I've used C2C for about 5 years now, and have always been impressed with their work. I live in a small 1-bedroom apartment with my husband. Previously, other cleaners I suspect had been rushing our place because it's small and therefore missing things that got noticeable pretty quickly like baseboards and windows. After we switched to C2C that problem went away. They're extremely careful and thorough, and it feels good to support a small local business that does a great job! THEY ARE THE BEST! I want to say first that the Corner to Corner cleaning team just left my house and they did such a great job I got on here immediately to write a review. If you're considering a cleaning company, hire them - you can thank me later! This is the fourth time I've ever hired a cleaning service and it was never worth the money, because I knew I could do so much better myself. Not this time!! After reading the reviews, I took a chance on this company and so glad I did! Finally, a company that has great attention to detail and literally does not cut corners, as their logo and reviews state. They even got my hard to reach baseboards! The service also includes changing the sheets, which I didn't realize or I wouldn't have changed them a few days ago, so I told them it was not necessary. They did make the bed for me though and vacuumed the dog hair off the comforter! For the animal lovers...They were super friendly with my dog and even vacuumed the couch! I can't believe I hadn't left a review until now! I first became a customer of CTC cleaning back in 2012 I think. I had to stop services when I had a break in employment but always continued to recommend them to friends. I've started back up with their service this past year and they continue to be great. It varies based on needs and scheduling but I have a team of three women come once a month. They do the foyer, kitchen, half bath, living room, dining room, office/cat room, and two flights of stairs. It takes them only about 50 minutes which is perfect considering I work from home. What I love is that they use green (chemical-free) cleaning methods. I don't have to worry about chemicals being around my pets or staining my wood furniture. As far as price I did call around to a few places to compare and found prices to be about the same as other bigger businesses. Definitely recommend. read more

This was my first time hiring a cleaning service for a one-time clean, and I couldn't be happier. Three lovely ladies came over to clean my 4-bedroom, 2 bath home. They even tackled the basement and my additional sun room. All levels are hardwood, so they vacuumed, swept, dry moped, and then wet moped. I had never seen my floors clean since I moved in, so just this made the cleaning worth it. They also cleaned my kitchen and bathrooms very well, all my stainless steel sinkware were sparkling and looked brand new. Not sure how cost compares to other companies, and expect to pay an extra amount if you are only doing a one time clean (it makes sense). I called based on a referral from another cleaning company, and they were able to come out that afternoon to check out my house and give me a price estimate. I wanted the house cleaned that following Tuesday, and they were able to accommodate my requested date. They were supposed to call the day before to confirm a time, however they forgot to call. This wasn't a big deal, because I called the following morning and left a message and they called me back within a few minutes first to apologize for not calling yesterday and second to confirm that they would be coming out that afternoon. Extremely happy with their service, professionalism, and attention to detail. Like other reviews, I may consider getting a monthly service. It would be totally worth it! read more

We REALLY wanted our security deposit back and had some awful cleaning experiences in the past so I was nervous beforehand but I shouldn't have been-from start to finish C2C was amazing! The owner and her mom seem okay, but the people they send to clean your place are horrible! These cleaners are AWESOME! I initially thought the $270 cleaning fee for a 2 bedroom 1 bath was a little high but the reviews were so good I thought it would be worth it. Their service is TOTALLY worth the price! I had them do a full move-out cleaning on my condo and they made it look spotless. The kitchen looks brand new again and is sparkling clean. They cleaned the inside and outside of the refrigerator, the inside of the oven and the floors, countertops, inside cabinets, etc. They also thoroughly cleaned the bathroom and got a lot of debris out of the carpet that I had been unable to remove. My husband and I are ok on the maintenance cleans but there isn't a lot of floor scrubbing happening here! I have never seen my apartment in such great shape! It literally sparkles! This is my first experience with a cleaning service, and I considered going the groupon route to test the waters with something cheap first. However, the Yelp reviews of most of the gorupon offers were atrocious. So, I went the opposite route and decided to go all in with the service with the best Yelp reviews. It was very easy to get a price quote for an initial/deep clean of my apartment via e-mail correspondence with Corner to Corner's manager, Lizeth. She responded very promptly to all my requests for information and we had my cleaning appointment set up within a few hours of back and forth emails. I did not have a pre-cleaning price quote at my apartment (seemed like a waste of time), so Lizeth gave me a price range (which matched up with what was on her website). She told me the firm price up front when she and her staff arrived for the cleaning and were able to see my apartment. Lizeth came with two other staff, so three altogether. I left them to it and ran some errands and asked that they give me a call when they were done. A little less than 2 hours later, they were done. I really have to say, I was amazed at the results. I was hoping for clean, but what I got was truly better than my apartment has ever been. Anyway, the best recommendation I can give is that, while I really only intended on having a one time cleaning, I am strongly considering having them come monthly now. The Good I just had my initial cleaning this morning and they did a great job. I have a one bedroom apartment with a cat. Lizeth let me know they would be sending 4 cleaners for my first cleaning and 3 cleaners for my normal biweekly cleanings. They cleaned everything very well to the point where the faucets weren't just clean, they were gleaming. They even organized a bit (folded clothes I had laying in a chair in the bedroom), which not all services do. Their price for an initial cleaning was $155 and $85 for my normal biweekly cleanings. The Bad (minor) I only have two small gripes that kept me from giving 5 stars. But overall, I'm happy with them and look forward to using them biweekly. 1. They were a little late to the appointment, which wasn't a big deal and they still gave me a full hour of cleaning. The first two cleaners showed up at 8 minutes after the cleaning was scheduled. The next two showed up nearer to the middle of the cleaning. It would've been nice to get a call or a text, but wasn't totally necessary since they were only a little under 10 minutes late. I understand how traffic, a messy previous appointment, etc can cause them to run late. I was worried that the cleaning might not be thorough since the last 2 cleaner didn't get their until halfway through but as I said they cleaned really well. 2. This one might not even be their fault. I asked them to hand wash some expensive knives in the sink, but they ended up in the dishwasher (and I caught it at the beginning of the cycle). The problem is that I told them in Spanish since they seemed more comfortable in that language and I speak it decently as a second language. So it's entirely possible that I wasn't clear. read more
