Lorenzo and his team were amazing!! I scheduled a move out cleaning for my vacant three floor town home. I like that he gave a flat rate for the cleaning. A few other quotes i gotten were a little lower but they were hourly rates and I wasn't comfortable not knowing how long they will take. so it might even end up being more expensive at the end with the hourly rates. In any case. The team scrubbed the stove clean, dusted every corner, cleaned the high ceiling fans , cleaned all the drawers and got out stains that I didn't know could be removed !! I've had a positive experience with them at first mostly because of the super friendly owner, Lorenzo. He comes in a SUV, brings the maids, and waits in the car with them, then walks in to collect payment. If you order a one-time service, it's probably ok, they are cheaper, but I ordered a regular service, and didn't have such a good experience. They came and charged extra for the "first" cleaning, nothing spectacular, did an ok job. They came and cleaned one more time and then just disappeared. Now, there is no way to contact this company - there is no regular phone, just voice-to-text service on the owner's cellphone, and they don't respond to texts. Still don't know what happened to them, maybe they went out of business, but it's just annoying that they stop showing up just like that without even notifying. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Update 4/28/17: The owner called me after he'd seen the review. He apologized, but couldn't explain clearly why they didn't come on the scheduled day and just disappeared. He started talking about car troubles and scheduling issues, but it wasn't very convincing. He says he always tries to do his best. Try them out, maybe you'll have a different experience, but this review stays, as the fact remains that in my opinion this business is unreliable and unprofessional. This was my first cleaning business experience, and I now think that the best way to hire cleaners is to ask your friends for references, instead of searching on the Internet.
