We needed a cleaning to make the condo presentable for sale. The Radiant team made the place look, ... radiant!

It is hard to find a cleaning place with good attention to detail, but the three cleaners sent did an outstanding job. Will schedule again!

Adding another review as it's been awhile since we used Radiant's services due to COVID. We wanted to wait until we were both vaccinated. We are back on the regular schedule now, but requested a full premium cleaning which includes a lot of the detail cleaning I haven't focused on (baseboards, dusting, windows, etc.). The crew of four worked very efficiently and were thorough in all the spots. My husband and I are still working from home, so we moved around when they had to come into our office spaces, no problem. Very communicative and flexible. Masks and booties were worn as well. FYI if you are a regular customer, they leave a basket of towels and certain cleaning tools (brushes, sponges) at your place which is great. read more

Update: The owner of Radiant reached out to me to explain a little more about their pricing structure and why it is designed the way it is. It was very helpful information, and she was incredibly polite in her outreach to me. She also offered to address my concerns. She also mentioned that while the example I gave (cleaning out the tracks in the sliding glass doors) isn't typically included, it would have been something they would have done, if I had asked--especially since there was extra time remaining. So, for those booking Radiant's services--there's a tip for you! If you wind up with extra time, and there's something additional you would like cleaned, just ask. It can't hurt, and Juliet is incredibly accommodating. I would certainly use Radiant's services if I ever need a house cleaners again. read more

The best experience with a cleaning crew ever in my life! They were very detail oriented and it was a joy working with them. The whole process from inquiry to the actual cleaning was great. Looking forward to using Radiant on a recurring basis! read more

We we're first time home buyers and had our house cleaned prior to moving in. The cleaning crew were all professional, kind, and did a good job cleaning the entire house. I was most impressed with Juliet's customer service. She was very pleasant and accomodating over the phone. I really appreciated her prompt responses throughout the process. I was a satisfied customer and reccommend Radiant Home Cleaning to anyone looking for a cleaning service. read more

Everyone from the person who did the first walkthrough, scheduler, and cleaning team was very friendly and on top of their things. Cleaning team was punctual, friendly, and did a thorough deep cleaning. I was very happy with the service :) read more

I've been had their economy monthly cleaning package for 5 months now, and I couldn't be more pleased! Since it's their most basic recurring service, I didn't have high expectations going in especially since I'm used to other companies' higher tiered packages. Radiant Home Cleaning has blown all those other companies away, and at a much better price! The differences: 1) Radiant's cleaners always arrive right on time at the very start of my scheduled appointment window. Other companies would schedule a big window of time but arrive either towards the end or after the scheduled appointment window. 2) Radiant's cleaners always remember my requests from previous visits and check with me when they arrive to see if I still want the same things. 3) Radiant's cleaning is impeccable! Truly flawless. With other companies, I would usually find a few areas that were missed or overlooked. I always assumed I just had standards that were too high or a budget that was too small to afford what I wanted. But Radiant always cleans what I want, exactly as I want. If I find a surprise afterwards, it's that they took extra care in a difficult area or got out a stubborn stain that I had given up on. If I had one complaint, it's that scheduling an appointment through the online interface is tricky. A few times, the system sent me an email saying the time I scheduled online was no longer available and it cancelled my appointment. Then, I have to call. Fortunately, when I call, the company is very responsive and immediately gets me rescheduled. I wish the online scheduling system was more reliable, but the cleaning service is so good that I'm content to deal with it. read more

We have had 2 cleanings with Radiant so far and hope to stay with them for awhile. The first, was the initial "deep clean" and the second was our biweekly (that will continue every 2 weeks) cleaning. The crew was courteous, efficient, and thorough. Scheduling and specific services can be done online which is really convenient. Highly recommend. read more

Pre- COVID Radiant kept our house in top-notch shape. Last week we resumed service and were delighted. The team wore masks and was as efficient and pleasant as always. House looks wonderful. I highly recommend Radiant! read more

I've been using Radiant Home Cleaning for more than a year for monthly cleanings of my home. The price is probably higher than I could get elsewhere but the cost is worth the service. They are flexible in scheduling, communicate effectively via email, text, or phone, and the cleaning team does a very thorough job every time. read more

We just bought a home and wanted to get a good cleaning for it before we moved in. I contacted a bunch of different cleaning services and Radiant Home was the most reasonable and convenient out of them all. Juliet responded immediately to my questions, and I appreciated that I could book the day and time online. Also, it's super convenient that they have an online portal where you can pay via credit card (and also include any tips), reschedule, or make any changes to your service. None of the other cleaners I contacted had that! Juliet and her team arrived right on time and did a great job. They were very thorough, and not to mention quick. I had expected to block out my entire day, but they finished so much faster than I thought (while still doing an amazing job). At the end of the cleaning, Juliet also gave us a walkthrough to show us what they did. I highly recommend using Radiant Home! read more

When asked to find a first class cleaning service for my boss's home, I contacted Radiant Home Cleaning Service on a trial basis. JC and Ulga did an outstanding job with meticulous attention to detail. With that performance reviewed my wife and I contacted Juliet for providing the same service in our house. We recommend this service to anyone interested in a professional, best in class cleaning service. Contact Juliet and tell her that Mike Hammer said you can't go wrong by engaging Radiant Home Cleaning. read more

Radiant Home Cleaning Services sent out a professional team, they did an excellent job cleaning my home. Thank you.

