I paid $400 for move in cleaning. The condo was almost entirely empty and I requested extra focus on the appliances. They did an amazing job making sure that my appliances were clean and I truly appreciated it. However, when I began to move in and put stuff away I noticed that the inside of the kitchen cabinets and drawers were not cleaned at all. I ran my finger across the bottom and there was so much dust and debris. The same goes for all of the light fixtures. It seemed like they didn't dust anything and just did a surface wipe down. I ended up having to re-clean everything myself. I was very disappointed with having spent $400, I definitely felt like I didn't get what I paid for. I will say that they were kind when I spoke with them on the phone, I haven't had a chance to call back regarding this issue (I had it cleaned in the beginning of April) and I know it's well past that time but Ive had a lot of things hitting me back to back so tried to let it go and I'm sorry, I just couldn't. It bugs me a lot. I'd definitely be happy if something could be worked out regarding this but I also completely understand if nothing can be done because it's been so long. Like I said, they were very kind and did a great job with the appliances, I just strongly urge you to thoroughly check after they're done cleaning. read more

We had the BEST experience with a move out cleaning ever. The owner of this company cares about her reputation and she is involved. Joung was so kind over the phone and gave us a very fair quote in a timely manner PLUS she was able to have her team clean for us on the exact date we needed to move out by. We were provided our entire security deposit for our former row home thanks to the excellent cleaning service given by Juong's Cleaning Service. Don't even take the time calling around anywhere else. Joung is absolutely amazing! From meeting with her in my home for an estimate to the responsiveness of my inquiries questions and coordinating. I was very impressed with Joung's professionalism, care and passion for her business. I cannot say enough great things about Joung's Cleaning Services! They've been cleaning my home every 3 weeks and the results are consistently amazing. The very first time I hired them, they did a deep clean from top to bottom! Everything from baseboards to windows sparkled. I even had them tackle my dog's room, which had heavy staining on the walls from him rubbing against them. I was sure I'd have to repaint, but they were able to get it completely clean! More recently, I hired the team to clean my rental property after tenants moved out after 2 years. The place was in rough shape. Smoke damage, ashes, and general mess. They did a full deep clean and completely transformed the space. They saved me from having to replace the carpet or repaint entire areas, restoring the home to like new. I'm beyond grateful that I came across Mrs. Joung and her incredible team. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to handle even the toughest jobs is unmatched. I look forward to many years of working with them. Highly recommend! read more

So I started using this cleaning service for a couple months. They are very timely, showed up on time and service was going OK. I started to notice as the services went on that the team was not as thorough with their cleaning methods: 1. We use the same rack to dust and wipe my couch off with. 2. Would use a rag that would leave hair in my shower. 3. Consistently move things out of place in the home. As I provided this feedback to the owner, things did start to improve. However, the main issue happen when I had to adjust my schedule because of some travel. They ended up moving my cleaning date but then tried to put me back on the original schedule, which then caused me to have cleaning done one week and then two weeks later they came back which made absolutely no sense. When I brought this up to the owner, there was a lot of attitude that came from the conversation which caused me to just decide to part ways. read more

We needed someone for a move out professional cleaning and Joung was super responsive and provided fantastic services. She came in person to give us an estimate and her value/costs were very reasonable. She and her team cleaned all our walls, windows (inside and out), doors, oven, stove, top, refrigerator, basement, bedrooms and bathroom in just a few hours and were very attentive to details. We have a dog that sheds a lot and she was able to get rid of all her fur. She offers a military discount to active duty members which is phenomenal. read more

When I first contacted this service, I had to have an initial visit for an estimate to service and expectations. Mrs Joung, the lady who came, was detailed in her offer and provided documentation to proof of insurances correlated with cleaning services. Unlike other first time services, the first cleaning was more expensive. Alternatively looking through the market, it's more decent pricing compared to competitors. They are also veteran friendly and provide a military discount. While I know I can get cheaper service, I'd rather not get chances of scams or suits with the alternative. The cleaners come in a 3-4 person team and were friendly. Since I had multiple rooms and a basement, the service took quite a bit of time. I'll try next time arranging as suggested by Mrs Joung to have the cleaners do cleaning while I'm absent. I had a deep cleaning service, followed by a routine cleaning, which I opted for monthly. I appreciate how the cleaners were still fine with cleaning while my housemate's bratty cat was complaining that they were intruders. The picture attached was of a guest room which had been a bit messy prior to their cleaning . I normally don't initially do five stars by the way, because that's left to another review. read more

