    My description of the job I wanted completed

    The service I requested was not the job they completed . I asked for a deep clean of my entire home..to only throw away dirty damaged items and save as much linen ,apparel as possible . I was quoted at 800 $ and they would be finished no layer than 8pm..they started a little after 1200 .took them a little over 4 hours to throw away almost everything I owned. When trying to get them to understand that what they did was wrong and that I needed to be reimbursed in some way she said 200 maximum was the best she could do and that her cleaners know the difference in trash and items that would never go in there. Best they did was grab 10 of the bags out the dumpster and put them back inside but that was all..it was well over 40 bags plus that they threw out there. My memoirs..my daughters late fathers clothes and crystals ..centimental stuffed animals..they threw hundreds of dollars in hair products away. My book I was trying to finish writing .. journals papers...out of about 10 bags or more of me and my 2 small girls (4)(8) entire possessions. We hadn't been in that apt for 3/4 months until today. All we grabbed back then from home was the one bag per person rule at the shelter we lived in until tommorrow..I figured sense they could finish by tonight we could go back home tommorow. Instead I have a shiny new empty apartment I can't afford to live in now . Your services have ruined my life . I can't believe why anyone who ran a house cleaning business would through everything away .well now I'm in a worse position than before I hired them to complete this job.andnsense I already exited the shelter this afternoon...me and my kids have nothing but what is in the pictures below.i asked them to be honest on if they could do what I need and I repeated it over and over.i even kept getting her maids to call her every 5-10 minutes because they started cleaning before I even received the estimate . To make matters worse.they knew what I asked for .they did what made them less work ...which in turn is trashing pretty much everything .I am just.. it feels like a nightmare ...I just got out of a really dark placein life with both my kids hand in hand. Only to have nothing to go back to. I really don't know what to do now. It's all gone.i paid 950 to 2 women who decided they were doing what they felt was best to do. And instead of stating it's to big of a job and saying no ..they reassured me they understood and could complete it how I asked. When I spoke with them afterwards about this the lady stated they did what they felt was right ....how? You moved me out my home man ! I thought the goal was to make it comfortable enough to live there.i would have never hired a deep cleaning service to throw my whole house away for 950$ .. I could've gotten trash removal junk removal way cheaper than that price. The most they could give me was an apology...a freaking worthless apology when I kept asking if you knew exactly what I wanted.

    We had a scheduled cleaning service with agreed price but then they changed the time they would come over and five minutes before the rescheduled time to come over they tell me I forgot to mentioned they charge 30 dollars per maid per hour. I don't know why some people think they can attempt to rip people off but this behavior is classless and should not be tolerated. I would suggest that you do not use this service because they are looking to rip you off!

Most of the cleanings had to be rescheduled last minute due to an undisclosed emergency. As long as there was communication, this is something I could live with. My final straw was a couple weeks ago - I had a cleaning scheduled which I confirmed less than 24 hours before. Around the scheduled time, I texted Elmer that our callbox was broken and asked him to text me when he arrived. After an erroneous text back stating confusion and that he was "far away", there was indefininite ghosting with no explanation. He never arrived and I didn't have time confirm an alternative option before the weekend (this was a Friday afternoon before family arrived in town for a milestone event). Stayed up half the night doing the cleaning myself. A few days later, I texted Elmer to see if he was okay and no response. Then I used my wife's phone to send a text and got an immediate response. I have all the text chains saved. I cannot in good conscience reccomend this provider.

We lived in one of the largest apartments in our area with two bedrooms and a loft. The space was on the fourth floor with no elevator. We tried to empty out as much as we could to quickly realize we needed the help of professionals. In just two sessions, Carlos and his team were able to COMPLETELY clean out our residence. This included everything in all cabinets in a very stocked kitchen and two bathrooms, three King sized beds, three very large mounted TVs along with their mounting, five couches and all screws and wall hangings. I was in utter disbelief when I went to do a final sweep since there was literally nothing for me to sweep. Not to mention the cost for the service was VERY competitive. I am truly grateful to the team and i will be recommending them to everyone I possibly can.

