Andrews were very meticulous and they did a wonderful job in move out cleaning and the carpet cleaning

We have been using Andrew's for years and they have always done a phenomenal job with our home. It's easy to book an appointment, they have great availability on weekends, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are much more reasonable than other services in the area and I have never been pressured to book reoccurring appointments. Highly recommend! read more

Wow!! I was in a bind about to list my Dad's condo. I don't live here so I turned to Yelp for help. Short notice, reliable, quality work, friendly staff... Andrews Cleaning Service did a fabulous job!!!! If I lived here I'd hire them on a steady basis. Reasonably priced and great service. Thank you! Thank you! read more

Extremely happy with the service including the individual on the phone .. who helped schedule the service on Sunday. We had moved and realized the apartment needed cleaning . Very very thankful ! Cleaning crew did an amazing job too. read more

Andrews is pretty goodb overall, but I found the crews to be lacking in being detail oriented. They frequently missed areas underneath furniture, dusting on top of bathroom cabinets, etc. (I have allergies and asthma, so attention to detail in dusting and so forth is critical!) We also struggled with language several times, when the crew didn't have a fluent English speaker with them. Plus the time they would come kept shifting later and later, which was not convenient. I respect the difficulty of the work but since I am disabled and cannot do many of the tasks myself, I am dependent on the company being very thorough. read more

I have had one visit. The initial service was very expensive but I look forward to seeing how they do on a regular basis.

Very detailed and speedy cleaning service. Fair pricing too! A team of three women came and they were done with our 4BR/2.5B house in 2 hours. They even left a cute Easter gift on the counter for us! read more

We have been very happy with this cleaning service. We had a problem with billing which has since been straightened out and that was with the administrative office, not with the actual cleaning or any member of the cleaning crew. They are prompt, efficient and pleasant. I feel comfortable that their rates are reasonable and competitive. read more

Andrews - Caroline and Belinda - did an excellent first cleaning. We are looking forward to them keeping our house clean every 2 weeks.

1st time using Andrew's and was not disappointed. The ladies were efficient and thorough. Marina was easy to communicate with as well. Highly recommend. read more

Great cleaners, fast and good quality. Great value for the price paid! Will use again!! Thanks!!!

Andrews Cleaning Service cleaned my 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment this past weekend and they did an incredible job. It was very easy to setup the appointment via text and everything was clear ahead of time including what would be cleaned, products used and the various payment options. My arrival time was between 9-10am and the team of two arrived at 9:30am. They got right to work and were done around 11:30am and Mariana kept in touch with me via text. They truly cleaned every thing and every crevice and my place was truly sparkling. And they cleaned the inside of the microwave, inside of the fridge and interior windows and didn't charge extra for any of those items unlike most cleaning services. I will definitely be using Andrews Cleanings Services again and have already recommended them to many friends. read more

I've used this company twice now, each time was a bit different depending on the crew that was sent out. One was a move-out and the other time was a move-in. The move-in was an empty house, no furniture in yet, just appliances, and mostly just construction dust and leftover dirt/grime from the previous owner. This crew of two had one clean the upstairs while the other cleaned the basement. I think, but I can't say for sure, that the lady cleaning the basement was not as experienced as their other crew members. It was definitely not a bad job, but it wasn't the same attention to detail that the upstairs crew member showed. I did have to go over a few things and there was a few things that weren't done, but it wasn't at all a bad job, just inexperienced. The upstairs was cleaned nearly perfectly, and overall the service was definitely worth the cost. The other crew for the move-out was beyond exceptional. It was a lot more work as we'd been living there for 7 years, so it really needed a deep clean. Again the house was empty, though they arrived and started cleaning about an hour before we had the last of our things out. They were very accommodating and started in the rooms that were empty, and then once everything was out, they moved onto the other rooms. Now when I say they deep cleaned, I mean that these crew members made this house look better than it did when I had moved in. I was in absolute shock when they were done at how amazing the place looked, and smelled. They missed NOTHING. They cleaned the bathroom to a glistening shine, they cleaned the windowsills, the floors looked brand new (hardwood), the appliances looked as if they'd never been used, they even cleaned the walls in places that needed it...they cleaned the top of the refrigerator, the space behind the toilet, they pulled the washer and dryer out of the closet and cleaned around and behind them, they cleaned the insides of all of the cabinets, the spaces underneath and to the sides of the refrigerator and stove, they even apologized for a stain in the refrigerator that they tried to get out but couldn't (totally not their fault, that was there when I moved in)...they cleaned every nook and cranny of that house and even washed out the trash can (!). These ladies, single-handedly saved me my security deposit. They spent approximately 4 hours cleaning and I was absolutely amazed at how thorough they were. I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism, attention to detail, punctuation, and unparalleled work ethic. Their customer service is also fantastic. There were some scheduling changes I had to make, one the day of, and they worked with me to make sure everything fit into place and was completed on time even though they had to make last minute changes. I really can't say enough good things about this company. They exceeded my expectations by such a large margin that it makes nearly every other company I've hired for various things, look awful in comparison. This company truly is the gold standard. The prices might seem a bit high, though not much more than other companies I'd gotten estimates from, but they're totally worth it. 100%. read more

They were spot on in terms of coming on time. Very complete in their work , the house looks great. Can't say enough good things.

