Not only is this incredibly easy to schedule, but the quality of work that they do is fantastic. Before discovering this company, I felt like I was having a mini meltdown about how "dirty" our house was every couple of days. It was so hard to keep up with the mess and pet fur especially with a new baby in the house. I was on the fence of getting a cleaner but am so glad I did. I have it scheduled for every two weeks and look forward to the days they come and clean. Shout out to Team Luz for always doing such an amazing job!! read more

I chose this company because of the great reviews, and unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing. I booked Spekless a month ago for a deep cleaning. I live in a 3 level townhome. The cleaning was booked for just the main and top floors, but was still over $300, including $30 for an oven cleaning. I'll start with the positive- customer service and communication was great - responsive and friendly. I was told the deep cleaning would take up to 3 hours. I was home to greet the cleaners and left my husband home while I ran an errand. My husband called literally an hour later and said they were done. I rushed home to check the work and found visible mold/ dirty in the shower, which is the ENTIRE reason I called a professional service. My stove cleaning was also not completed. I reported what I found to customer service and sent pictures. They apologized and scheduled for the cleaners to return - TWICE. They canceled each time, and in the end, never returned. I was granted a $30 refund for my oven and $20 credit for my next service. I would NOT recommend this company and will not return to book any additional services. Beware. UPDATE 9/29/26: Spekless Cleaning contacting me after my original review and offered a complimentary cleaning - including an oven cleaning. Yes, it would've been great to receive the proper service the first time around, but I truly appreciate their efforts in finding a resolution and it showed how much they value the opinions of customers. I'm adding 2 more stars to my review. read more

I needed deep cleaning / post-renovation cleaning on short notice and I was impressed at how responsive and helpful Spekless Cleaning. Even though I reached out on a weekend holiday evening and looking for next-day availability, I was able to speak with their team on the phone and book something immediately. Booking was easy and communication was seamless. I can see why they have such great reviews! read more

I had a great experience with Spekless. From initial call, scheduling set up, flexibility to meet quick schedule constraints, promptness to the job site, and after job follow-up, everyone treated me like my job was very important. Team Lesly did a very thorough and timely move-out cleaning on a difficult older vintage house. Upon entering after cleaning, it was instantaneously evident that the house was fresh and all areas tended to. Details matter and they obviously do to Spekless. Highly recommended. read more

I am absolutely blown away by the deep clean that Spekless performed on my home! The plan was simply to have my house cleaned in anticipation of guests visits. The result was SO MUCH more. In addition to making everything look better than when I moved in (awesome baseboards, tub, and stove cleaning) the team made some adjustments to my space that made a real difference. They recommended for instance, moving my trash can to the other side of my kitchen for easier reach, and now I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm also very impressed by how professional and respectful the team was. This was the first time I've invited cleaners into my home and I was nervous about what the experience would be like. All the worries were nothing because I couldn't have had a better experience. read more

Five Stars! They did an absolutely amazing job! They took incredible care cleaning my collectibles and display cases--everything looks spotless and beautiful. On top of their fantastic work, they were so incredibly nice and friendly throughout the entire visit. I couldn't be happier with the service and highly recommend them! read more

Very responsive and they do a great job. I have used Karen's team mostly and they are consistent. I've had other teams as well and never had an issue. I went from monthly to every two weeks. Recommend if you're looking for a cleaning service. read more

We'd leave 10 stars, if we could! Our entire experience with Speckless was fantastic. Nearing the end of a home renovation that had gone on several months too long, our condo was desperately in need of a deep clean. We'd previously hired our building's cleaning crew on the side to clean our unit - and while they do a fine job, I wanted to find someone who could be counted on to truly DEEP clean. We weren't disappointed with Speckless! The entire process was flawless. Booking was simple, and it was clear they understood what we were looking for. We booked a three hour clean, but they explained that if by any chance the crew needed more time, the dispatcher would text to make that request. Excellent communication! The crew arrived promptly and got right to work. It was immediately clear they'd managed many post-construction jobs. And when the crew did indeed need some additional time to finish, the dispatcher was in close communication to make the request. The final results were superb. Stepping inside, the condo felt completely fresh - it didn't smell like cleaning supplies, but was simply clean and fresh. And the crew hit absolutely every little spot throughout the unit, even ones I'd neglected to mention needed attention. The value and quality were outstanding for the results. We will be using Speckless for our home going forward, and I plan to bring them into my office for a deep clean ASAP! Speckless already enjoys outstanding reviews, and let me add to them here. 5 out of 5, easy. read more

The cleaning was thorough and professional. Knowing this part of my move would be taken care of gave me peace of mind. It was easy to schedule and came with thoughtful communication. I would book them again! read more

Team showed up on time to the good job cleaning thoroughly and had clear communication throughout

When I came back to my apartment it was beyond what I expected. My place looked and felt cleaner than the day I moved in! Booking the service was incredibly easy and communication from the company and the cleaners was great throughout the process. read more

Very responsive, good service, nice staff. They work hard in good faith and get the job done.

