We had a move out cleaning about a year ago. The team was professional and worked with the movers still getting things out of the house. Cleaning was great and the ladies were kind. read more

We used the cleaning service yesterday for the first time and, as soon as we saw the results, we contacted the owner to schedule another cleaning in a month. We are very pleased. Two professional and pleasant workers arrived on time and worked diligently the entire time they were here (over two hours). The place looks great. Scheduling with Lucia was very easy. read more

House is cleanest it's been since we moved in over 5 years ago. Wanted to surprise wife before she came back from a trip. We got a deep clean. Victoria and Angie did a wonderful job. Took them about 4 hours. I mainly wanted them to get all the dust bunnies from under the beds but didn't realize how happy I would be with the microwave and refrigerator. I was also out of town with the kids so scheduled something last minute, i.e. I called on Sunday and Lucia wae able to send someone over the next day on Monday. Only challenge will be to keep the place clean until my wife gets back tomorrow :) read more

The ladies were absolutely terrific. Arrived on time. Did a wonderful job. A pleasure to work with. Absolutely worth the price. I will certainly be a repeat customer. read more

Don't use this service if your house needs a deep clean before moving in. We had to ask the ladies to go back and dust things they had missed. The floors were mopped but a lot of them could have used more of a scrub, because there was still dirt left over after they left. Same with the base boards - I understand if that is considered 'extra,' but for a move-in I would expect more of a scrub rather than just a wipe of everything. My husband was checking rooms after they were 'done' and had to ask them to go back and clean again. We also received a call halfway through to argue with us about cleaning the windows. What we wanted there was a wipe down (not the window wells) as there was still dust on the sills after the ladies were 'done' cleaning. This got lost in translation but we had to spend time on the phone with a representative to dispute this, which we did not appreciate. After I raised this concern in response to requested feedback from Lucia, I was told we could not get a refund (fine) and then we had a long, unpleasant back and forth about how many days had passed (five) since the clean. Also fine, but this was a move-in clean, and the house needed to be scrubbed again after we paid $350 for this service. Would not recommend. Attached a photo of the dirty water from the deck after I re-mopped what had been 'mopped' five days prior. [Edited after response from business]: my estimate included a deep clean for a 2000 square foot home, which includes the porch. That is also irrelevant: I saw the ladies mop the porch, and this is just an example of the level of care that was given to mopping/cleaning around the entire house. read more

Amazing company. I miss them since we moved. So easy to work with and always did great work

My daughter uses Passeto Cleaning & loves them. She referred me to them. I wanted to start having my home cleaned. I received an estimate by email from Lucia. The ladies started last week. I was truly impressed with these lovely ladies. They were on time and worked very hard. They did a fabulous job cleaning my house top to bottom. Everything was so clean & spotless!! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were wonderful & so friendly. I highly recommend Passeto Cleaning to make your house shine. I look forward to having them come back every couple of weeks. Call today, make an appointment and start to enjoy life!! I'm so glad I did!! I'm a very happy customer!! read more

We've been using Passeto for about 5 months now and they've exceptional. Very nice ladies, their service is very personal with little nice touches, and the quality is high. Lucia is great to work with and very accommodating. We do monthly cleaning and the value is definitely worth it. Highly recommend! read more

Had deep clean today and feel a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Between work, school and just life it's often tough to keep on top of cleaning. Some things inevitably fall through the cracks and we do our best but sometimes we need to learn to just ask for help. And today was a huge help!! Thank you! I have gone ahead and set up biweekly clean. It's totally worth it and I would highly recommend. Excellent communication. read more

