I wanted to leave a stellar review but in the end the customer service and the cleaning service did not deliver at all. I moved out of my 2bed 2 bath condo and needed a deep cleaning service asap to have it be ready for renters to view. When I called, Manuel was incredibly professional and informative, and was able to slot me in for the next day. I opted for the move in/move out deep clean service and left specific directives over the phone of what areas needed special attention, mainly my laminate wood floors which had some white caked on dust from a rug pad that had been on the floor for ten years and left white residue that needed a bit of extra cleaning to get off. The three cleaners that came were very nice and did a good job except for the following: My sink did not look like it had been cleaned with stainless steel cleaner and was did not look clean. My white quarts countertops also did not look cleaned with the right cleansers and I had to go over them again with a magic eraser. The main problem was the floor. I pointed out there were several areas that still had white powder on them. I pointed it out and even got on the floor and started to rub them with the magic erasers. The cleaners saw me doing this and when I said they should give it another pass they didn't and just left. I had to spend another 30 minutes going over with a magic eraser. When I called to let Manuel know, he told me the service had been completed and offered no solution. I insisted that me having to do it myself means the service had not been completed and asked for a discount. They offered me $20 off of a $320 dollar service and then when I saw my receipt the next day there was no discount. All in all, I would not recommend them as the customer service is nowhere to be found. As a first time customer I should have been offered a free clean or a larger discount for services not completed. Look elsewhere for your cleaning services. Bright home Solutions doesn't look out for customer satisfaction. read more

Oh my goodness! These ladies are THE BEST. Hands down. No cap. My house has been slowly falling off a cliff while I've been struggling at work and the kids have been going back to school. My weekends have been FULL and cleaning hasn't happened. Other than kitchens and bathrooms, trash and laundry there has been NO cleaning here in weeks AND, despite living here for 5 months, we haven't fully unpacked. In despair I placed a Yelp! Project bid request for another company and Bright also responded. They were the only company who offered three people at an amazing rate and almost immediate time. I could have cried They have an amazingly professional portal AND they take credit cards, which is super nice. The time was set for 8:00am. My doorbell rang at 8am! They brought all their own stuff and they are SO QUICK, efficient and well-trained. With my minimal instructions, they got my six spaces done and 20 boxes emptied, broken down and stuff put away within 6 hours. This is the cleanest and most organized my space has ever been. I loved the experience. They were SO SWEET AND RESPECTFUL. They saved my sanity. SAVED IT. I cannot tell you how awesome this experience was. I have five kids and most people take a LONG TIME to get through the clutter that my kids can create. Not these ladies. When I tell you, they finished my sons (9&4) disaster area of a room in 30 minutes, including putting away and folding clothes, I'm not joking. Every time I thought I'd just set them up in a space and let them work, they were like "we're done!" Bottom Line: Whatever you're booking them for, or thinking about booking them for, do it!! Wow is all I can say!! I hired Bright home solutions to do a clean out for me and they did a spectacular job! My place was cleaner than when I moved in! They did a very thorough job cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, living, dining room, and 2 bedrooms. The place smelled so clean when I walked in to do a spot check! They also did a deep vacuum and cleaned the floors in the living/dining/kitchen areas. They also cleaned the windows. And the fridge was really clean! I liked that they were more careful cleaning around my plants than other services have been. I was also pleased with the oven cleaning when we added it the first visit. They did a good job dust removal on the blinds and visible surfaces, but they missed dust on the ceiling fan and some under our coffee table that our old service was better at taking care of. After the most recent visit, I noticed that they only cleaned as far up the toilet bowl as you could see while standing directly overhead; my husband was unhappy that they used up our paper towels in the kitchen; and weirdly they left some used disposable gloves in our indoor bottle/can recycling bin. Our trash cans weren't cleaned, and both visits I wasn't impressed with their cleaning job on our upstairs shower (multiple areas of water mold were left so untreated that I suspect they didn't even apply cleaning fluid and just dusted around; I don't know how else a wet paper towel could've pulled up so much scum and residue). At the end of the first cleaning, we pointed out an example spot of the water mold that had been missed, and after it was "done" we realized the other spots of water mold were still ignored. TLDR, we're going back to our old cleaning service. This company had competitive rates and their team was punctual, but after giving BHS two chances to dazzle us, we'll choose our old service that was always-running-late if it means we actually get a proper deep clean on 2000 sq ft. read more

I did the first cleaning at my house with BHS back in February. When I get back home after they finish the cleaning I was so happy with the service. Kitchen was looking brand new, and the appliances were very clean. The organization in the bedrooms and the cleaning in the bathroom was great. Several baseboards were untouched, cobwebs were left around my front door, and trash cans were not cleaned--all items for which you pay extra with the deep cleaning. I was originally pleased with this company's regular cleanings of my apartment. But then I hired them to perform a Move-In Clean for my house and while I paid over $500, I got a 2 person crew (the same number that would have come for my small 2 bedroom apartment). I reduced their work by removing vacuuming (got the carpets professionally steam cleaned). So I would have expected everything else to be done to perfection. Instead, I found that their Window cleaning did not including wiping down the sills thoroughly or cleaning the outside of the windows (despite my modern windows being easily tiltable. I had specifically asked for garage cleaning and they just skipped that entirely. And I found plenty of cobwebs and dust after they left that just was never addressed. And I even forgave them for breaking a glass shelf in the shower. Do not hire them for a big clean. read more

I ordered the "basic" cleaning just to try them out, and I was amazed at how thorough these two women were - even taking out the vents under the microwave and cleaning under the stove burners!
