Krystal Clean did a wonderful job at my mother's home. Here's her review: "I'm very pleased with the cleaning provided by Krystal Clean. The workers were very professional, courteous and efficient workers leaving no stone unturned and going above and beyond my expectations for the job. I am very pleased with their work and will use their services again." read more

We had an outstanding experience with this cleaning service and cannot recommend them highly enough. We booked a deep clean and they truly went above and beyond. Every room was handled with so much care and attention to detail, including the kinds of details you do not even think to ask for, but immediately notice once they are done. Our home felt completely refreshed afterward. Surfaces were spotless, corners and baseboards were immaculate, and everything just felt clean in a way that only happens when professionals really take pride in their work. They were thorough, efficient, and clearly very experienced. On top of that, they were professional, respectful of our space, and easy to communicate with. It is rare to find a cleaning service that is this consistently detail oriented and we will absolutely be using them again for regular cleanings. If you are considering a deep clean, book them. You will not regret it. read more

These people are literal fucking magicians. I've never seen such an amazing job. Words cannot describe. 10000/10

The cleaning team did an excellent job cleaning our apartment for moving out. We did not get charged by the landlord for cleanness of the apartment at all. I would use them again! read more

My house has never been so clean!!! I got called away and wasn't at home when the team arrived to give them a run down of the things I most wanted done but it didn't matter-they did EVERYTHING and then some! Worth every penny! No notes! The service was outstanding! read more

Another amazing experience with Krystal Klean! We had to cancel our appointment last minute, and Gabby was able to set us up with another appointment immediately. The team arrived right on time, and left our house absolutely spotless. You can't go wrong with Krystal Klean. Pamela and her company are AMAZING! Their quote is incredibly affordable and competitive. Their staff in charge of communication, Devy, was incredibly communicative and patient with every question. I even requested they send me pictures of the completed job before I issued payment. Talk about high maintenance, but they complied without complaint and actually with pleasure! I would highly recommend Krystal Clean for any of your cleaning needs. read more

I want to give more than five stars!! They're great. They're very easy to schedule. We normally message them here, on Yelp, and get a response within 12 hours (normally much shorter than that) for them to come within a day or two, if we want. They're also incredibly reasonably priced! Two people always come and clean for a minimum of two hours. They're also just friendly people which always helps. In particular, I love this service because I'm so used to having to ask for "non-standard" things during cleanings (which, tbh, should be standard but haven't been in my experience). Things like cleaning inside the stove, vacuuming under the bed and in the closets, dusting off the air vents, etc., but I never have to ask with Krystal Clean. They do everything and are *so* thorough. All those expensive and pretentious cleaning apps that cater towards luxury apartment buildings (I'm looking at you, The Minte) don't hold a friggin candle to these people. I can't recommend them enough. read more

Such a professional and thorough cleaning service. I really appreciate the cleaning crew. They are thorough, efficient, on time, and very professional. I always feel amazing when they leave because the house is so clean and it is one less thing for my family to worry about. This is really a great cleaning company - highly recommend!! read more

I am giving five stars based on the initial deep cleaning service I received yesterday. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! Talk about punctual - they were at my door at exactly the time that was booked! The crew was at my home for three hours and I am beyond happy and impressed with the job they did - THANK YOU!! They cleaned inside my fridge - amazing, and inside my range - WOW. Nothing seemed to be untouched except under the cushions on the couch where my dog was laying (understandable). Last evening I was given a quote for monthly cleaning which IMHO is a bit high for a 1240 sq. ft. condo. I replied with the other quotes I have been given and asked if we could negotiate as I'd love to hire them. The owner accepted and it's a go!! HAPPY DANCE! I was assured that the way they cleaned yesterday is how they will always clean (2-2.5 hours - short of being a deep clean). I look forward to being a customer for a long time - as long as the work doesn't start to suffer - which is the way it usually goes with cleaning companies. Fingers crossed! On another note, they need to update their pricing on their website. I was told they had removed the website from Yelp but it's still showing hmmm. Well, the prices are attached to your website (Google not Yelp https://thekrystalclean.com/) and are your advertised prices so you need to honor/update them. read more

