I specifically requested English-speaking cleaners to ensure clear communication, but when the team arrived, they claimed they didn't speak English. When I contacted the owner, she insisted they did, which created immediate confusion.The quality of work was disappointing; they cleaned a small area poorly and didn't seem to use any actual cleaning detergents. Communication was also a major issue--the owner never followed up to check on the service.For my second appointment, I was told three people would arrive late. When I asked for a price confirmation, the owner refused to answer and then started making strange, unprofessional allegations. I immediately canceled and disconnected. I was ripped off!!!! I was told by the owner that he would be sending 2 workers and himself. The 2 ladies arrived and went straight to the bedrooms which were already made. I specifically asked for my baseboards, back door and floors to be cleaned. The women didn't speak English so they had no idea when I tried to talk to them.
