It is hard to find a cleaning place with good attention to detail, but the three cleaners sent did an outstanding job. Will schedule again!

Adding another review as it's been awhile since we used Radiant's services due to COVID. We wanted to wait until we were both vaccinated. We are back on the regular schedule now, but requested a full premium cleaning which includes a lot of the detail cleaning I haven't focused on (baseboards, dusting, windows, etc.). The crew of four worked very efficiently and were thorough in all the spots. My husband and I are still working from home, so we moved around when they had to come into our office spaces, no problem. Very communicative and flexible. Masks and booties were worn as well. FYI if you are a regular customer, they leave a basket of towels and certain cleaning tools (brushes, sponges) at your place which is great. read more

Update: The owner of Radiant reached out to me to explain a little more about their pricing structure and why it is designed the way it is. It was very helpful information, and she was incredibly polite in her outreach to me. She also offered to address my concerns. She also mentioned that while the example I gave (cleaning out the tracks in the sliding glass doors) isn't typically included, it would have been something they would have done, if I had asked--especially since there was extra time remaining. So, for those booking Radiant's services--there's a tip for you! If you wind up with extra time, and there's something additional you would like cleaned, just ask. I've been had their economy monthly cleaning package for 5 months now, and I couldn't be more pleased! Since it's their most basic recurring service, I didn't have high expectations going in especially since I'm used to other companies' higher tiered packages. Radiant Home Cleaning has blown all those other companies away, and at a much better price! The differences: 1) Radiant's cleaners always arrive right on time at the very start of my scheduled appointment window. Other companies would schedule a big window of time but arrive either towards the end or after the scheduled appointment window. 2) Radiant's cleaners always remember my requests from previous visits and check with me when they arrive to see if I still want the same things. 3) Radiant's cleaning is impeccable! Truly flawless. With other companies, I would usually find a few areas that were missed or overlooked. I always assumed I just had standards that were too high or a budget that was too small to afford what I wanted. But Radiant always cleans what I want, exactly as I want. If I find a surprise afterwards, it's that they took extra care in a difficult area or got out a stubborn stain that I had given up on. If I had one complaint, it's that scheduling an appointment through the online interface is tricky. A few times, the system sent me an email saying the time I scheduled online was no longer available and it cancelled my appointment. Then, I have to call. Fortunately, when I call, the company is very responsive and immediately gets me rescheduled. I wish the online scheduling system was more reliable, but the cleaning service is so good that I'm content to deal with it. read more

I was in the process of moving and the management company for the home I was renting required professional services. This put me in a crunch due to COVID virus restrictions and no options, so I Googled home cleaning services and several companies appeared along with Radiant. Initially, I contacted two vendors prior to Radiant, and never received any correspondence. Then I contacted Radiant and immediately I encountered professional and courteous service! I explained the situation to them and they informed me that they could take care me. They briefed me about numerous options available to me while explaining whether those options would be viable or not. Initially, I was going to select a more expensive option, but upon receiving their detailed briefing it was determined that I didn't require it. Without question I decided to select Radiant's services to conduct the cleaning of my home, On the day of the service the Radiant staff contacted me to inform me of the team's location and arrival time. Needless to say the staff arrived 20 minutes earlier fully prepared to begin services. They conducted a thorough inspection, and provided me an outline of everything they planned to do. So...I was looking to have some move-in cleaning done and found this company on yelp - good reviews, let's give it a go. I was disappointed with the service given how positive everyone else was. It is convenient that you can pay and schedule online and the owner was very responsive to questions. The cleaning itself was so-so. I asked them to pay particular attention to the bathrooms - especially the tiles and floor. They swiffered the floor. I mean, if that's your definition of a deep move in clean - then you'll be satisfied. I found myself scrubbing the corners and floors of my kitchen and bathroom after they left to really get in the crevices. They are probably fine for a light scrub, swiffer, and dust job, but if you want a deep down clean, I just didn't feel that and for what I paid, it should have felt cleaner. read more

Can't say enough about Radiant Cleaning Services. We recently signed up for the Economy recurrent cleaning twice a month and are very pleased. Juliet worked with us to delay starting till after our vacation and to comply with our requested day of the week and time. I struggled with whether I should write a review or not. After much pondering, I decided that I would. After much back and forth with this company and it's the owner (and another individual)--after much planning and discussions--after I fully vetted the entire business--I chose to go ahead and hire them for my cleaning services. They have a very professional website, etc. To be 100% fair--the cleaning crew did a really great job--and I have absolutely no issues with their work...with the exception of one detail. The did not make my bed. At all...I chose the "Custom" (not economy) service which includes "making 'one' bed" (how ridiculous is that...one bed.) I didn't even get THAT much. But, that's not even the issue. I was really upset when I walked up the stairs to my bedroom and found that they did not even make up my bed. I personally changed the sheets the night before--all they had to do was MAKE IT UP. When I brought this fact immediately to the attention of the "owner" of this company, she promptly refunded my money and told me that I was "not a good fit for their company" and would be returning my key. All because I was upset that they did not make my BED??? I've stewed about this long enough. I have already hired another professional company--and they are flabbergasted as well that this happened. I did get a clean house because this person did a "knee-jerk" and refunded my money instead of rationally talking me off the ledge and offering me a "discount" off the next service. Ridiculous. Tread lightly when hiring this company. They are very specific with what they will or will not do. If it ain't on their list--they ain't doing it. "Juliet and her team" may be amazing for some, but the way "Juliet" handled this situation was just plain wrong. I was the customer...I was not unreasonable by expecting my bed to be made up.
