We've been using MK since 2018 and when we can we try to get our original cleaner Mary. She's awesome, but honestly everyone we have had has been great. Their prices have went up substantially since 2018. In the past we have shopped around and while we have found cheaper cleaners they have never been as thorough as the MK crews. Floors are always great and they clean the fridge & microwave. Sometimes we have a monthly cleaning other times we text every 6 weeks or so and theres no problem getting on their calendar. I requested a deep clean of my one-bedroom Airbnb and paid a price commensurate with that work. The cleaner left the inside of the toilet under the seat dirty, which should have been thoroughly cleaned in a regular clean. He also left yellow-green liquid in the bottom of the refrigerator and ice on the surface of the freezer where someone had overfilled the ice trays. He did not clean the baseboards where there was noticeable dust and dirt. I took pictures of the problem areas and sent them to the owner but did not receive a response. read more

Got move in cleaning for a 4 bedroom house. We had confirmed before hand that it'll be a deep cleaning but the cleaning results did not meet expectations. Most issues are in the kitchen. The cleaning was definitely just superficial and not deep clean. (1) a couple of drawers in the main fridge still had brown sticky residue, pretty easy to see (2) beverage fridge still had brown sticky residue on the racks (3) faucet on the sink had gunk (4) dishwasher filter had a ton of gunk, the cleaners didn't look at that at all (5) kitchen floor was still really dirty despite the cleaners using a mop to go over it. I really hate leaving a bad review bc when I was dissatisfied originally, the company did send a crew back to revisit the areas of concern. But it's a big house and now that I've unpacked and have lived here for 10 days, I just keep finding places they missed. We paid for a move in cleaning - which was supposed to cover the appliances, cabinets, window frames inside, floors and bathrooms. We told them to skip one bathroom as we were about to renovate and skip another bc it was being painted. So our original quote of 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths dropped to 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. I've found sticky and dirty areas all over the place. Missed windowsills, sticky cabinet shelves, an oven that clearly wasn't touched beyond a quick wipe on the surface. The dirty wipes just keep coming and I've already started looking for another crew to come in and redo the basement before grandparents can stay down there. I would definitely recommend an extremely thorough walk through after any service. Bc is our move I couldn't do that with the chaos and I now just feel like it was mostly money wasted. read more

I've been working with this company for over 3 years now. They are always polite. They fit me in even at the last moment. And they don't get an attitude when I cancel without much notice (though I try not to do that). They don't charge extra for holiday cleanings and they even wipe out my fridge for free. I always book by text message and pay by Paypal. What I like most about them is their kindness. The actual cleaning is good (floors could use some work). I plan to call them in one day just to do my baseboards and doors. It's hard to get all that during a regular cleaning. But I'm very satisfied. read more

It as JUST ok. The cleaning crew was overall nice but they didn't speak much English and didn't listen much. I only paid for 1 bedroom and the rest of the house. I noticed that they decided to open up all bedroom doors and have been cleaning in those rooms which were off limits and is where I held my cat. I was super disappointed with how they handled that because I didn't want my cat to be erratic and stressed out but they didnt seem to understand that. The supervisor who was with the cleaning crew had a nice nasty kind of attitude. I asked her if they cleaned the baseboards in the hallway since they were still dirty and she had a bit of a "leave me alone" kinda of demeanor and really dry responses to me. Overall, I don't think I would use this service again because they missed alot of spots, weren't good with directions and impatient when you ask to many question. After spending close to $300, I don't deserve that attitude by no means and these cleaning companies are a dime a dozen so I will be paying for services elsewhere with companies who would LOVE my business. read more

Within 10 minutes of sending my inquiry, I received a quote and within two hours I was told the cleaning team would arrive by 4pm.
