Our house needed a good cleaning, and I reached out to Maid 4 You because of the excellent Yelp reviews. They responded immediately and were able to come out the next day. The ladies did a fantastic job, and the price was reasonable. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant. Will definitely use them again! read more

No detail left unchecked! Responsive and reasonably priced. Easy to work with and job well done! Thank you Maid for you!

I hired this company about a year ago to clean my rental after the tenant moved out. My friend unlocked the door for the crew and then left. I didn't arrive until the crew had just finished cleaning. I did a quick walkthrough and didn't notice any issues at the time. However, when the new tenant moved in, they found that the kitchen cabinets had not been cleaned at all. Unfortunately, the previous tenant had left the cabinets quite messy, so I had to reduce the new tenant's first month's rent. I hired this company because of its reviews and trusted that they would do a good job. It was very disappointing. read more

I HAVE to start this with my most important point: they deserve 10 stars, not just 5. So please know that the things that may sound like complaints definitely are NOT. I am hoping Helane reads this and understands it as constructive criticism. I have never hired a house cleaning service before, but as I get older, I can't get on my knees and scrub my bathroom anymore :( My initial request via Yelp projects was just for that one service. I received a few replies, some two days later (!) but Helane at Maid 4 You answered right away. After some back and forth via Yelp, we began to text. By far the easiest! She told me her minimum fee was $100 and asked what else could they clean to make it right. Long story short, it was by far the best quote I received so I booked for today. The two people who cleaned went above and beyond (I think, more later). My bathroom and the one on the main floor as well as the one on the third floor are sparkling! Just to add a tip here: they don't give a "window" appointment, so when the cleaning crew finished another job early, Helane texted to ask if they could come but it was an hour and 15 minutes earlier. We weren't ready! We had so. much. stuff. The clutter struggle is real. Here is one more, very important tip: the "lead" cleaner spoke a little English but the other one I think none. It was delightful to listen to them speaking Portuguese! But if I was doing this again from scratch, I would ask the boss to come to the house so we could be very clear what was and wasn't to be done. I honestly don't know what they were told, but if it was their normal cleaning routine it was beyond excellent!! I just didn't know - having never hired anyone for this before - what to expect or how to direct them. Will we have them back? You bet. DD and I are thinking a monthly visit from these fantastic cleaners will be well worth the very reasonable cost. PS - I had to google how much to tip because as I said I was a first timer. I gave them a bit extra! read more

Maid 4 You Cleaning Services - This is my super clean dining room! - Home Cleaning Near Me

I live in an older apartment building and was looking for a good deep cleaning, especially for my bathroom and kitchen. They did an amazing job and I can't believe how clean it looks! They even managed to remove paint from the floor that has been there since before we moved in. There were so many nice touches throughout my home. They arranged my pillows nicely, folded my hand towels in a fancy way, etc. I appreciate the attention to detail. They were also SO nice to my cat, which is really important to me as a pet owner. This was great value for money, and I would definitely use Maid 4 You again! I'm definitely enjoying my nice clean space :) read more

Maid 4 You has been a great change for our family! We appreciate how thorough they are as well as how careful they are while cleaning. They provide their own cleaning products which is a change from our previous cleaning people. They always come in a team of 2 or 3 and are so kind. Overall, it was a great experience for a first clean and we are looking forward to having Maid 4 You cleaning services continue to provide monthly cleanings in our townhome in Odenton. - Communication with Helane was prompt and professional. She took the time to understand the task and afterward she provided a fair price. - Service: Camille was early to the scheduled time and went right to work. She was kind and understanding in working around a puppy and two cats at the house. She did an excellent job. Thanks Helane and crew! read more

They left poop on my toilet. They also gave me a number to Venmo the payment, which I did and which was taken out of my bank account. Then Helane said she didn't receive the payment because she gave me the wrong number the first time, and asked again to be paid, but to a different phone number. I did so and it was taken out of my bank account. so. When I discovered the double payment, I asked her to correct this with Venmo but she refused and told me to call them. She stole $144.20 from me because I paid her twice according to my bank account. I'm going to dispute the charge with my bank. Like I said, they left poop on my toilet, and their behavior makes them look like thieves. Use them at your peril. read more

Helane and her team have been cleaning for us for a couple months now. They are reliable, easy to coordinate with, and they do a wonderful job. I feel that they really pay attention to my home and every few weeks they do a more intense clean. I'm so happy I found them and it has been an act of self care to set up a regular schedule. read more

For the first time I decided to hire a maid. Well, I'm disappointed. The initial price was $100-130 which included tile grout, fridge and microwave. Helane "forgot" about the fridge, asking additional $20 on the top of $130. What's included in the $100 price? Why immediately $130? Helane demanded payment right after the appt and requested a tip; the minimum tip was %15, no custom option. So I paid $150, plus $22.5 tip total. Only to discover later the following: 1) the glass wall rail is not cleaned, 2) the floor behind the sofa is not cleaned, 3) the coffee table is not properly cleaned, 4) some fixtures are not cleaned, 5) vanity lamps in the bathroom are not cleaned, 6) the toilet is not completely cleaned, 7) the refrigerator is not completely cleaned, 8)there're water streaks literally everywhere I contacted the company listing the issues with pictures and I was offered additional appointment or refund. Hence, 3 stars instead of one. I'm going to keep cleaning myself, no maids :) read more

Love these ladies! I knew after the first visit that they were a perfect fit. I am that person who struggles to let people do things for me. So as I guided them through the house, I made sure to tell them everything they did not have to do. Well, when they were done, not only was my house immaculate, but the kids rooms were straightened, all the beds were made with fresh linens, and everything I told them to skip had been cleaned. Many other cleaners would have (and have in the past) gladly done less work for the same fee, but these ladies gave me what I needed, not what I asked for. And I must say, I was delighted. Now they come regularly and clean my home from top to bottom. They always text the night before to confirm their arrival time, they also show up with smiles on their faces, and move efficiently through my home leaving me with not just a clean home, but peace of mind! read more

I hired Maid 4 You based on the recommendation of a family friend. This was the best decision and suggestion!! Helane and her team cleaned my home far beyond what I expected!! My bathrooms were pristine, my beds were made, they cleaned all the windows. My kitchen, they scrubbed all the stainless steel appliances and they even vacuumed all my furniture (I love vaccum lines!!). I will definitely be hiring Maid 4 You again and would recommend to anyone looking for a Maid Service. Hire Helane and her team you will NOT be disappointed!!!!!! read more

Maid4U are a godsend. My wife and I were nervous that during our move out our apartment would charge us for it being dirty, we lived there for a number of years and it got dirty. They did a fantastic job and we got our full deposit back. Now that we have a house, they cleaned before thanksgiving and it was spotless for my family I'd give them ALL the stars if I could, but I guess 5 is the limit read more

Helane and her team did an excellent job cleaning our house. They were able to squeeze us in on pretty short notice and the team of 3 ladies who came out not only arrived on time, but cleaned our 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in about 2.5 hours. Our place looked really great and I found the price to be very fair and reasonable. I will definitely use them again and recommend others do as well. read more
