So incredibly pleased with my experience with Iriada's Cleaning Service! Response to my request for a quote was quick and accurately reflected what I paid for the service. They were able to come the next day and worked with my schedule. Communication has been easy and efficient and the ladies arrived promptly and worked efficiently. My house is sparkling and my stress level has been greatly reduced! The price was fair and the time I've been able to spend with my family and getting other work done is worth the cost for sure! Definitely booking them for a recurring service! read more

Iraida was flexible with timing, but the price was higher than I was initially quoted because it was multiple levels (even though that wasn't one of the parameters mentioned that could increase the price). Most areas were cleaned well, but tops of door frames, corners of most rooms, and the bib of the fridge were left completely untouched (it wasn't even vacuumed). I also had to purchase microfiber cloths that should have been left at the property, but were not. read more

I've used Iraidas cleaning service twice now. They respond quickly reasonably priced and do great work! I'm very pleased. I will be making standing appointments. read more

Paid $340 for a deep clean. Look at the pictures. No solution offered. To future customers, perhaps consider payment after service. read more

Iraida was great to work with for setting up my move out cleaning. Was very flexible and did an amazing job with the clean. Would highly recommend. read more

Very unprofessional. There were many areas that were not cleaned thoroughly, and a lot of small details were left unfinished. They also dumped trash into my recycling bin instead of disposing of it properly. On top of that, they charged me extra for rags. Overall, I was very disappointed with the quality of the service and would not recommend them. read more

I had to coordinate my move from out of town. My movers left a mess! Iraida's team could have walked away but agreed to work around a friend who was helping clean up. When my landlord did a walkthrough he said that it was obvious that the place was professionally cleaned! Working around a situation and cleaning without anyone noticing whether they did a good job or not and they pulled through like a champion service! Thank you Iraida!! read more

Okay, I have been using this service for some time. I was willing to overlook the issues with timely arrival and some weird decisions like throwing away one of my shoe boxes. They are patient when I'd forget to Zelle or there were access issues with my building. So I let stuff slide. But this? Putting something directly on top of what is very clearly my dog's urn? I'm done. His picture and year born/passed are right there on top. Completely disrespectful. read more

Iraida's Cleaning Service - A box of tissue plopped right on top of my dogs urn. But they made sure to make the tissue pretty first - Home Cleaning Near Me

Good service and we have since hired them for monthly deep cleanings, based on initial experience.

Great service and great job cleaning at reasonable prices. Will recommend to others!

Yelp came through again with a quality business. I started a project for cleaning services and Iraida's responded right away. Three wonderful ladies came the next week to do a deep clean on my townhome. They were kind, efficient, thorough and left my home sparkling. Their pricing was also very reasonable. I loved the little touches they did on the paper towels. I will definitely be using them again! read more

Great service, very flexible and thorough. We have worked with the for several years, very reliable.

Wow! Fast, polite, and thorough. These ladies came in like a whirlwind and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended!

Iraida's Cleaning Service has cleaned my home for several months and they always do a great job. They have been very receptive to feedback and special requests (ex: oven cleaning). We used other cleaning services previously and we have found Iraida's to be much higher quality. We are grateful for their great service. read more

I found Iraida's cleaning service through Yelp. Appreciated her fast response, easy scheduling process, clear communication, competitive price, and great job overall! Thank you. read more

Pros: Did a great job cleaning! no correction were pointed out and nothing was damaged Cons: Needed to use Tranlate app (no big deal for me). The rate provided was not what was completed. My sons room who is away at college was very dusty, so I was contact by Iraida that the house was dirtier and larger than expected so she the cleaners could only do two floors for the price quoted. Only room really dusty was one room and Iriada also thought house was a town home and said that the qoute didnt include. So I didnt get my basement cleaned. They also do not priovide rags, or pare towels for cleaning so I was charged an additional 10 dollars for rag purchase. I did get to keep them and was notified if I needed their service again to provide the same rags just cleaned. read more

The team did a great job with my apartment move out cleaning. The place looked great!

So its been a few months that I've been using Iraida's cleaning service, so I wanted to give an update. Still excellent, great communication prior to arrival. The team is amazing, seriously the do a great job. My husband had gotten home from work as they were finishing and again he commented on how good the house looked! And mind you my husband can be a bit particular with stuff especially household chores, I'm more of it looks ok I'm done. He's more of this has to be done with t's crossed and i's dotted. So for him to say that its a huge compliment. Ok one other thing I need to brag on from the crew yesterday, they made a bow from my toilet paper!! I'm not creative so I have to say I was impressed by the craftiness. I felt like I was on a reality tv show super yacht program. At any rate, they have been great, thorough, I would certainly recommend them. read more

Cant recommended this folks they claim they would clean everything but they can't even clean a simple bathroom plus they won't even give you a receipt. read more

I requested a quote for bi-weekly cleaning of my condo and Iraida's quote was the most fair for the job. Iraida was very flexible in trying to schedule my appointment based on my availability and her team's schedule. We were able to make an early morning appointment and they arrived 10 minutes early and completed the job in record time without missing anything. My condo was spotless and hairless (I have a cat who sheds a ton and they were able to pick up every single hair leaving the place cat hair free lol). I am certain to have Iraida and her team tend to my condo every 2 weeks ... and you could literally smell the cleanliness upon entering the building and I live on the top floor so you know it was spic and span! Best cleaning ever! read more