We're selling my husband's home, so as stressful and hectic as the process is, seeing the house so clean after Joung and her team did such a wonderful job made us finally feel at ease about something. I first texted Ms. Joung regarding move out cleaning and she responded to me right away. We arranged a time for Joung to tour the home and provide us with an estimate. When I say Joung is so detailed, I mean she pointed out every single tiny thing. From the air vent to the caulking in the shower (which she does!), Joung's attention to every corner was an immediate sign of how experienced she was at this job. And then, at the end of the tour, Joung showed us her licenses and insurances, making sure that we knew that her team was insured so that if anything were to break during the cleaning it would be covered. We were impressed by how upfront and honest she was. This was my first time hiring any cleaning service so its hard to know the legitimacy of these types of services, but once we met Joung my husband and I were knew we were in good hands. On the day of the cleaning, Joung and her team arrived and got straight to work. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding about the oven (if you need oven/stove top cleaning, you should spray with oven cleaner and let it sit overnight!) I had not done this, but Joung said if we got to spray it early enough she would do the best she could, so I was expecting that there would still be grease left on the stove. Nope! If you saw our stovetop and oven you wouldn't even know that we hadn't sprayed it overnight. It was so sparkling clean. Joung did a great job and left the house looking spotless and smelling like brand new. Joung even was able to do the carpet shampoo and cleaning as well as caulking in our owner's bathroom and kitchen backsplash. Also, the amount she quoted me was EXACTLY what she charged me in the end and nothing more. I appreciated how honest and respectful Joung was throughout the process. When you go to Joung's website, it says that every customer is treated like family. I feel like Joung treated me like her own daughter. I would definitely recommend her cleaning service to any friend or family! P.S. Forgot to mention - the Yelp number listed (starting with 240-) is not correct, the Google one is (301) read more

I own nine rentals so have frequent need for tenant move out/in service. Have used several companies over the years with mixed results. Joung's Cleaning Service exceeded my expectations in every regard. They seem very knowledge not just in the cleaning areas, but also helped point out "best practices" in maintaining rental properties. The house cleaning, carpet shampoo, and caulking repairs were all done very professionally. Plan to use them for all my future needs. read more

After a bathroom renovation we had dust everywhere and was in need of a deep clean. We found Joung Cleaning company on Yelp and was impressed from the consultation to actual cleaning services which included the first floor, 3 bathrooms and primary bedroom. I called Joung for a quote on a deep clean on my townhouse which I was putting on the market. She is excellent in her communication. It was easy to schedule a time for her to evaluate the job. She confirmed the appointment, checked in during the day and arrived on time. She took her time to look over my entire house and made suggestions and asked questions. We agreed on a price and I agreed to pay extra to have even more detailed work outside of the normal scope. Joung arrives with documentation in hand. You can see her license and liability insurance certificate. She one again followed up to confirm the cleaning appointment. They showed up very early to accommodate the carpet cleaners which were arriving on the same day. The cleaning job was beyond my expectations. I have used cleaners for other client jobs and am never quite impressed. With Joung's service I was impressed. The house looks spotless. Every nook and cranny is clean. The fridge and stove too look better than I ever had it looking. She checked in after the job to make sure I was satisfied. I don't think you'll find anyone more professional, caring and proud of her work. I felt taken care of the minute we first communicated. She kept her appointment and delivered, I will happily recommend her to anyone in the area. My house received offers as soon as it went on the market. Never underestimate the value of clean to buyers. Thank you read more

Completed Move Out cleaning for us today and everything was super clean and spotless when done. Highly recommend!

The wonderful ladies who cleaned my highrise apartment today were impeccable. The arrived right on the scheduled time, maybe even a few minutes early. They were so considerate with the fact that I work from home on the phone all day and my boss requires a quiet environment/no extraneous sounds, so the ladies made sure to do the vacuuming during the times I was off the phone. They were so friendly and professional. Ms Joung came a few weeks ago for a walkthrough and estimate and showed a binder with her credentials and company licensing, which I thought was very professional and something no other cleaners have done previously. And my apartment was sparkling clean and smelled SO good. I had tried a different cleaner right before and the work was so subpar and they didn't even vacuum or sanitize anything. I was so happy with today's service and look forward to more! read more

I am all about saving money so I got almost 10 different quotes from local cleaning services before choosing Joung's Cleaning Service. Ms Joung gave me a very reasonable rate for the huge job. A lot of the other cleaning services don't do carpet cleaning which I needed. Plus all of her great customer reviews on Yelp and Google made her really stand out to me compared to the others. Just today I just got all three levels of my single family rental deep cleaned and carpet shampooed for my landlord since we're moving out and Ms Joung and her team did an amazing job! They were early/on time for both the free quote and the cleaning. Ms Joung is extremely responsive and professional, friendly, making sure everything is documented, expectations are clear, they are licensed bonded and insured, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The landlord gave me a really long list of everything that needed to be cleaned and they did every single one of them and gave a receipt for proof. My entire house was covered in dog hair before she came. Just a few hours later I came back and everything was perfect. Every stain from the carpet was gone. All the hair and dirt marks from my dogs were gone. The whole house was white again. Afterwards, she had me walk through and do an inspection to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the condition which I was. Now i know i'll get my deposit back and i'll definitely contact her for services next time I move, if not sooner for occasional upkeep cleaning. I recommend this company! Thank you Ms Joung and your team!! read more

