We needed a move-out cleaning and were scratching our heads looking for a good deal in a timely matter. The villeda team came earlier than scheduled and finished a 1bdrm apt (w lots of cat hair and kitchen mess) in about an hour, spick and span, the apt was shining! The customer service was also helpful, as I had booked the service only about 3-5 days prior and it was a fast service. I would highly recommend and will request service in our new apartment again. read more

I did previously enjoy using them because the price was right. They didn't always do the best job, but it was good enough. In the last few times I've used them, Daniel would change the rate price on me at the last minute and would notify me either day prior or day of so it would be impossible for me to find another cleaner at the last minute. He increased my rate because I renovated my home and added a bathroom. Then from there he increased the rate again significantly the night before the appointment stating that it was because I didn't do a cleaning last month. I was away for work for a few weeks so I obviously wouldn't need a cleaning but I did try to book them that month in question and they weren't available before my trip so I opted to have them come after my trip which is why I couldn't book them last month. Felt like they were extorting me and putting me in the last minute situations knowing I had no other option to be fulfilled in time. read more

Quality of work is okay. I requested a move-out cleaning service. I do not think they mopped the floor. They must have cleaned the counter with water because the counters were still dirty. There was patch of dried water near kitchen sink that wasn't cleaned. Inside of oven was not cleaned. Quality was not great. I do not recommend for a deep clean. Not worth the price. read more

I took a day off and planned to get some things done, like giving my space a good cleaning. But as I took a good look at things, I realized I haven't had a professional give my home a deep cleaning since well before the start of COVID. A few weeks back, I had received a quote from Daniel using request a quote, but wasn't yet sure of a time and day that would make sense. Between my dog being anxious or my time spent on video calls, I'd need to find a window of time that worked well so I held off. Until Sunday night when it dawned on me; my day off would be the perfect day to have someone come. Due to the quick turnaround, I didn't think it was likely that Villeda would have next day availability. But to my surprise, Daniel (Villeda) was so kind and accommodating when I texted to inquire. Initially, he didn't have availability, but after chatting a little more he made it work! He's super easy to communicate with via text (which I love) and so I was very aware of when he and his team would arrive. (Daniel plus two others.) They were soooo sweet and did such a good job - cleaned inside my stove, refrigerator, outside of my cabinets, and all of the hard to reach nooks that go forgotten or overlooked. My place is under 1000 sq ft, so his team was able to get everything done in about two hours (which was faster than a previous team I tried a few years ago.) I just wanted to thank Daniel and his team for doing a great job and for being so accommodating. Thanks for giving my space a refresh!! read more

They were easy to schedule, quick and convenient for cleaning a one bedroom apartment. Would highly recommend.

Loved working with Villeda! We coordinated with Daniel who was very responsive and accommodating when our movers changed their arrival date at the last minute. The team was very prompt and efficient and left the place looking spotless. We were impressed with how well they were able to get cat hair out of the cloth blinds and curtains, which is hard with black and white cats. They also were very affordable, which during a big expensive move was welcome. Thanks Villeda! read more

Him and his crew cleaned our house from top to bottom in less than 3 hours! My Husband and I were very pleased and surprised how well they did. We would highly recommend this cleaning crew and use him again. He is very friendly and got the job done quickly. Thank you Daniel!!! read more

Owner sent crew to my home on 9/30 at 8am to complete a deep clean. The crew did not complete a deep clean as instructed and missed several areas. They were only in the home less than 2 hrs. That is not a deep clean and not worth the $375 price tag. When I was notified they were done and asked to check the home, I found one of the workers locked inside my son's bathroom taking a dump. She flushed before she came out and the stench was undeniable. When I asked why she took a dump in the bathroom, she said she didn't speak English. Who does this? I notified the crew leader who did speak English that it is unacceptable to use the client's restroom without permission let alone take a dump in the client's home. I told them the bathroom needed to be cleaned again. She took a dump and was going to leave the bathroom like that. Again who does that in the client's home. The owner contacted me after the clean and asked how it went. I told her and all she said was omg I'm sorry I'll talk to the crew. She did not call me or return any messages when I asked how she planned to rectify this. She simply ignored my messages. Do not use this company. Find someone who had a professional crew that does not do these types of things in your home. I'm honestly not sure how this company received all these 5 star reviews if this is how they do business. Never again! read more

I contacted Daniel about giving our office building a good cleaning prior to an event that we had scheduled. He responded promptly to all of my inquiries, and came onsite for a consultation. We scheduled the cleaning for a couple of weeks later. He and his crew arrived promptly and did a very good and thorough job. They were polite, efficient, and hard working. I'm very happy with what they did, and the price was very reasonable. I will call them again when we need cleaning services. read more

