I chose this cleaning service after seeing the work they did in someone's home, which is no longer with us. She was in her mid-90s and no longer able to clean as thoroughly as she would have liked. So, when I thought about writing a review about them, please forgive me, this old movie came to my mind from Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz: "Lions, and tigers, and bears, oh my! But, after seeing the excellent work they did in my house, I was saying, "windowsills, baseboards, and bathrooms/kitchens, "Oh my"! I wanted to add some additional places in the house they cleaned to this saying, but it might have interrupted the flow of my saying. Now, I typically keep my house clean, but I had been traveling for the last couple of months, and once I returned, I needed some assistance to get it back to a place I like. They came on time, presenting themselves as the professionals they are, and didn't engage in any chit-chat while working. They came in, assessed who would do what, and they executed their two-hour window I paid for in a timely fashion. They even rearranged the pillows on my couch; alright, interior designers. They did am azmaing job cleaning my greasy kitchen and my primary bathroom which had grown some mold in corners. I short, the house felt like my home again by the time they were done. Just hire Noble. Our landlord was so impressed with their work that he called and asked who we used to clean when we moved out. Hard to get a better testimonial than that! We used Noble twice as part of a move in to our new home and move out of our old house and they were AMAZING! With a move, timelines can be tight, but Noble was able to get cleaners (and a steaming company) to both houses with just a few days notice and make the entire process seamless for us. They were proactive about letting us know the timing for their team and while we were not able to be there, their team sent us photos of the results (which we then verified in person--results were amazing). For cleaning our move out house, they called to say it would be one more hour (and a higher fee than the initial quote off the internet). We had ZERO issues with paying that. It is hard to do an accurate quote without doing a walkthrough, so if you book them online and the final cost is a little higher, give them grace. They do a really good job and are fair, communicative and transparent about pricing and scope of work. As said, our former landlord loved their work. We will hire them again this fall to clean before and after for one of our parties. They have a really great team and deserve your business (and cash tips). read more

The older maid in the team didn't clean under the toilets rim (rings were visible. I had to clean them myself after they left). She didn't vacuum under the kitchen's small area rugs & just mopped around them. She didn't tie the trash bags before putting them in the bin, so the trash scattered everywhere. She gave a thorough explanation of what a move-in cleaning includes and asked the right questions to understand our needs. Their price was the best of the quotes we received, and their estimate of how long it would take for our space was spot on. They had an early morning window (7-8 am), which was perfect for us since our move was starting later that morning. The cleaners did a great job. The house smelled fresh and clean when we returned. We used noble cleaning for our full house clean prior to move out. They did a great job, everything looked very good once they came through. They were thorough and efficient. Since we were moving out we still had stuff on the main floor so they did the other floors and came back to finish up the next day, which we really appreciated. The price was fair at $100/hr for two workers and in total it was about 5 hours of work for our three level, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhouse. Voucher had no mentions of any restrictions. Owner still refused to honor even after I mentioned it. When I tried to ask what chemicals were used (after asking them not to use strong chemicals because I have parrots) I received no response so I wasn't able to clean it before a party I was having the next day. I was able to get same-day service from Noble Cleaning Service when I moved into a new house! The person I spoke with at the office was courteous and prompt in setting up the appointment. The cleaning service I received was just ok, however. There were still a lot of corner spiders remaining in the home afterward and it didn't seem entirely clean. I received a quote for my cleaning job and went with this company. I only asked for the basement and 1st floor to be cleaned. Cleaners did an OK job. I have actually had better but because I was burying my husband, I just really needed things to keep moving and was appreciative for the assistance. The price suddenly became much more than what I was quoted and the person on the phone seemed to be a little out-of-sorts when I questioned it. However because of the other things going on in my life I went with it. It was later when I found the job was not that great, particularly the kitchen and that my dustpan that my husband made for me (because of my mobility issues) was missing. They probably took it by accident but six months later and I am still at a loss without my dustpan because it was something that cannot be purchased. I would not recommend ths service because while I am not picky I do want my place clean if that is what I paid for and I probably would have chosen another service based on price, availability, and experience. read more