I'm not sure what's taken me so long to write a review - I've been using Radiant Home Cleaning's services for just over a year and they've consistently done a great job. They try to send the same person over each time, which we really appreciate. Mika is prompt and works quickly and efficiently. This is such a little thing, but I also really appreciate that I can schedule and reschedule online rather than having to call if a date suddenly doesn't work. Overall, I highly recommend! read more

The response time for setting up an estimate, to confirming an available team, to the teams arrival at project start was spot on! The team introduced themselves. Kept us in the loop of their progress every step of the way so I had an idea of when they anticipated finishing. I actually had to step out for a bit and I felt 100% comfortable leaving the team alone. I shopped around pricing before picking them, out of the 8 company's I connected with, they were by far the highest priced for apples to apples services but the deciding factor for me was availability, flexibility, and responsiveness. Those factors made me comfortable with my decision to hire them. I would definitely recommend them and use them again! read more

Wonderful service! Reasonable price with easy online scheduling and payment. Team arrived on time, very professional and upholding all safety measures (masks). Work performed was quick but thorough- no issues! read more

I used Radiant Home Cleaning for a move out cleaning. This is the second time I've used this company and have been very happy both times. They're prompt, thorugh and very detail oriented. My house sparkles! read more

This was my first time hiring cleaners and it was such a smooth process. Right of the bat, Juliet was quick to respond to my quote request. Not only that but she was great at communicating and answering all my questions. The cleaners did a great job making my apartment look spotless! When I came home from work, I was so excited to see everything cleaned so well. Will definitely be using them in the future! read more

The team of cleaners were on time and professional. Cleaned the entire home and left it looking spotless. I'd recommend this company and would work with them again. read more

I got quotes from several different cleaning services. Most wanted me to pay up-front to schedule a time and charged 2.9% extra for a credit card payment and would not accept checks. Radiant did none of those things. Juliet was great to work with, they showed up on time, did a great job and were the lowest priced for a full cleaning. I'll definitely use them again! read more

Juliet and her team are amazing! We have been using Radiant Home Cleaning Services for a while now, doing monthly cleanings of our house, and are so happy with the job this company does. Every time they come in they are on time, finish the work quickly and the house looks great! The online portal is also very convenient. I would recommend Juliet and Radiant Home Cleaning Services to everyone in the area! read more

Wonderful owners, very thorough. Did a complimentary walk-through prior to the first cleaning. Excellent crew, very personable. Did a great job. Definitely a quality business. read more

So...I was looking to have some move-in cleaning done and found this company on yelp - good reviews, let's give it a go. I was disappointed with the service given how positive everyone else was. It is convenient that you can pay and schedule online and the owner was very responsive to questions. The cleaning itself was so-so. I asked them to pay particular attention to the bathrooms - especially the tiles and floor. They swiffered the floor. I mean, if that's your definition of a deep move in clean - then you'll be satisfied. I found myself scrubbing the corners and floors of my kitchen and bathroom after they left to really get in the crevices. They are probably fine for a light scrub, swiffer, and dust job, but if you want a deep down clean, I just didn't feel that and for what I paid, it should have felt cleaner. read more

I was in the process of moving and the management company for the home I was renting required professional services. This put me in a crunch due to COVID virus restrictions and no options, so I Googled home cleaning services and several companies appeared along with Radiant. Initially, I contacted two vendors prior to Radiant, and never received any correspondence. Then I contacted Radiant and immediately I encountered professional and courteous service! I explained the situation to them and they informed me that they could take care me. They briefed me about numerous options available to me while explaining whether those options would be viable or not. Initially, I was going to select a more expensive option, but upon receiving their detailed briefing it was determined that I didn't require it. Without question I decided to select Radiant's services to conduct the cleaning of my home, On the day of the service the Radiant staff contacted me to inform me of the team's location and arrival time. Needless to say the staff arrived 20 minutes earlier fully prepared to begin services. They conducted a thorough inspection, and provided me an outline of everything they planned to do. They asked me if I had any issues and concerns and assured me they would handle everything! Upon completion the staff conducted a walk-thru with me and everything was immaculate! I was very impressed with the organization as whole from initial contact with the receptionist to my interaction with the cleaning professionals! Definitely a top-notch organization I would recommend to anyone! read more

I have only used home cleaning services for moves before. I have been thrilled with the service and results from Radiant Home Cleaning. JC & Elsa do a wonderful Job on every visit and I am just so happy in the house once they have been through. I would highly recommend using this company. read more

