Erlinda and her crew are amazing. She was able to come in earlier than when I requested. I asked for entire kitchen only to be cleaned and wow! They cleaned all the cabinets and got all the grease out, windows, floor and fridge too! I was only charged $100 for 3 people working. Will definitely use them again read more

Great service. Very responsive. Arrive on time and leave the house clean. Very flexible with timing needs. Accommodating of pets.

For years, the kind folks at Global have been taking care of my apartment thoroughly, thoughtfully and with complete professionalism. From dishes to fixtures, furniture to flooring, the team has never let the slightest detail pass. I'm so grateful for the hard work they do to keep my home a comfortable, clean place. read more

Have been using them for years to clean our house. Super easy, professional, good value - no complaints!

I was referred to this company and initially quoted $80/hr for two cleaners or $120/hr for three. I specifically requested English-speaking cleaners to ensure clear communication, but when the team arrived, they claimed they didn't speak English. When I contacted the owner, she insisted they did, which created immediate confusion. The quality of work was disappointing; they cleaned a small area poorly and didn't seem to use any actual cleaning detergents. Communication was also a major issue--the owner never followed up to check on the service. For my second appointment, I was told three people would arrive late. When I asked for a price confirmation, the owner refused to answer and then started making strange, unprofessional allegations. I immediately canceled and disconnected. I strongly advise proceeding with caution: verify the price upfront, ensure they actually use cleaning supplies, and double-check their work. read more

This business is very responsive to my request for cleaning. The ladies that came to clean my house were professional, polite, and did amazing work! I was in the process of selling my house; they deep cleaned it so it could be staged and they made our house look spotless when we were completely moved out. This business does a great job, are flexible with days and times, and they will not hurt your pockets. They are the only cleaning service I'd go with in the DMV! read more

I hired Global Cleaning Services to perform a deep clean of my house after I moved out so that I could sell my home. All contact with the company was prompt and professional. The quote for their services was very reasonable and the work was performed as promised. My 4 bed 2 1/2 bathroom house with a full finished basement was cleaned in 6 hours. read more

In February, my wife and I were looking for a team to help clean our home prior to some family visiting from out of town. We had lived in our current home for about 3.5 years at that point but hadn't had a professional cleaning done. We reached out to the Global Cleaning Services team and received a price estimate and availability within the hour. After answering a few basic questions, Erlinda clearly communicated the scope of the team's work and what to expect for the appointment. On the day of the appointment, the team of three arrived and got to work quickly. After giving them some basic instructions on which rooms to leave alone and which areas to focus on, they got right to it. They were thorough in their cleaning and made a great effort to address every corner of the rooms I asked them to clean. They were efficient and detailed, while still taking time to care for the furniture and belongings. The team did a great job, and I'll definitely reach out to Global Cleaning Services next time I need help cleaning! read more

Jennifer and Maritza (sp) are wonder women. They arrived to a condo in transition. I promised a place that the movers emptied and departed. Instead it was cluttered. Professionals that they are, they jumped in. They found ways to work around: found hidden dirt, cleaned unknown surfaces, attacked rooms logically, focused on each cleaning agent across rooms. They cleaned appliances I didn't know I had. They cheerfully gave the impression that they enjoyed the challenge. Both are Superstars that you would be lucky to have come to your house. read more

Once again I have to applaud Erlinda and Global Cleaning Service for their customer service! After hearing about my experience with the last service, Erlinda immediately reached out to see what happened and make things right. She offered a redo cleaning as soon as possible. Her team came back for redo and it was a very detailed cleaning, very well done! I usually send Erlinda a message of things would attention on in the house. Those things were covered in this cleaning and more. I've had other cleaning services before from other companies and I have to say Global Cleaning Service had the best attention to detail and customer service out of all them. read more

They're best. Will 100% request their service again and will recommend them any day. I was very nervous about hiring a professional cleaning service FOR THE FIRST TIME because of the broad range of experience of various cleaners, the products that various cleaners use, and reliability that can be found online. Kinda overwhelming tbh. Erlinda Dominguez and her team of professionals were AMAZING. fast response. Showed up the next day ON TIME. They know what they're doing. They answered my Qs about what cleaning solution they use vs what's best for this job (screenshot attached). They were very very nice about my Qs and requests about that. read more

I was ripped off!!!! I was told by the owner that he would be sending 2 workers and himself. The 2 ladies arrived and went straight to the bedrooms which were already made. I specifically asked for my baseboards, back door and floors to be cleaned. The women didn't speak English so they had no idea when I tried to talk to them. The owner walked through as if he was the President of the United States. Point blank, they will NEVER get any more business from me and I hope no one else either!!!!! read more

Erlinda's team did a fantastic job, efficient, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend.

This is my first yelp review, but I just needed to recommend Global Cleaning!! We haven't used a cleaning service since we moved in and I talked to a few company but global was prompt to respond and had a great price. We arranged for the day I needed and they arrived on time! Our place looks amazing because of them! They were very detailed in their cleaning and even did a few small things like make a tissue flower! It feels like we came home to a freshly cleaned hotel room. I can't recommend them enough! Thank you Global! read more