Update: August 22, 2020: after using this company in June we hired them for a townhome in Centreville. They arrived timely and worked professionally and quickly. Both places were about the same overall square footage but the second place has 2 extra bathrooms and is on three levels. The work was very good. They did miss a few blinds and the 2 wall air vents which was noticeable but the kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and the floors nicely done. I wouldn't downgrade my rating a full star based on the mistakes but I would have asked them to do them had I been in the unit during the cleaning. Otherwise, 5 star and I have been recommending them to others off yelp as well. They also offered to send the crew back but we'd already left so again-- highest recommendation. I hired this company to do my move out clean. Ive never hired cleaners before but it was a landlord requirement. Quite impressed. Three ladies came promptly (10 min early). They cleaned the windows inside, all blinds. Over the fans, baseboards and sills, closet shelves. Bathrooms were sparkling. Floors mopped. Kitchen counters, shelves, thoroughly cleaned the refrigerator, and microwave. Booking was very easy. The scheduler answered all my questions and let me know the ladies had arrived. I paid cash. Very reasonable prices for an under 1400sq ft 2 bed 2 bath two level condo-- I had 8 bids through yelp. This company was not the cheapest but in the lower 1/2. COVId: wore masks and kept their 6 ft. They were in and out within 2 hrs. I am a reasonably tidy person so there were no giant messes or really dirty areas but there is always bits of this and that, lots of dust on the floor with the comings and goings. the kitchen and detailed fan, windows and blind cleaning was what I was really after. They even wiped down the panes on the old closet and front doors in here. Only two notes: they did not come with a receipt which would have been great 2) it's seriously a move out clean so if you want something to stay like you want to leave som toilet paper for the next person or there is a trash can that belongs to the landlord or what have you, they will move it/if you don't keep it (not a complaint btw just a note). read more

I would give more than five stars if I could. We used Krystal Clean to do a one-time deep clean of our house, and it was the best decision we could have made. The team was prompt, professional, thorough and hardworking -- and really did a tremendous job. They paid acute attention to detail, from the inside of the toaster oven and soap dispensers to the floors and baseboards to the doors and windows, and just went above and beyond. I couldn't recommend this service more. To the business: Thank you for a wonderful experience. And to anyone considering using their service: Do it, you won't be sorry. We will absolutely be using Krystal Clean again. read more

I am SO impressed with Krystal Clean. I was going to clean my apartment myself but decided last minute to have someone do it. I requested a quote Thursday night and asked to be scheduled Friday. They were so accommodating and got me in right away. This was a deep move out clean. They cleaned baseboards, doors, windows, all appliances inside and out, all cabinets inside and out, in addition to what a standard cleaning has. My house was filthy from the packing and moving and movers in our house. They had this place shining clean in two hours. They also had very fair pricing! If I were staying in the area I would have them clean regularly. They saved me so much time and stress of getting this place ready! Thank you SO much !!! read more

Great service for a fair price. Will use again! Easy to schedule through the yelp app.

The two ladies that came to my home did a fantastic move in clean. They spent four hours in my 1,800 square foot home and there wasn't even furniture there yet. They deep cleaned my oven, my microwave, wiped down the base boards, and all my cabinets. All thother companies I spoke with were going to charge extra for those items. They had the best price for a deep clean of the five companies I reached out to. They were also great with my two dogs. They all met and then the ladies cleaned while I worked on a different floor. Sadly I couldn't choose them for my biweekly cleanings because they don't feel comfortable accepting a house key and I didn't want to leave a key under the mat. read more

Krystal Clean is amazing. They arrive on time and are very friendly. They are attentive to my requests & clean everything thoroughly. Best part, they are pet friendly and let the dogs roam while they clean! It makes my heart so happy that they take the time to fold my pups blanket in their crate. I feel comfortable with them cleaning while I am home, and I would feel totally trusting if I wasn't home. Would recommend them again and again. read more