Can't say enough about Radiant Cleaning Services. We recently signed up for the Economy recurrent cleaning twice a month and are very pleased. Juliet worked with us to delay starting till after our vacation and to comply with our requested day of the week and time. Her communication, competence and professionalism is far above other companies that we've used. Yesterday was our third cleaning and the quality is top notch each time. Karina was here yesterday and I understand that she will be assigned to our home unless something comes up. We were very pleased with her friendliness and thoroughness. Radiant Home Cleaning is different from most companies in that they will try to assign the same single cleaner to your home. (or two if you request that because they will complete the cleaning in less time). I appreciate that they offer to let you keep the box of cleaning cloths and other supplies that they use in your home. Yes, I have to wash the cleaning cloths but I prefer to do that and know that the cloths are clean and only used in my home. I definitely recommend Radiant Home Cleaning Services. read more

Outstanding work. I have never had my house cleaned so well. I appreciate the detail oriented approach of this company. They are very upfront with their pricing and offer several options depending on what fits your needs at the time. read more

The cleaning crew was on time, very friendly and professional, and did an outstanding move out cleaning. The smell of dog was completely gone and no trace of dog hair remained. Would 100% use them again if I was still in the area. read more

Very Professional and Great Cleaning Service! Worth every penny! Very nice and honest staff! Thank you so much for doing an EXCELLENT job!!

Juliet & Crew are as good as it gets. Not sure how she manages to be at all places at once, but she answered the phone when I called, and squeezed us in (even though she was very busy at the time we needed...) and she also led the team that actually cleaned our house. She also answered questions and responded to concerns. We needed a good deep-clean for our move-out after being here for 2+ years with 3 kids. Radiant Home Cleaning was worth every penny. If you're on the fence, treat yourself to this service; you won't regret it. read more

We love Juliet and her team at Radiant Home Cleaning! They always do a great job and are extremely nice and helpful whenever I have a need to reschedule or cancel. Right now we have recurring monthly cleanings and it works very well for our family of three with one small dog. read more

I struggled with whether I should write a review or not. After much pondering, I decided that I would. After much back and forth with this company and it's the owner (and another individual)--after much planning and discussions--after I fully vetted the entire business--I chose to go ahead and hire them for my cleaning services. They have a very professional website, etc. To be 100% fair--the cleaning crew did a really great job--and I have absolutely no issues with their work...with the exception of one detail. The did not make my bed. At all...I chose the "Custom" (not economy) service which includes "making 'one' bed" (how ridiculous is that...one bed.) I didn't even get THAT much. But, that's not even the issue. I was really upset when I walked up the stairs to my bedroom and found that they did not even make up my bed. I personally changed the sheets the night before--all they had to do was MAKE IT UP. When I brought this fact immediately to the attention of the "owner" of this company, she promptly refunded my money and told me that I was "not a good fit for their company" and would be returning my key. All because I was upset that they did not make my BED??? I've stewed about this long enough. I have already hired another professional company--and they are flabbergasted as well that this happened. I did get a clean house because this person did a "knee-jerk" and refunded my money instead of rationally talking me off the ledge and offering me a "discount" off the next service. Ridiculous. Tread lightly when hiring this company. They are very specific with what they will or will not do. If it ain't on their list--they ain't doing it. "Juliet and her team" may be amazing for some, but the way "Juliet" handled this situation was just plain wrong. I was the customer...I was not unreasonable by expecting my bed to be made up. She was ridiculous to do the knee jerk. Just be prepared when dealing with them. Thanks read more

Radiant Home Cleaning Services - this is what I walked upstairs to. Kinda hard to miss the fact that it's not made up - Home Cleaning Near Me

I highly recommend Radiant Home Cleaning. Juliet responded to my initial voice mail promptly and scheduled a time convenient for me. On the day of service, she called when she and her crew were 10 minutes away. After their initial assessment of our home, Juliet gave me a time estimate for completing the service. Juliet and her team are friendly, courteous, and professional. The quality of their work was excellent! I will definitely use their service again. read more

I've had a few cleanings with this service now and I've been very happy with the pleasant crew and the quality of their work. Arranged for "move out" services for a condo in Lorton VA. Juliet and the team are awesome from start to finish. When scheduling she emails with available dates and is super responsive to communication. They arrived in a timely fashion and after surveying our home and cleaning priorities got right to work. Their cleaning was impeccable. They were more detailed than any other cleaners we have ever had in our home - moving every single item on the floor around to clean, moving around magnets on the fridge to clean, cleaning all blades on ceiling fans to sparkling. I have been so impressed and will definitely continue to use. read more

I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone, including family and friends. Juliet and her team are dedicated to the work they do and it is clearly apparent that they take pride in the way they run their company. If you hire Radiant Home Cleaning Service you can expect superb and timely customer service, extreme attention to detail, and some smiling faces at your door. Their pricing is reasonable, their work is efficient, and they will work to find a time to come clean that works for you. I have a very large dog who sheds very much and Juliet and her team have been amazing in helping me contain the hair and pet dander from taking over my house with regular cleanings. Bo is always SO happy to see his "friends" when they come through the door...and what can I say? You gotta trust a dog's judgement. These are good people. read more
