Very responsive and worked with me on pricing. The crew showed up on time, worked very hard for hours, left everything clean and tidy, and did a great job cleaning my windows (which had not been cleaned in 15+ years). I highly recommend this company! Kym N. read more

I received four estimates to clean our 18 9x9 windows in our Great Room. Lilis was competitive with one other but sealed the deal was the onsight visit from Alex who explained their cleaning process especially facing years of grime and hard water spots. The two-man crew - Alex and Julio - arrived on time on the scheduled day and cleaned every inch, interior and exterior, by hand with a squiggy and often a razor blade. They worked quietly and efficiently. The real satisfaction came with the morning sunrise. Instead of cloudy, diffused light, the sun streamed in unobstructed by the glass. Just spectacular. My only regret is that we didn't do this sooner! read more

Failed to show up. After scheduling error put them on the last day I was available before moving. Claimed I didn't give them information that was very clear about from the beginning. Would never recommend if you have anything else to do with your life. If you can sit around and wait on them and the cable man all day, go for it. I got other stuff to do. read more

From my initial request for an estimate, Lili's was prompt in responding, provided information requested plus a competitive rate, and was flexible with the scheduling. I needed exterior and interior window cleaning as we prepare to list our property for sale. Two staff came within the scheduled time frame, were very professional and courteous, and did a great job with the cleaning. Communication before and after was consistent and easy. I received several reminders about the upcoming service and they were also flexible with the payment options. Would absolutely use this company again. read more

They were able to fit me in next day, were in time and were effective. Will use their services again!

This is my second time using this cleaning services and I love them. They came in very professional and did what needed to be done. The assistant listen to my needs as I was explaining my budget. I will definitely be booking again for windows, and walls due to my surgery and my wife working a lot. I love them! read more

They are just terrific! Very easy to teach the ladies we're friendly and kind and most off all they cleaning was impeccable!!! And no i am not exaggerating, they got rid of bathroom tiles stain that I had just given up on. They were supposed to clean for a set time and kept going even when they're time was up. My only Con was that their products smelled quite strong so I wouldn't advice if you have a sensitivity to chemicals but I was just so happy to have a clean appartement that I did not mind. I wish I had before pictures! read more

The team did a fantastic job cleaning. They were thorough and efficient. Really good communication with Lili. They also left the place back in order which can be difficult after moving things around to clean shelves/table tops. I'll definitely use Lilis Cleaning Services again! read more

When I first reached out to Lili, I was pleased by how responsive and informative she is. Her team on my first cleaning were kind and considerate since my fiance and I are still working from home. They made it clear what is and is not covered by their services and were attentive if I pointed out specific areas to focus on that day. They did a fabulous job and have great attention to detail. I look forward to having them return regularly! read more

The BEST move out clean! Lili's cleaners arrived on time and were extremely thorough with their work. Lili is a sweet heart and provided a very professional service. My family was so impressed that we are going to hire her for a weekly service in our next house. I really enjoyed supporting a woman owned Latino business! read more

First off, Lili's was very responsive to my initial inquiries, and the quoted price was quite reasonable. The ladies showed up in a timely fashion and did an excellent job, even adding little extra touches here and there. I will definitely be using Lili's regularly. Update: I continued to use Lili's regularly for the rest of my time in Alexandria and always loved their work. Two weeks ago, they did a move-out clean for me (including cleaning the double oven and the refrigerator), and their work was so fantastic that after the final walk-through with my landlord and property manager, they asked me for the name and contact info of our cleaners. I cannot recommend Lili's more highly. read more

I needed a last minute deep-clean of my home before putting it on the market, Lili and her team was able to provide great service and attention to detail throughout the home. They were able to get out stains in my bathroom sink no other cleaning services in the past could get out. I would highly recommend her if you need a reliable cleaning service. read more

Best window cleaning service that we have ever used The team was professional, efficient and customer-service oriented. Our windows are sparkling. Fabulous experience. read more