I found myself in a pickle today when a system error with my original cleaning crew resulted in the cancellation of my appointment. These ladies were available for a same-day appointment and did a fantastic job. They deep-cleaned my bathrooms, kitchen, and floors. They removed all dust and left amazing vacuum lines on the carpets. They were in and out within two hours and were very polite. My only complaint was that they were about 15 min late, but it wasn't a huge deal because they were so fast and they were able to squeeze me in so last minute. I paid $250 for my entire townhome to be cleaned and I think it was well worth the price, as well as very on par with other quotes I received. read more

Melina & Margot arrived at 8am and finished at 11am. They were thorough in their cleaning. I wasn't aware that I needed to provide cleaning rags and paper towels for the service so that caught me off guard. Iraida, the owner, admitted that she miscommunicated that information but it's ok. I have the supplies. I incurred a $10 charge for new rags. They use bleach when cleaning which is fine. Just needed to crack a window. The place is clean and appreciate them for coming so quickly. I'll rebook them for sure. read more

You know that smell? The one when you open the door and it smells CLEAN. And actually is clean. I do the paper towel test on my kitchen floor when I get home from work after they've come. I wipe it with just a bit of water to see if there is any dirt or color residue. Nothing. It's always clean. Iraida takes care of me and her ladies are kind and sweet to my 85 year old Mum who lives with me. read more

great service! we sold & moved out of our townhome & needed a cleaning service to do a move out clean. Iraida charged us only $230 to do the clean. I did stop by that evening to evaluate the clean. they did a great job cleaning out the cabinets and refrigerator, but they did miss a few places on the countertop & the corners of the walls. but for the price you pay, not bad! tipped them well for taking their time and cleaning up the place for us! read more

Iraida did our move-out cleaning last time so I was happy that she was available again for this move-out cleaning. She and her crew do an excellent job. read more

My moveout cleaning crew was phenomenal. These two ladies worked hard and deep CLEANED. My dirty oven was spotless, baseboard like new, and got the pet hair out of all the corners. Seriously the best house cleaning I've ever had. Highly recommend and definitely would hire again for any cleaning needs. read more

Overall they did an okay job. Overall things were cleaner but there were certainly things they missed. What I didn't like was they threw away a few of our items. My daughter was very upset to see her most favorite items that were on her windowsill thrown into a box and the adoption certificate that belonged to one of her most prized items was no where to be found. I have helped her search her room and the box and it was no where to be found. Unfortunately she said nothing until after the trash was collected by the garbage men. She is absolutely heartbroken that her certificate is missing. When I went to take a shower I noticed my razor was missing. It was one with the replaceable heads and not a disposable one. Although it was not a huge deal it certainly was an inconvenience. We don't plan to use them again. read more

Iraida's cleaners came today, and wow they did a great job! I left a negative review for a previous cleaning service. I always want to give credit where credit is due. Two ladies and a man came and did a deep cleaning. Exactly what I hoped for! This will be my regular service from now on. They even dusted lights over my tub and that's a spot no one has caught before. Thank you! Iraida: your company should teach a class on what great cleaning looks like! read more

The two ladies that came to my house did a great job. They told us what time they would be done and when we got home, our place was sparkling. We could really see the level of attention they gave. I kept walking around after they left, thinking I am glad I hired them. The price was competitive, and the owner was very responsive. I am looking forward to hiring them again in the future. Thank you! read more

They were very professional and truly took good care of our house. Very happy with the quality of work.

I've used Iraida's Cleaning Service both in my previous 2BD/2BA condo, and now in my 3BD/4BA townhouse. They're always very communicative and do a great job cleaning the house and accommodating myself and the dogs while they're here. We use them at least once every quarter to do a deeper clean than we're able to. read more

Great job! Iraida's was able to schedule a Deep Clean service on short notice. Communication prior to the appointment was excellent and they were able to meet the limited amount of time I had for them to be in the house. I was so pleased with the work that Iraida's people did!!! My house, I would say, was below average in cleanliness and they thoroughly cleaned it until done. I have had other cleaners who have done inferior jobs but am so happy with my house. I plan to use the continually i. the future, I would definitely recommend their service ( unfortunately I don't have. before and after to show). Thank you Iraida Barbara read more

Iraida was quick to respond and provided a reasonable quote. We were able to schedule something for the week I needed. They showed up one-time and were extremely kind and efficient, cleaning our 3-floor townhouse in under 3 hours. Our house has never looked better and I will be reaching out to Iraida again! read more

In this day and age, a "move-out" cleaning is an extreme cleaning that requires scrubbing equipment to get grout white, clean the very top of kitchen cabinets that are very high, etc. I would say, the crew worked very hard, did an exceptional job on some difficult areas. I would higher them in a New York minute to clean my house or condo. However, I do have to go back and do some things they could not complete to meet the expectations of the Property Management Company Still, they deserve all 5 stars. read more

I have been using Iraida's cleaning service for the past several months to do a monthly house cleaning, and they are terrific. Iraida confirms the appointment every month in advance, and her cleaning crew always arrives at the house on time without fail. Iraida's did an excellent job for me. On short notice they cleaned an empty 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath house to prepare it for sale. They were on time, fast and were responsible with the key I provided via a lock box. They were more expensive than other quotes I got but they were communicative, responsive, did what they said they would do and our Realtor was very happy with the results which is all we wanted. They will ask you to buy some new rags on your first appointment and supply trash bags which I thought was fair. And I was supplied a receipt when I requested one. read more