Customer support reached out to me to remedy the issue. I greatly appreciate it. With the first crew of cleaners aside, the company at least took accountability and made things right. read more

Unfortunately something significant was damaged in my house two separate times when I used this service. First, a large stain was made on my hardwood floors and I had to replace nine boards. The second time the carpet on my stairs was somehow burned or melted, and I had to replace my staircase carpet. Each time the crew left without telling me of the accident I had to find it on my own later in the day. read more

I was desperately searching for a cleaning service with strong reviews and reliable ratings to help prepare an apartment for rent, and Spekless Cleaning Service came up. I'm so glad it did! The scheduling process was smooth and convenient, and their team kept me informed the entire time with clear communication about their arrival. I had the pleasure of working with Team Sindy, and they were absolutely fantastic. They did a truly magnificent job--the move-out cleaning exceeded my expectations. Every room was spotless, and all appliances were thoroughly cleaned and sanitized just as promised. The attention to detail really stood out. I would highly recommend Spekless to anyone looking for a reliable, professional cleaning service! read more

Went beyond my expectations for a basic cleaning. My kitchen was spotless, including inside the toaster oven and my espresso machine.

We used Spekless every 2 weeks for a year and they did our move out clean. The regular cleanings were thorough, and they always checked in to make sure we were happy with the result. The move out clean was truly impressive- the house was pristine, including the refrigerator, oven and cabinets. read more

These people are very good at what they do. My wife and I are both very busy with work, and this unfortunately results in a pretty unkept house. Our schedules are too variable to have them come regularly, so we've had them do deep cleans every month or so. Suffice it to say, they do amazing work. In a couple hours they make our home look brand new. I have always loathed "cleaning to prepare for the cleaning people," and inevitably have some things that require moving. They not only work around this but often organize things better than I'd left it! The level of detail is also incredible- tooth brush holders, inside the microwave, door knobs...everything they touch sparkles by the time they leave. I can't say enough good things about Spekless. read more

Spekless did an excellent job cleaning! We had a lot of dirt and dust, but the cleaners were able to make the floors look new again. Highly recommend! read more

I'm coming out of my Yelp retirement for one review. When I moved back to DC, I decided to buy my time. Cleaning people were the first step. Other people at my company used Spekless so I chose them. What a lucky choice!! Team Geidy is my regular cleaning crew (although Team Rosie helped out once and was great too), and they do a great job. Even though I'm at work, Geidy always texts me to let me know they are on the way. After every cleaning I get a text from the office checking my cleaning was up to my standards. What more could I want? My team remembers little things like how I like my bed made. I used to put the trash bags and things out, but the crew started putting them away to show me they knew how to get it done! Honestly, I'd give up a lot of things before I gave up my bi weekly cleanings. Stop reading reviews. Just go with Spekless. read more

Fast, thorough, and professional. I loved their online scheduling and pricing interface. They even talked me into a more affordable package after I explained what I needed to have done. read more

Great service! They are quick, thorough, consistently punctual, and cost effective. We've used this company for over a year now and couldn't be happier. They clean our 2bd/3bath in an hour. It's tremendously helpful when we work from home and have only small breaks between meetings. They were also present the day we unexpectedly had to put my cat to sleep. They were incredibly respectful of her space and gentle with us. The company texted us the next day with the most thoughtful message. It seems small but meant a lot. We highly recommend Spekless read more

I've been a monthly customer of Spekless since January 2020. Overall, I have found their cleaning crews to be efficient, timely, and effective. Their teams have done a great job keeping my condo clean and tidy. I've also found their head office team to be excellent at communicating with me, for example by sending reminders of service prior to my appointments. Overall, I've been very happy as a customer for these many years. I would recommend them to a friend looking for a cleaning service. read more

Communication is excellent! They let you know when they are arriving and take a pic of something that is important to know and very fair- since one tenant had his door locked ; so unable to clean his bedroom or bathroom so the company refunded me for that. I highly recommend Spekless Cleaning! read more

I found Spekless through an online search to clean my daughter's apartment in DC. The booking process was easy, with an online calendar offering specific arrival times and transparent pricing. The company quickly followed up, which gave me confidence that they'd show-up reliably. They sent a sufficient number of reminders before the appointment, and arrived exactly on-time. When they arrived, the cleaning was excellent quality. They did all of the major areas (Bedroom, Bathroom, kitchen and living areas) and the place is looking good as new. Pricing is a little higher than I would have anticipated, but isn't everything nowadays. Overall, a reasonable value for the price, and I would highly recommend. read more

I've used Spekless intermittently for years and just signed up for a regular service. Customer service and outreach is fantastic, crews are on time and do a thorough cleaning. I'm always happy with the work they do. I've used the move-in/move-out service several times as well as the post construction cleaning. Teams are reliably thorough and great. read more

The Spekless team did an outstanding job on their first visit to my home! From the proactive communication about arrival times, the friendly smiles when they arrived, to the lighting they left on to set a relaxing vibe. No details were missed (each chess piece was dusted)!! Highly recommend this cleaning crew. read more

Very easy to schedule and modify services, and the team is so kind and does a great job every time.