Lucia and team literally delivered a perfect maid experience. I haven't had maids come to my new condo since I've moved in. This was clearly a mistake LOL. It was funny, when I was buying the condo I thought it was something that would just be included with buying a brand new home... like a deep clean before I moved in. We're not in apartments anymore Dorothy. Nope... apparently that's not a thing. Also, they literally don't even have to remove screws in the wall or patch up holes. If you want that sort of stuff, it has to be negotiated at closing. Anyways, the job that Passeto did was PHE-nomenal. The one thing I requested that they do was to clean the sliding glass door. I also gave them a few instructions about specific pieces of furniture. Everything is so freakin' sparkly. I'm generally a clean person. I'm certain when they came in... they breathed a little bit of a sigh of relief. But getting to every single surface in the apartment has been hard for me to do. Especially the floor. The floor, cause I LOATHE mopping the floor. I'm also not a huge fan of sweeping - even have a robot to do that. But man, the level of clean my apartment is right now. Well, it's never been this clean. Period. And how clean do I want it at all times. This clean. They literally just left like 15 minutes ago. The stove looks like it's brand new. The fridge is so clean. The carpets are expertly vacuumed. I mean... I can just tell the difference all over. It has the feeling to me of like a brand new turned over hotel room. And weirdly enough, sometimes when I'm staying at a hotel... I think to myself "Wouldn't be nice to just live in a hotel." Everything is packed away so nicely, the surfaces are always cleaned... I guess it's just my minimalist side of me trying to break out of my semi hoarder side. Now that everything is super clean, I can't wait to get to some of the organizing projects I've been putting off. Also, redoing some of the closets so they're much more efficient. Right now, they are like the least efficient use of space. Can't recommend Passeto enough. There's clearly a reason they have 77 reviews and 5 stars. Lucia and her helper were also SOOOO nice. They didn't mind French Toast (my puppy) at all. They even petted her and played with her just a little bit before we vacated to give them some space. All around this was a 5 star experience. Customer service, product, care, attention to detail. AND... OMG I just stopped writing this review cause I remembered that I hadn't taken a look at my master bathroom yet. IT'S SO CLEAN!!!!!!!!! Just a remarkable job. Did I also mention that I got a little swag bag? They left me a tote with their name and a nice little water bottle with their info on it too. It doesn't get better than this. I can't wait to book them again. This is the life. read more

I have been with this company for a couple of years now and I can honestly say this is hands down the best company to work with. Lucia is phenomenal and she always answers so quick. No matter who she sends, I am forever grateful for their attention to detail and friendliness. You won't regret it. Just book her. read more

I was really looking forward to this cleaning given how easy the initial communication was. Unfortunately, I never received it because my cleaners were 45 mins late. On the day of the cleaning, I reached out to the team as they were 15 minutes late. Lucia let me know the previous house was quite dirty which threw the cleaners well off schedule. She offered no concessions for this inconvenience except to say that I could reschedule my cleaning to the next week. I'd suggest you find a team a little more customer centric to clean your space or risk having your time wasted like mine was. read more

Lucia is super professional and organized. Sometimes you find teams who do great work, but the communication is difficult. Not in this case: Lucia is responsive and consistently follows up. The cleaning teams are punctual, professional, and always have a great attitude. They work hard and always go above-and-beyond the agreed service. They seem to take pride in what they do and the quality that delivers. I'm impressed with their work and the consistency of results. I've never had to monitor or worry about the progress - which is a big plus for anyone working from home or just generally busy. Definitely sticking with this team. I scheduled to move out cleaning with Passeto Cleaning yesterdays. The two young ladies showed up on time and they were very sweet and I felt very comfortable leaving the house to let them do their thing. I came home and I kid you not my house was sparkling clean and it smells amazing too. They even have the sweetest little touches by putting little Passeto Cleaning stickers on the toilet paper roll If I wasn't moving out of state, I would definitely hire Passeto to do weekly cleanings for me. Lucia, the owner got back to me immediately when I put in a request for service and she's also very kind and sweet and responded almost asked immediately. If you're looking for cleaning services do not hesitate to contact Passeto. I definitely recommend them 100%. read more

Great company and service. Couldn't recommend enough. Timely and went above and beyond

I decided to get cleaning services after several years of trying to do it myself despite busy life. Passeto Cleaning has been a life saver! They come every 2 wks and the price is reasonable. They clean very well and save me so much time! My place is guest ready and I can spend time on my life. Every time they leave, I'm so grateful that I decided to get their cleaning services! Paying is easy thru online invoices too. read more

Passeto were hardworking and thorough! They did an great job with a move-out cleaning.

I feel like I am an exceptionally clean person. Or at least I aspire to be. It's actually the reason I decided to hire a cleaning service to begin with - I was tired of giving up my entire weekend to washing, scrubbing, sweeping, you name it. Passeto has been a God send. I have my weekends, AND I have a clean house. They really do clean everything; and if for some reason they miss something, Lucia is exceptional at making sure they go the extra mile the next time. She also lowered our original cost to reflect the shortened time and effort required to get the job done. Oh, and if you have pets - this is the one for you. My dogs are so comfortable around them and if there's ever something amiss with the pups, Lucia is sure to check in. For reference, I have a husky and a husky-mix so the fur problem is REAL. After they leave, I don't see ANY hair (well, at least for another day or two). We love Lucia's attention to detail and everything about Passeto Cleaning Services. read more

Passeto Cleaning Services - The pups enjoying our exceptionally clean kitchen. - Home Cleaning Near Me - Kensington, Maryland

