I have been looking for someone to clean my home for some time. We had two individuals come out with Bright who did an initial deep cleaning. I was told it would take 2.5-3.5 hours and the team was here for over 4. I was not home when they left but they called to ask if I wanted to view their work before leaving. I had a move out cleaning done. They did not complete the cleaning and I had to finish some things like the pantry and floors. (They spot cleaned and did not mop the whole floor). The also broke the knob off the kitchen faucet and did not let me know. Had I not went back to clean what was missed I would not have noticed it and would have been charged from my deposit. Since I moved out of state and left the same day as the cleaning, I was not there for walk through. Once I got the information from the Property Manager it had been a month. I reached out to the cleaning service and spoke to the owner. He took no responsibility for anything, not the sink (which I fixed) nor the cleaning that was not done. He just kept on that it was over a month. I kept explaining that I moved out of state and was not there for the final walk through and that the property manager has 30 days to days to get me the information. He kept saying I should have called right then. Again I explained I left right away since I had a 16-hour drive and was not there for the final walk as that was done a week after I was gone. Still nothing from him except it was over a month. Not even an apology of "I'm sorry that happened". Then he asked for the move out list stating the areas that were not cleaned. I sent it to him and NOPE no response back. So, I paid them for a service, I had to do part of that service and fix the broken faucet and I was charged again from my deposit. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPAY TO ANYONE!!! read more

Used them about 6 times and this was supposed to be the final cleaning before we sold the house. $340 wasted. They did NOT clean the oven properly and the cleaning solution they used got on our brand new hardwood floors and we could not get it off. They did a horrible jon cleaning the Laundry machine. Bleach and detergent was still in machine and on floor. They couldn't even mop the upstairs floors properly and left satins that were easily removed by my real estate agent. The cabinets were disgusting in the kitchen and were not wiped down. They also used chemicals above the sink that made the paint bubble and had to be redone. Overall this cleaning service has gone down hill. read more

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Prompt response to my initial inquiry. I did not respond immediately and missed the proposed date. When I reached out Noe worked with my schedule, and even offered me a next day appointment to accommodate my needs. Noe set up my appointment, and it was easy to communicate with the office via the online system with respect to directions/questions. The cleaning team (3) arrived exactly on time and were extremely pleasant and friendly. They even played with my (very large) dog! I had requested a deep clean of the kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, in addition to dusting and mopping of kitchen, living, dining and family rooms. I felt that Mariela truly listened to what I wanted. She had me inspect the home to make sure that I was satisfied and that nothing was missed. They did a wonderful job - my house looked and smelled great and my oven was spotless!