Unfortunately, I had the poor experience some other reviewers reported... I ordered a Deep Clean but got mostly a wipe over. Bathrooms/showers were cleaned ok, but the rest of the apartment was not cleaned well. Dishwasher was chaotically loaded as if someone just threw items randomly in there. They used a cleaning agent that left a white powder residue on the floors, too. There was no furniture cleaning, no sheets washed and dried, and they just did a rush job. The quote they gave me was for 2 hrs with 3 people cleaning crew, yet they left the apartment just over an hour after starting. Too many issues. read more

I needed someone to come in and clean the place after a tenant moved out leaving the place unbecoming. I was so glad that I was able to get a time the next day after a cancellation. I had them cleaned the whole first floor and the three cleaners were very thorough in cleaning in between spaces that I wouldn't have gotten into. The place needed the deep cleaning and they did the job leaving the place spectacular. I did want the floor mopped and that was the only thing that wasn't done. I'm not sure if that was extra. Other than that, no complaints and would highly recommend. read more

Excellent cleaning job done at the last minute. I contacted them the evening before I needed cleaning the next day. We were getting pictures taken to sell our home in the afternoon and needed a reclean from the deep cleaning we had done the week before but a different company. We have kids so I've week of kids and we definitely needed another cleaning without me having to do it. (I'm exhausted from all the business things) Thankfully this company was available to do an early 8am cleaning and at a reasonable price that made it worth it. They were in and out in 90 minutes and did a wonderful job. Ty again!! read more

Hired for move out cleaning. Fabulous job and they were incredibly fast. Very reliable with good communication.

Daniel and his team were outstanding!! Communicating with him and getting a quote was so easy - he responded right away and was very pleasant. His prices were reasonable for a deep clean (which our place needed desperately after COVID!). He arrived right on time and he and his team were so efficient and thoughtful in their work. My condo has not looked this clean since the day we moved in :) I can't thank him enough and we are excited to have them back for a monthly cleaning. WOW!! This Company Knows what they are doing! I'm a landlord for many years. My tenants left a huge amount of Grease and Oil all over the nice oak kitchen cabinets. I tried to clean it myself but it was too much, nothing seemed to work. Daniels crew showed up On Time wearing masks and Immediately began cleaning the cabinets. They got rid of the grease and oil and made the cabinets look new again! They then went to the top floor and cleaned Everything! Even behind the washer and dryer! I didn't have to ask them to clean anything, they just did. They EVEN MADE MY BED! Wow! I would Absolutely hire the Villeda company Again and Again! Simply The Best! read more

Villegas did an amazing job on my new home and I couldn't recommend them more. This team worked at my place of employment and I was so glad they extended their services to do resident servicing. After a previous team did a terrible job, Daniel and his team listened to my concerns, came in and did a thorough and deep clean, with beautiful personal touches in the bedrooms and bathroom. Whats more is the prices show they care for and value their work, employees, as well as my need for affordable service. read more

Great to work with - scheduled on short notice for deep clean of large home (4000+soft). Showed up on time with team - good and efficient work. Will use again for routine cleaning. Very competitive $ for scope of work. (Bonus 1/2 point for fancy folds on towels and tissues - fun, nice touch that kids liked) read more

While this company provided good communication prior to the cleaning, the actual cleaning was horrible. I was a bit taken aback when I was being notified less than an hour after their arrival that they were 'finishing' up. It seemed that there were simply 'wipe downs' of certain areas rather than an actual cleaning of them. I literally had to start cleaning areas like the shower, floors, walls and fixtures myself from all the visible dirt that was still present. I'm not sure if this was a 'bad day' or something else, but the effort to do a 'good job' was no where to be found. Having my apartment be clearly dirty following their 'cleaning' was insane and a total waste of money. The owner who had been so vocal and good with communication when it was time to set up the time and price was all 'crickets' when I expressed that the job they'd done resulted in a still visibly dirt apartment, no apologies, no show of a speck of customer service. Don't waste your money, only to be done dirty-literally. read more

My fiancé and I moved out of our apartment that he's lived at for the last 7 years. We were planning to clean ourselves but with all the moving we've had to do we figured it would be worth seeing how much it would be for a professional service. I reached out to Villeda Master Cleaning and Daniel the owner responded quickly and gave us an estimate we were happy with. We booked them and Daniel and his crew came and did a fantastic job-aside from the painting that the apartment building would need to do, it looked pretty much move in ready for the next tenants! read more