We just moved into our new home and it needed a serious cleaning. It was very dusty and some of the shelves in the pantry were very sticky and yellow when they should've been white. Also, the sink in the laundry room was highly stained and had paint stuck on it. The owner visited first by herself to provide a quote for her services and discuss my expectations and determined a reasonable price for what I needed. Next, the owner came in with her team of six girls and whipped it in the shape. The sink is now spotless and my pantry shelves are now white! The owner even brought in a telescopic pole with a duster at the end to clean my fan in the living room which is very high up. My home smells and looks great now thanks to their services. read more

Joung and crew did a great job! They went above and beyond and caulked two bathrooms for us. Thanks!

I've never hired cleaners before but this was such a wonderful experience to have for my first time! The care the owner took of not only my house but of me was amazing! After a medical procedure that left me not being able to walk I needed my whole house cleaned. Like other reviews referenced the owner came to not only asses the place but ask what my needs were going through room by room and each floor. She showed her insurance information and went over her company policies, which I appreciated. She was very clear that her expectations of her employees and company are high and shared the steps she takes to ensure that. I was told to close any doors, closest or cabinets that I didn't want cleaned. Company policy is they don't open anything ensuring they don't invade your privacy or touch anything you don't want done. She gave me a date but due to having a friend come to town she was able to get me in last minute for an earlier appointment the week before she planned. Very accommodating! Cleaning: She showed up early the day of cleaning and brought a plant for me to wish me well on my recovery, such a personal touch and true care! She and another woman worked very hard and checked in with me asking if I was okay with different cleaners and very gentle with everything. The place looks great! I asked for a regular cleaning but they definitely went above that. Cleaning the blinds, wiping the tops of the windows and wiped both sides of my screen door to the house. She wiped down the staircase railings, cleaning any and all surfaces. Areas I said don't worry about trying to not have too big of a job since I've not been able to clean myself (like the laundry and workout room floors), she cleaned anyways to make the place spotless. Before she left she even watered my plants sharing how she knows I can't get around well. Floors that were taking longer to dry she hand dried because she didn't want me falling. She took all these additional steps to ensure I was comfortable, really went above and beyond. She has a very personal touch and cares about her clients you can tell. This was my first cleaning and it felt like I'd been her client for years. I would hands down recommend this company! read more

Joung cleaners was professional on all levels. She personally came out to my apartment, gave an estimate for the cleaning services, and provided her personal phone number for future questions. Original, First, Deep cleaning completed well by 3 women and one speaks English. Second trip arrived unannounced and one week too early, completed my small condo in 35 minutes and charged 160. Called Juoung to change frequency and she told me she'll charge more. So be careful of her pushing more frequent cleaning by having workers cut 4 week plan to 3 weeks, then tell you if you want to change she'll charge more. I just said ok then do not return unless I call you. read more

Wow, where do I start? I reached out and spoke to a few cleaning companies, regarding a major cleaning that I needed done, for an event that I was hosting at my house. I have to say, that I would highly recommend Juong's Cleaning Service. Ms. Juong was the only person that offered to come to the house and look at the scope of work that was needed to be done.....the other cleaners just wanted to give an estimate from a phone conversation. From prior experiences, that business model rarely ends well for the customer. We had a good conversation when she came to the house to discuss the scope of work and my expectations. I knew from that moment, that I would put my trust in her, that the job would be done right. On the day of the scheduled cleaning, they arrived early and stayed til the job was done. They were very professional and friendly. They even got rid of dust and dirt from all the hidden places you forget about. I couldn't be any happier from my experience. I highly recommend Juong's Cleaning Service for any commercial or residential work. read more

Joung is the real deal when it comes to deep cleaning! There's dozens of other companies who offer cleaning services in the area but most are not actual detailed cleaning and merely a surface cleaning... Joung takes cleaning to the next level, no kidding!!! I asked for a move-out cleaning to get my house ready to sell, and she and her crew of 8 went above and beyond! They took the initiative to empty out every cabinet and drawer I had in the kitchen and bathrooms to do an actual clean of all surfaces! They wiped each corner, smear, grimes, and smudges on all floors, baseboard, walls, cabinets, refrigerator, stove, and windows! They also did a thorough steam cleaning of my carpets, leaving them looking brand new. I cannot stress enough how much I would recommend Joung for anyone who needs a deep cleaning or move-out cleaning. Especially if you're getting ready to sell your home!! I've never seen my home as clean as they left it even when I purchased my home brand new from the builder. They also left my entire home smelling sparking clean and not from fragrance smells as other do. Best of all, Joung was able to work with my tight timeline and cleaned my home on a 3 day notice after the holidays. The value for this detail of cleaning was 100% worth the price. Very fortunate to have found Joung's Cleaning Service in time to sell my home, and fortunately her service will attract many people to my home! read more
