To call the work that was done a "deep cleaning" is a joke. To be fair this was a decent general cleaning however I specifically asked for the baseboards to be cleaned and paid an extra $25 to have the fridge cleaned. Before hiring them I was very clear and asked questions to find out what the cost would be. I was told the job shouldn't take more then two hours and it would be $160. They were a little late arriving, which I didn't care about until I was told that the cost at the end jumped up to $200 because they stayed an extra 30 minutes. They didn't start right on time and no overtime charge was ever discussed. I was really upset and told Elizabeth I felt that this "overtime" charge was very shady. At the very least I should have been made aware that they might go over and if so I would be charged extra. When they left I saw that so much of what I had asked them to do was not done. They didn't clean the baseboard they didn't touch the fridge which I paid extra for and basic things like light switches and bathroom drawers had not even been wiped down. How is this deep cleaning? I did complain about the fridge and baseboards to Elizabeth and she said she didn't realize that I had paid extra for the fridge and her employees were already late to their next job but they would come back and clean the fridge right then. At that point I was also late and not happy with the job they did so I didn't want them to come back. After showing her the pictures she only offered to refund the overtime charge and not the fridge charge because she offered to have them come back, even though she had no consideration for the fact that I was also running behind. In short even if you try to be clear on a price, you won't know the total until they are done with their work, and be aware that there are hidden fees, again nowhere in any of my correspondence with Elizabeth did she ever mention a overtime charge. Make sure you account for the minute they arrive and begin working and end work. Also don't think because you pay extra for something that you'll get it. read more

I was moving out of a condo rental in Reston due to a relocation out of state. I flew back specifically to have the place cleaned for move out. I called a couple of weeks in advance and booked an eight o'clock appointment for a 2 hour cleaning so I could be on a 1pm flight. I was very happy with the quick response. They really know how to clean a town home full of kid's toys, house being under construction, dog odor, and daily living style.
