We have used this service for over a year now, and throughout…read morethat year, they have continually canceled on us day of or day before, left our home without it being thoroughly cleaned, thrown out towels, and were just overall unapologetic for any of this behavior. The only reason we continued to use them is because they would fix their issues after we complained, and then kept their prices lower than their competitors. When I finally heard a response, they asked us for a higher price. We have continued to use them for over a year and this is how they treat their most loyal customers? Edit (1/15/2023): if you read her response below, she never addresses their tendency to cancel the morning of, without responding to when they can reschedule. That's because there is no excuse for that kind of unprofessionalism.