    Last night at 7:45 pm I called Brian F. for help moving some items out of a storage unit…read more I had previously arranged this with ReSupply -Habitat for Humanity's service for items they cannot use in their ReStores. They confirmed the night before, that morning, at 2 pm, at 3 pm, at 3:30 pm and at 3:48 pm they said they weren't coming. This was already after canceling the first day and moving the pick-up out 3 days. Needless to say I was in a sweat. The unit had to be empty the day ReSupply bagged on me. I got a 1 day extension from the storage facility to avoid paying for another full month. So - back to Brian at Suburban Solutions. He answered his personal phone at 7:45pm and was personable and promised they would help. Today (31 Aug 2023) at 1:30 pm, he and 3 fellows showed up as promised at the storage facility and took away some heavy furniture and drove it off to be donated. Above and beyond what I wished for... I am very happy. A+ Brian!

    AVOID! DRIVER FELL ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL, $48K OF PROPERTY DAMAGED, REPEATEDLY LIED TO BY OWNER…read more This was our 3rd move with Suburban Solutions. I now wish that number was 0. Here's why: - They got into a major accident destroying much of our stuff - They lied about it straight to our faces in an attempt to cover it up - They told us they would cover the repair costs but then backed out for most costs Suburban Solutions is the worst and most dishonest company I've ever done business with. See excruciating details and cringe-worthy photos below, then decide whether this is the company you want to entrust with the contents of your home. First, the Suburban Solutions driver got into a major accident causing major damage. Brian, the OWNER of Suburban Solutions, called to say the damage was limited to front corner of the truck, and that he would take care of repairing the broken furniture. He said the driver was run off the road by another vehicle. Then he provided misinformation about the date and location making it harder to track down the police report (which told the truth of what actually happened - yeah, keep reading!). When our property arrived, the damage was much more severe. Several furniture pieces were broken beyond repair and almost all were battered. Most of our smaller items had been repacked into new boxes - along with dirt and weeds from the side of the road. Once he realized the extent of the damage, Brian reneged, saying he would only cover repairs for some (cheaper) items. He found vendors he said were rated 4.9, but they were 4.1. One vendor we called said they FIRED HIM as a client because they refused to do business the way he was trying to get them to. He told us the items would be fully repaired, but behind our back he told those vendors to only fix things minimally and ignore any dents, scratches, etc. We were without a sofa for weeks while he said repairs were in progress. We later learned he had refused to authorize the repairs so instead the sofa just sat there untouched. Our items were in pristine condition at the time of the move and Brian personally commented on how beautifully maintained everything was during the walkthrough. Thankfully, our renter's insurance applied, but when our claims adjustor spoke to him, he lied yet again, telling them that the pieces were in bad shape initially, hoping to deflect responsibility. Hold on, it gets better! A week after the move, the driver texted us to inform us that Brian had actually been LYING the whole time and had required him to play along! The driver had fallen asleep at the wheel while going 70mph. The truck overturned and the top of the truck broke off completely. Our stuff was smashed and dumped all over the side of the road. We were finally able to obtain the police report which confirmed the driver's version of the facts. This happened in the middle of the afternoon on day 2 of the journey after the driver picked up his cousin using the moving truck on day 1. Why was his cousin with him at all? And what were they doing the night before that caused him to doze off at 4pm? Regardless, according to the driver, he had called Brian an hour before the accident to tell him he was falling asleep, but Brian told him to keep going anyway. Brian has since fired the driver and reported to FMCSA that the driver has a "medical condition" that should prohibit him driving in the future. This was never disclosed to us, and if Brian knew about it, then why was he on the road in the first place? Or was this just another tactic for him to deflect blame away from himself? Look, accidents happen 1 in 10,000 times and we drew the short straw. It sucks. It's a low risk for you. But the outrageous lies that followed (and perhaps even led to the accident) were intentional, unprofessional, and fraudulent. Suburban Solutions lied then doubled down to save face after throwing our stuff - and our lives - into complete chaos for the next 6 weeks. They treated their previously loyal customers like total chumps. Hopefully this review and our formal complaint to BBB proves how badly their attempted cover-up backfired. In case Brian tries to reply to this and explain things off with more lies or sugarcoating, I've included photos of the state of our items, written exchanges with him (contact info redacted, of course), text exchanges with the driver (same), and the police report itself. Take a look for yourself. Then ask yourself: Are you willing to risk that this same thing happens to you? Are you willing to do business with a company whose owner will lie directly to your face after wrecking your life? You and your belongings deserve better. And Suburban Solutions deserves to be out of business.
