The meh: Their dusting was just ok - a lot left in the blinds. The ugly: They turned my side table around to clean behind it, and things weren't returned to the state they were in. The drawers were facing the bed so they wouldn't open, the power cord management box was behind the side table vice beside it, lamps were unplugged. Also, we have those "Indows" plexiglass window inserts for sound isolation. They pulled one of them out (to clean the window i guess) and managed to scratch the plexiglass in the process - about a 4-5" gash, and did not put the indow back in. I mean, I thought they didn't do windows anyway? Why wouldn't they ask how it worked or if they should clean the window? I think if I were to have them back I'd have to supervise, or set expectations for them not to touch windows and to return things the way they were.

They reached out by text and through the app and were available to answer any questions I had. I chose their available time frame and unfortunately they showed up later than anticipated. However, when the two maids showed up and started working immediately and didn't rest. At this rate I felt I was the one being lazy so I started cleaning right alongside them in another room. They were friendly although I wish they took more care with some of the items. Like in my kitchen, instead of moving things over in an orderly manner, she just kind of tossed everything in an area to clean. So some things spilled out due to this. But aside from that, the place was left sparkling and spotless. They do have a maintenance price when you want them to come back to maintain the home. I fully intend to use them again.

However, I only utilized their monthly services once. Almost did it again but Leticia's lack of professionalism caused me to look for services elsewhere. Plus, as you can see from the photos, the service provided was not great, even after I gave them grace. The deep cleaning in June was supposed to include all the bells and whistles - stairs, walls, baseboards, etc. Leticia promised the world. Unfortunately, what I requested wasn't delivered. After the "deep cleaning," I noticed so many untouched and uncleaned areas. At first, I tried to ignore them but everywhere I looked, I saw filth that I'd paid to have cleaned. I sent Leticia pictures and she sent the girls back the next day. Even after their second visit, many of the items weren't addressed or cleaned but by that point, I was tired of people being in my house. Fast forward to last month, I try this team again - just for a monthly cleaning. The cleaning is okay at best - list of missed spots and a lack of attention to detail but again, considering that you never know when this team will show up or leave with more than a tiny bit of notice, I was just ready for them to go. Especially since before they arrived, Leticia texted me and told me to put my dishes in the dishwasher. Wtf? Fast forward to yesterday. Surprisingly, Leticia reached out and provided only three dates that were available for cleaning this month. I confirm one but note another day would work best. She was curt and told me that they were booked. Fine. I started exploring other vendors as I have multiple properties and would prefer to work with someone who can flex a bit more with my schedule. I submitted a request through Yelp - obviously, it was routed to several businesses, including this one. So what does Leticia's bitter and unprofessional self do? Take a screenshot of my Yelp request and send it to me. When I confirmed it was me, this woman - not knowing which property I was requesting for and why - tells me she's putting my confirmed appointment on hold and she'll let me know if they're not too busy to come. As I texted her back shortly after: GIRL, BYE. The services provided were subpar. The service was terrible. And Leticia, let me tell you something: if I want to hire 27 different cleaning crews to clean my home, I can do that. It's MY HOUSE. I own it. In fact, I own multiple homes. You mad because I started looking elsewhere after you and your team left filth in my house and a bad taste in my mouth? Stay mad, ma. Wouldn't recommend this company... at all. Sorry...but my experience was much different than the other reviews. Maybe it was just the crew I got but they left a LOT to be desired (and cleaned !!) They arrived on-time and I showed them around at what I wanted to have done. I specifically told them that there had been some renovation work done in my condo and I wanted a very good dusting of everything because I had guests coming to stay with me. Because I wanted the place to be really clean, I paid extra for the "deep cleaning" and the "move in / move out"...which according to their website would have them "pay more attention to details (make your home look brand new)".......I seem to remember my place looking much differently when I moved in ! I wanted to stay out of their way so I went out and ran some errands. When I returned about 90 minutes later they said they were just finishing up. One of the ladies walked me around a few places and showed me the work she had done (primarily in the living room and back bedroom). I could also tell they had cleaned the kitchen area and stove. What I saw looked fine and I made the mistake of assuming that the rest of the place had received the same amount of attention...boy was I wrong. Apparently the lady showed me the only places they did pay any attention to. After they left I found many places that had not been dusted at all (primarily picture frames on walls and objects that were on shelves). What really got to me was that I also found several areas where they had basically wiped down the front "easy to reach" places on shelves but made absolutely no effort to pick up items and dust under them, or even dust between items....just a quick swipe along the front of the shelf and that was it. I also found the guest bathroom mirror was wiped down, but that streaks remained all over the mirror (almost like they had used dirty water or something to clean it). In addition, the master bath shower door looked like had been sprayed with some kind of cleaning solution but no effort had been made to clean it off of the parts of the door that were close to the floor. One whole corner of the master bedroom wasn't touched. Admittedly I had 5 or 6 rolled up posters in the corner and I did not move them out of the way. I guess I just expected that they would be moved by the crew.....but there were no instructions or guidelines provided to me prior to the crew getting there that I needed to move any objects that were in the way of areas I would like to have cleaned. Yes...I can be faulted for not looking at everything in fine detail before the cleaning crew left. I made the bad assumption that my whole place was cleaned as well as the areas I was specifically shown. Lesson learned.

Their service is consistently excellent. They get every crumb, leaf & sticky spot out of every corner of every room in our home. While the service is not cheap it seems to be the going rate in this area, and I have no regrets about paying for the service. The owner has not raised the rates on us since we started a year ago. Timing. The cleaning team is very reliable - they've never canceled on me. There have been times when they've needed to change the time frame on a particular day, but that was communicated to me as soon as the need to adjust was known. When we raised concerns on several occasions, the attitudes of some team members worsened rather than improved. During subsequent visits, staff made condescending and inappropriate remarks, creating an uncomfortable work environment. There was also an incident of petty theft that was caught on camera. When we confronted the company, the item was returned, but no meaningful action or accountability followed. On multiple appointments, teams arrived and claimed "nothing needed to be cleaned" and attempted to leave without performing services. It became clear that the company did not take our concerns seriously or care about maintaining professional standards. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience, and we would not recommend this company for office cleaning services. (Update) And they are lying. I have many emails showing proof of theft and the team acknowledging the theft, of the conversations with the team of them returning the stolen items. These guys are scoundrels.