We scheduled two cleaning services and both times the team was great! They cleaned very well and paid attention to all of the small details. They were very easy to contact and kept in touch with every detail needed for the service. We will be using this service again! read more

Great prices, professional service, and thorough cleaning. I've tried many cleaning services and I'm usually disappointed and overpay for poor cleaning. With Andrew's my house looks clean and smells clean. I feel like I'm walking into a dance hotel when I come home. 've booked Andrew's twice and will keep them for regular cleaning. read more

Best cleaning service I've ever used! I always see something I wish a service had done better but not with these women! They were thorough, prompt, professional and hard working. Can't recommend any more highly! I will definitely be hiring them again. read more

I used Andrews a several times. I was happy with the cleaning. They cleaned my home every two weeks. I was promised to have the same crew every time as requested in initial cleaning visit. Then the owner switched up. I got over it. The crew did a great job. The last cleaning we were scheduled same day to clean my business. Somehow their was a communication challenge or scheduling conflict and the cleaners refused cleaning my business after arriving. I sent pictures of the business. I was confused. Not sure what happened and how things got lost in translation. But Marina was upset as well. The next scheduled cleaning my sister passed away and I did not respond to text. However, I thought it was made clear I wanted service in previous communication prior to the last communication receive from Marina. Based on the text chain. But once I learned of my sister death. The last communication I didn't respond as I was not fully connected. Marina no showed and has yet to respond to any communication. I gave her the benefit of doubt. Tried requesting service and have not heard anything. I find it very difficult to believe a business would completely disregard communication completely. It would be interesting if she responds to this review since I haven't heard anything in two weeks. Very disappointed. read more

Best cleaning service I've used thus far. You won't regret scheduling with them!! They go above and beyond

Fantastic service and cleaning! I am so happy I found them. I cannot express my gratitude in words.

They were fantastic! Booking a time and date was super easy. I've used other cleaning services in the past, but their deep cleans weren't great. Andrews Cleaning Service went above and beyond, I'll definitely be using them again. read more

Great and reliable cleaning services from Andrew's Cleaning Service. Marina and team communicate well and always do a great job. Thank you!

I've been using Andrews Cleaning Services since September 2022 and I couldn't be happier! The pricing is great, and I remember how impressed I was with their work, especially with the little touches like stamps on the toilet paper and paper towels. The team that cleans your place rotates, and it's not a promise that you'll get the same team every time, but they are always friendly and polite. My place also always feels and smells so clean afterwards, and with their competitive pricing, it's a worthwhile service. I never write reviews as you can see from my account, but I needed to leave a review for Marina and her whole team. If you're looking for cleaning services, hire Andrews Cleaning Services! I'm sure you'll be thrilled with the quality of the work provided :) read more

I am a repeat customer and will not change anytime soon. They are excellent and very professional. Marina is so kind and truly cares about the quality of work provided and always checks on results when she is not part of the crew. My house is just spotless after they leave and their prices and also way better than most in the market. Once paid more for a cleaning before I met them, and the place was not half as clean as with this company. read more

Worth every penny since I had one less thing off my to do list to prepare for the family visit! read more

I had a deep cleaning with this company and they did an amazing job! I am very happy with what they had done. I had a cleaning company before this one and they were pricier and did less than what was all done today. Comparing the two deep cleanings the difference is wild. Andrew cleaning really cares about your place and will make it look brand new. They organized everything and worked together efficiently. They even got into the laundry room and made that place sparkle. They focus on the details and even cleaned the vents and cleaned the outside of the cabinets. Which the first company didn't bother doing even though it was something they said they would do. So I'm very happy Andrews cleaning did that today because that was an important part I wanted to get done. They kept their word. They also took all of the trash out to the dumpster at the end. The place smells amazing and every little thing is organized to perfection. I 100% recommend this company and will be coming back here to get a cleaning again for sure. Thank you so much I appreciate y'all so much! read more

Andrews Cleaning Services was amazing! My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with the team's attention to detail and meticulous job they did during our move-out cleaning. They arrived on time, fully equipped, and gave our house the deepest clean it's probably ever had! When I initially reached out to enquire about availability and pricing, Marina responded immediately. She stayed in touch, even though I booked over a month in advance, to confirm the booking and time of service. Andrews Cleaning is truly a great value for a very professional cleaning service. read more

I have been looking to replace my old cleaning company and have tried a few others, but was never wowed. Andrew's Cleaning Service WOWED me! Not only was each and every inch of my home spotless, they went above and beyond, straightening up a messy desk full of papers I needed to organize, folding some laundry, and actually putting some things away. I love the extra touches like folding the toilet paper into a point and folding the towels and wash cloths in a fancy way. They thought of every single detail. And I am picky when it comes to home cleaning. Thank you Andrew's! I will be using them on a regular basis! read more
