behind different avenues of the legal system, which finally failed them. Fingers crossed they will be out of my house in 2026 May and I filed an injunction to keep them off the property. I hope that nobody else ever runs into Renita Dunnington because clearly by her ratings you can see that she is very sloppy with cleaning peoples houses and taking care of her business in a professional manner. And so is this guy she shacked up with Richard Snyder. While on the way out of court, he told me I would never get a penny from them when I ran his background. He had a background where he had been convicted a fraud I should've known right then to stay away from these two but a lot of times you want to give people the benefit of the doubt you can't do that to everybody clearly, I see that now. Again, if you're looking to use these two companies which is Mary Poppins, LLC Cleaners and 911 water restoration I would run very fast get on Thumbtack and find someone who has rave reviews that can come in and do the job and do it in a professional manner and who also takes care of their bills. These are just characters who will screw you over you don't believe me check the information. I post facts not fiction. Run when you hear the names Ronita RONNIE Dunnington or Richard Snyder they are FRAUDSTERS. The proofs below. I would not trust them anywhere near my home. Prior unnecessary cost included: 3+ weeks of fans running, etc. Cleaners did not clean thoroughly & blinds were dirty from construction work & property owner had to re-clean areas. Suggestion: Avoid using Toepfer for repairs. The company did not accept responsibility & the actions are common in reviews. If Toepfer is assigned, please Do not allow contractors work @ your home without the homeowner present.

The quality of Toepfer's work in the building was terrible. They painted walls incorrect colors, damaged floors and appliances, communicated timelines poorly, and whiffed on small details (such as returning cabinets with the correct number of shelves). I would never use Toepfer again for another project as it has been a constant time suck getting them to resolve the constant issues that have occurred.