I had my first visit from Lili's team today and came home to a spotless house! Lili was very responsive for scheduling, and was able to fit me in within 24 hours of my initial request. I received estimates from several other companies, and Lili's was the most affordable while also having good reviews. The team did a thorough job, to include vacuuming the upholstery! One thing I didn't know beforehand is that it costs extra to clean the inside of the fridge ($50) and oven ($40), but if I need those services I'm sure it's worth it. My only complaint is that they turned on the heat and left it set at 90 degrees, which was unpleasant to come home to on a hot day. I assume it was on accident while cleaning the thermostat, which I guess means they had attention to detail in cleaning every little thing! Looking forward for their next visit in 2 weeks! read more

I just realized I reviewed Lili's nearly four years ago - and wanted to share that I'm still using them! After taking some months off during quarantine, I've asked them to continue again and I am very appreciative that the crew wear masks. They do a wonderful job and are really easy to work with in terms of my schedule. read more

Our house is sparkling! I needed a last-minute cleaning service, and Lili's was able to fit me in (on a Saturday no less). The team did a thorough job. Highly recommend! read more

I used them for apartment move out, they did pretty good especially with the bathrooms and refrigerator; my only gripe was that I should have checked the oven before they left (which I paid in addition to the cleaning service) the residue that was left really was disappointing and because there was nothing in my apartment to clean it with I had to run out and purchase paper towels to wipe the residue out of it. I would recommend just make sure and check everything after paying for this type of service read more

I'll say six stars!! Lili and her company are so wonderful! She is so kind and flexible and will leave your home the cleanest it's ever been. Can't recommend enough! read more

The ladies did a fantastic job! The house was spotless when they left. Worth the investment.

I won't bore you with screenshots, but long story short: we reached out to them for a quote. The assistant offered to come by tomorrow, asked what time, etc. After giving them information and availability, she replies they can't come out tomorrow, but 3 days later. It seems pretty simple for an assistant to find out or know BEFORE scheduling an appointment that they're not operating the next day ("tomorrow"). This is very basic stuff customers are looking for. I'm not taking a chance if there's already issues on day 1 with scheduling an estimate. The assistant was polite, so gave them 2 stars instead of 1 for wasting time. read more

They did a great job cleaning the interiors and exteriors of all of our windows. I would use them again.

The ladies are fast, efficient, thorough, and really do a good job. This was not the first time I've used Lili's Cleaning Services and won't be the last. read more

We've used Lili's for several years for monthly cleaning for our townhouse and we are always impressed with their work and grateful for how spotless they make everything in our house with two young kids. Their rates are super reasonable and they are friendly and flexible with scheduling. On a side note, it's super cute how they arrange our two year old's stuffed animals in her room. read more

Lili and her crew take great care of my place! They are super friendly, quick and extremely thorough. They even take a moment to say "hi" to my pup and let her dance for them. It's the best feeling when it's cleaning day! read more

We called Lili's on a Monday afternoon hoping they could come the following day. They showed up at 7:30am on Tuesday and had the home done in an hour and a half. Three cleaners were in the crew and they dusted, mopped, vacuumed, cleaned bathrooms etc. I am very happy with: 1. Promptness 2. Availability 3. Quality and Expedient work There was one light bulb broken in the bathroom which they told me about, and honestly I was just happy they were cleaning the lightbulbs...not something I have ever done in four years! I am very happy with them and if I were not moving out of the area would use them again. I will recommend them to my friends and family in the area. Thank you Lili!! read more

Quick response! The team was trustworthy & efficient! Highly recommend them, make sure you give them a call for great service

Very good experience all around. The maids showed up right on time and got right to work. They were friendly and engaging and did a great job. The communication with the management was a high note, too. Lili was very responsive and answered my questions easily. The price was also good considering the amount of work they did in two hours. Would recommend to anybody. read more

These folks did a great job executing a move out cleaning on my condo. We had the cleaning arranged for a Thursday morning. On Wednesday afternoon my move went sideways and there was no way I could get everything out before Thursday as planned. Lili was very flexible with her scheduling and bumped it back a day. Her folks came in and did an excellent job. I showed my condo to the very demanding incoming tenant the next day and the place looked perfect. 10/10 will use again. read more