I first hired Passeto Cleaning Services back in 2020 to clean our home. We own multiple pets and with multiple pets comes lots of extra hair and grime. We needed a cleaning service to help us manage all of that and keep us sane with a clean home. Upon reaching out, Lucia (the company's owner and primary contact), was very responsive and gave me a reasonable quote quickly based on the size of our home. We almost had to pick our jaws up off the floor after the first cleaning because they left our home absolutely spotless and free of cat & dog hair. It was amazing and we were sold on her services. 3+ years later, we are regular clients of Lucia's. Her entire team is amazing and does an excellent job for us keeping our house clean (as well as our sanity with managing our fuzzy family members' hair). She is very accommodating to our constantly evolving schedules and does her best to get in to clean our house even with last minute requests. She and her team always give us one less thing to worry about as our home is always in great and trustworthy hands. read more

Great service. Made my place spotless. Easy to book. The best! That's the way to go. Reliable always.

Lucia is very responsive and it was easy to set up an appointment. She was also very apologetic, accommodating and offered to redo the cleaning after I contacted her. For Lucia alone I am at two stars. However, my cleaning was unsatisfactory. I have a very small 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (under 600 sqft) but I was still very surprised it took the two cleaners under an hour to complete the job. And after they left I saw why. I had requested baseboard cleaning (extra $20) and they did that well but everything else just felt incomplete and rushed. The sinks in both the kitchen and bathroom weren't clean, my hair was still all over the bathroom floor and there were marks that had not been cleaned, the kitchen/living room floors had marks that were not wiped up (which I did myself with literally one wipe), and there is a film and remnants of dust over the furniture and on top of the fridge. I already felt uncomfortable having strangers (or frankly anyone!) in my apartment during a pandemic so I am not taking Lucia up on her offer to send someone else or do it herself and have just taken care of completing the cleaning myself. I've been fighting a fruit fly infestation and a thorough apartment cleaning was one of my steps to help get rid of them. Also, there were no shoe coverings like everyone else wrote in their reviews and one of the cleaners showed up to the outside of my apartment without her mask on. Just very disappointing experience. read more

Edit #2: I was not aware that if you are paying to have a house deep cleaned it cannot be dirty. Is that not the point of hiring a cleaning company to clean a place before you move into it? Most of the kitchen cabinets were not cleaned unfortunately- not just 1 drawer. Also regarding the extra room, I reached out once I realized my error and offered to pay for the extra room but was told not to worry about it. EDIT: I am updating this review to reflect a policy that I was made aware of that they "don't accept" complaints after the cleaners leave your house. So be sure to inspect your entire house before they leave. In my past experience, once they were done they say goodbye and leave, I've never had them wait or ask me to check everything is satisfactory. I used this company for around eight months. In the beginning everything was great. The cleaners were fast, efficient, and friendly. The owner Lucia was also great. I was in the process of moving so I hired Lucia's team to deep clean the place I was moving into as well as clean my old residence. I trusted the cleaners as I have never had any issues before (other than small things that were addressed immediately) so I just asked them to lock up when they left. When I returned the next day to see what they had done I was pretty disappointed. The fridge was not cleaned properly, nor was the microwave, the oven, or any of the insides of the kitchen and several other cabinets. I found hair, dirt, and dead bugs. I immediately contacted Lucia to let her know what happened (the day after, as well as the next day once I discovered more issues) and she offered to send someone out the next week. While I appreciate that she offered to send someone out again, my move-in date was in two days. I explained that I am literally moving in a few days and I cannot wait a week to unpack so I will just have to do it myself. She then offered to send me a refund, but out of a $380 clean the refund was only for $40. There must have been some miscommunication but for all of the stuff that was not clean you would expect a lot more refunded especially when you play close to $400 to have a place deep cleaned and still find many issues. When I communicated my frustration about this to Lucia, as well as asked about making some adjustments to my last cleaning at my old home, she told me that I would need to find another business to clean my home and that she was cancelling my last appointment, days before I move out... You can imagine my shock and disappointment, as I have been a loyal customer, I have referred people to her, I have gifted her services to others. This whole situation turned an already stressful move into an extremely stressful move. I had to re-clean all the areas that were not cleaned which took several hours, as well as scramble to find someone last minute to clean my old residence. I expected so much more on the customer service end of this. What a disappointing experience with what could have been turned around with exemplary customer service. The whole situation could have been handled much better unfortunately. read more

I told the owner Lucia our house was messy and she offered to clean it for $360 the first time and $270 monthly in future. The two ladies arrived on time and did a great job. After I paid to Lucia, she immediately said they could not clean our house next time. She said it took almost 6 hours, which was the reason we paid $90 extra for the first time. She also tried to blame me that I didn't tell her I have 2 ovens even though I answered all her questions before she gave me the quote (she didn't ask how many ovens I have). In summary, the maids were great but the owner was unprofessional. read more
