I want to give more than five stars!! They're great. They're very easy to schedule. We normally message them here, on Yelp, and get a response within 12 hours (normally much shorter than that) for them to come within a day or two, if we want. They're also incredibly reasonably priced! Two people always come and clean for a minimum of two hours. They're also just friendly people which always helps. In particular, I love this service because I'm so used to having to ask for "non-standard" things during cleanings (which, tbh, should be standard but haven't been in my experience). Things like cleaning inside the stove, vacuuming under the bed and in the closets, dusting off the air vents, etc., but I never have to ask with Krystal Clean. They do everything and are *so* thorough. All those expensive and pretentious cleaning apps that cater towards luxury apartment buildings (I'm looking at you, The Minte) don't hold a friggin candle to these people. I am giving five stars based on the initial deep cleaning service I received yesterday. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! Talk about punctual - they were at my door at exactly the time that was booked! The crew was at my home for three hours and I am beyond happy and impressed with the job they did - THANK YOU!! They cleaned inside my fridge - amazing, and inside my range - WOW. Nothing seemed to be untouched except under the cushions on the couch where my dog was laying (understandable). Last evening I was given a quote for monthly cleaning which IMHO is a bit high for a 1240 sq. ft. condo. I replied with the other quotes I have been given and asked if we could negotiate as I'd love to hire them. The owner accepted and it's a go!! HAPPY DANCE! I was assured that the way they cleaned yesterday is how they will always clean (2-2.5 hours - short of being a deep clean). I look forward to being a customer for a long time - as long as the work doesn't start to suffer - which is the way it usually goes with cleaning companies. Fingers crossed! On another note, they need to update their pricing on their website. I was told they had removed the website from Yelp but it's still showing hmmm. Update: August 22, 2020: after using this company in June we hired them for a townhome in Centreville. They arrived timely and worked professionally and quickly. Both places were about the same overall square footage but the second place has 2 extra bathrooms and is on three levels. The work was very good. They did miss a few blinds and the 2 wall air vents which was noticeable but the kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and the floors nicely done. I wouldn't downgrade my rating a full star based on the mistakes but I would have asked them to do them had I been in the unit during the cleaning. Otherwise, 5 star and I have been recommending them to others off yelp as well. They also offered to send the crew back but we'd already left so again-- highest recommendation. I hired this company to do my move out clean. Ive never hired cleaners before but it was a landlord requirement. Quite impressed. Three ladies came promptly (10 min early). They cleaned the windows inside, all blinds. Over the fans, baseboards and sills, closet shelves. Bathrooms were sparkling. Floors mopped. Kitchen counters, shelves, thoroughly cleaned the refrigerator, and microwave. Booking was very easy. The scheduler answered all my questions and let me know the ladies had arrived. I paid cash. Very reasonable prices for an under 1400sq ft 2 bed 2 bath two level condo-- I had 8 bids through yelp. This company was not the cheapest but in the lower 1/2. COVId: wore masks and kept their 6 ft. They were in and out within 2 hrs. I am a reasonably tidy person so there were no giant messes or really dirty areas but there is always bits of this and that, lots of dust on the floor with the comings and goings. the kitchen and detailed fan, windows and blind cleaning was what I was really after. They even wiped down the panes on the old closet and front doors in here. Only two notes: they did not come with a receipt which would have been great 2) it's seriously a move out clean so if you want something to stay like you want to leave som toilet paper for the next person or there is a trash can that belongs to the landlord or what have you, they will move it/if you don't keep it (not a complaint btw just a note). read more

The two ladies that came to my home did a fantastic move in clean. They spent four hours in my 1,800 square foot home and there wasn't even furniture there yet. They deep cleaned my oven, my microwave, wiped down the base boards, and all my cabinets. All thother companies I spoke with were going to charge extra for those items. They had the best price for a deep clean of the five companies I reached out to. They were also great with my two dogs. They all met and then the ladies cleaned while I worked on a different floor. Sadly I couldn't choose them for my biweekly cleanings because they don't feel comfortable accepting a house key and I didn't want to leave a key under the mat. read more
