We were very specific letting them know about the square footage of the house and that there were several places in the house that would need extra attention. The crew arrived and did not seem to know what level of cleaning was expected as they said they would be done in 4 hours. The house is nearly 5000 sq. ft and there was no way they could be done that quickly , so my partner stayed at the house to ensure things were done correctly. They did not have equipment to clean the light fixture in the main entrance or ceiling fan and windows in the vaulted ceiling living room. They were asked to redo multiple areas which they did without complaint. The crew did an ok job. It was a big job and it just didn't seem there was communication from the owner to the crew about what the expectations. The team is probably more appropriately suited for smaller spaces. read more

I let it go because her ladies clean well. however - she is unreliable. last time they came in afternoon instead of morning. I was told it's a holiday and they are NOT working. The team of 3 ladies came punctually at the scheduled time and arrived with all the proper equipment to tackle the cleaning job! They got right to work and spent time to meticulously tidy, dust, scrub, vacuumed and mopped (and even took out the trash & made my bed.) They were so hardworking and pleasant; I am so pleased with their service. When I told them I didn't need the guest bathroom cleaned because it rarely gets used, she offered to do it anyways! They really go above and beyond expectations! (Little details like folding the toilet paper roll, replacing the trash liner, and wiping the crevices of my bannister... all those little touches did not go unnoticed! SO IMPRESSED.) On top of their ability to make my home look pristine, they're also very accommodating- I have a cat and yet they were able to work around him. Everything looked spectacular when they were done.
