Andrews is pretty goodb overall, but I found the crews to be lacking in being detail oriented. They frequently missed areas underneath furniture, dusting on top of bathroom cabinets, etc. (I have allergies and asthma, so attention to detail in dusting and so forth is critical!) We also struggled with language several times, when the crew didn't have a fluent English speaker with them. Plus the time they would come kept shifting later and later, which was not convenient. I respect the difficulty of the work but since I am disabled and cannot do many of the tasks myself, I am dependent on the company being very thorough. read more

Andrews Cleaning Service cleaned my 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment this past weekend and they did an incredible job. It was very easy to setup the appointment via text and everything was clear ahead of time including what would be cleaned, products used and the various payment options. My arrival time was between 9-10am and the team of two arrived at 9:30am. They got right to work and were done around 11:30am and Mariana kept in touch with me via text. They truly cleaned every thing and every crevice and my place was truly sparkling. And they cleaned the inside of the microwave, inside of the fridge and interior windows and didn't charge extra for any of those items unlike most cleaning services. I've used this company twice now, each time was a bit different depending on the crew that was sent out. One was a move-out and the other time was a move-in. The move-in was an empty house, no furniture in yet, just appliances, and mostly just construction dust and leftover dirt/grime from the previous owner. This crew of two had one clean the upstairs while the other cleaned the basement. I think, but I can't say for sure, that the lady cleaning the basement was not as experienced as their other crew members. It was definitely not a bad job, but it wasn't the same attention to detail that the upstairs crew member showed. I did have to go over a few things and there was a few things that weren't done, but it wasn't at all a bad job, just inexperienced. The upstairs was cleaned nearly perfectly, and overall the service was definitely worth the cost. The other crew for the move-out was beyond exceptional. It was a lot more work as we'd been living there for 7 years, so it really needed a deep clean. Again the house was empty, though they arrived and started cleaning about an hour before we had the last of our things out. They were very accommodating and started in the rooms that were empty, and then once everything was out, they moved onto the other rooms. Now when I say they deep cleaned, I mean that these crew members made this house look better than it did when I had moved in. I was in absolute shock when they were done at how amazing the place looked, and smelled. They missed NOTHING. They cleaned the bathroom to a glistening shine, they cleaned the windowsills, the floors looked brand new (hardwood), the appliances looked as if they'd never been used, they even cleaned the walls in places that needed it...they cleaned the top of the refrigerator, the space behind the toilet, they pulled the washer and dryer out of the closet and cleaned around and behind them, they cleaned the insides of all of the cabinets, the spaces underneath and to the sides of the refrigerator and stove, they even apologized for a stain in the refrigerator that they tried to get out but couldn't (totally not their fault, that was there when I moved in)...they cleaned every nook and cranny of that house and even washed out the trash can (!). These ladies, single-handedly saved me my security deposit. They spent approximately 4 hours cleaning and I was absolutely amazed at how thorough they were. I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism, attention to detail, punctuation, and unparalleled work ethic. Their customer service is also fantastic. There were some scheduling changes I had to make, one the day of, and they worked with me to make sure everything fit into place and was completed on time even though they had to make last minute changes. I really can't say enough good things about this company. They exceeded my expectations by such a large margin that it makes nearly every other company I've hired for various things, look awful in comparison. This company truly is the gold standard. The prices might seem a bit high, though not much more than other companies I'd gotten estimates from, but they're totally worth it. 100%. read more

I used Andrews a several times. I was happy with the cleaning. They cleaned my home every two weeks. I was promised to have the same crew every time as requested in initial cleaning visit. Then the owner switched up. I got over it. The crew did a great job. The last cleaning we were scheduled same day to clean my business. Somehow their was a communication challenge or scheduling conflict and the cleaners refused cleaning my business after arriving. I sent pictures of the business. I was confused. Not sure what happened and how things got lost in translation. But Marina was upset as well. The next scheduled cleaning my sister passed away and I did not respond to text. However, I thought it was made clear I wanted service in previous communication prior to the last communication receive from Marina. Based on the text chain. But once I learned of my sister death. The last communication I didn't respond as I was not fully connected. Marina no showed and has yet to respond to any communication. I gave her the benefit of doubt. Tried requesting service and have not heard anything. I find it very difficult to believe a business would completely disregard communication completely. I had a deep cleaning with this company and they did an amazing job! I am very happy with what they had done. I had a cleaning company before this one and they were pricier and did less than what was all done today. Comparing the two deep cleanings the difference is wild. Andrew cleaning really cares about your place and will make it look brand new. They organized everything and worked together efficiently. They even got into the laundry room and made that place sparkle. They focus on the details and even cleaned the vents and cleaned the outside of the cabinets. Which the first company didn't bother doing even though it was something they said they would do.