Had such an excellent experience with Spekless cleaning. They did a deep clean on our house and managed to handle all of the things my family had neglected. Well worth the price and will be using again in the future! read more

I booked with Spekless because of the positive reviews and they seemed really easy to work with. What has delayed me initially from selecting a cleaning service is the apprehension of what doing that entails. With Spekless, it's a breeze. You create an account on their website, which is laid out great, everything is pretty intuitive. They're flexible and on top of that their communication is top notch. They text you, keeping you in the loop and ask if you if you need anything. At no point in time did I ever feel neglected or unsure. I could text them at anytime. In fact, I wasn't able to go through with the booking as originally planned. They were super understanding and checked on me numerous times, not in a hassling way but very supportive. The time I picked was a two hour window and the cleaning person texted me their ETA. I was home the day they came due to it being a Federal Holiday, that was no issue. They cleaned everything, dusted it, washed cabinets and such. I got the deep cleaning and specified pets. My apartment looks like it did when I first moved in. Everything white is white white again. I had a bunch of clutter I meant to move before they came but didn't and they organized it so I can either leave it like that or have an easier time to declutter. I have a 1br and they have really made it a joy to be there again. I will definitely use them again and again and have already referred a friend. I had used another cleaner in the past some years ago, they were great too, but Spekless really takes the headache out of scheduling, paying, things that come up. They are a 5-star operation and I can't say enough great things about them. read more

The ladies who arrived were very nice and very thorough. They even made up my bed and positioned my pillows and my dog's stuffed toys in a group in my bed. It was very cute. Wish I had taken a pic. read more

I am happy to say that we are still using Spekless (specifically the wonderful Team Rosy) to clean our two bedroom condo once a month, for two years running! They continue to be the best in the business, with impeccable customer service and great communication! read more

I booked online for 4 bedroom (3 upstairs, 1 in basement) and 4 bath (for 3.5 bath). Their form never asked about type of house (single family, condo), actual sq ft of house, nor basement. Five min later I get a text saying according to public records, I have a basement. I say yes. They say "Oh, thank you for confirming, your total will be xyz with the basement." The total went up by 50 dollars. Their website pricing is a total scam for a bait and switch. Also they have an EIGHT hour arrival window!!!?!! Who has time for that? Don't waste your precious time dealing with this company. read more

This is amazing service! The response time to set everything up was fast. We weren't sure what to expect. When we walked in this afternoon, we saw for ourselves how spotless everything was. They didn't miss any details. Our thanks go out to your service since we were on a time crunch with the mother in law visiting soon. Thank you again. We will rehire you for the future. read more

We have been using Spekless for our home for the past 4 years and have been very happy with both the work of the cleaners and the attentiveness of the company's administrative staff. The service was amazing and one of the ladies, Melvi, spoke English making it super easy to communicate and articulate my needs. They did a splendid job and left my apartment in sparkling condition. My regular service provider cancelled that morning and when I called Spekless Cleaning for same day service they were fortunately able to accommodate me. I will be switching to using them going forward. read more

Is Spekless a little more expensive than other companies? Honestly, yes. But only a *little* bit. And it is more than worth the price. They've been cleaning my apartment for years now and let me tell you this - they LIVE UP to their name. Their staff is super professional, always arrives well within the early side of the appointment window and do a phenomenal job. As someone with a really demanding job and equally sheddy dog, I honestly don't have the emotional bandwidth to keep up with my apartment. Spekless is amazing for making up for that, especially because I can text them to set up my appointments. They have a big team and can almost always accommodate my preferred availability. If you're looking for someone to clean your apartment they are the only company I'd recommend. read more

I want to update my review, because I've heard from Ryan from the corporate office. While they did not provide good cleaning in my home, they have tried to make things right. They issued a full refund and offered numerous apologies. They said that they are using this experience to train their staff, and I hope that is true. They also said this experience was a one-off, and based on all the reviews I've seen, I will take them at their word. While my cleaning experience with them was poor, I can appreciate how hard they've worked to make things right. I didn't want or need a full refund, but I'm glad they decided to do the right thing and give that to me. It speaks to the character of the business. While I cannot give their cleaning services anything more than a 1/5 stars, I will say their customer service and response have been 5/5. Truly exemplary. Thank you Ryan, for your customer care. It is appreciated. read more
