I had already moved out so wasn't available to monitor the cleaning or assess afterwards. Cleaner left dirt and hair on the floor and did not wipe the kitchen cabinet doors, even though I had made it a point to ask when booking if they could wipe the cabinets even if I needed to pay extra. Hired for a first clean today and was extremely disappointed. Apparently a basic clean does not involve moving ANY furniture or picking up a picture frame to clean under it. It's simply light dusting, which I frankly can do myself. Spend your money elsewhere. Oh also they put my dog outside during the visit (which was fine) but left her out there when they left in 85 degree weather. read more

I had a great first cleaning with scrubby's this week. The team arrived to introduce themselves and my cleaner Asia (not sure if that's the right spelling of her name!!) was super bubbly and friendly. I was working from home that day so I was around and she was great at working around me even going so far as to save the vacuuming for the end because I was in a meeting. I really trusted that she knew what she was doing and that she was super thorough and she left my apartment feeling spotless. She was also super nice to my cat who is very nosy and likes to follow strangers around when they're in my apartment. Will definitely use them again! read more

We were looking for a change in cleaners due to previous cleaners who were unreliable and always late. We stumbled across Scrubbies from Yelp and had a good response from the search and from speaking with the rep via email/Yelp. We were able to schedule a cleaning very quickly that was within our budget. Overall, the services have been very good. The portal is relatively easy to work with, make changes in payments, and reschedule appointments (tho the most recent two cleanings, I had to call and email to reschedule). Most of the ladies have been very pleasant to work with. The only thing negative is that each time we've had cleaning, it doesn't start til 15 or 30 min past the scheduled time. This isn't a major issue since I work from home, but it could be an issue if you had to plan your schedule around the cleaning time. read more

His staff did a wonderful job and I couldn't be happier. Saved me so much time with my busy schedule. Scrubbies has excellent customer service and provided a good clean. I hired them for a Deep Clean of an apartment I was moving into (that had not been cleaned before the previous owner moved out). I wanted a deep clean before I started moving all my stuff in, putting it in the cabinets, etc. Scrubbies gave me a competitive quote right away and were very responsive. I chose to go with them over the competitors. The service itself was great - the ladies cleaned my 1br for about an hour and a half, and left before I was back (with my permission). I got home and while parts of my apartment were clean, the inside of the fridge, the inside of the cabinets, and the baseboards had not been cleaned. I called Scrubbies, as they had requested feedback, and expressed my disappointment that perhaps I had a different expectation of "deep clean" than they did. They immediately said they wanted to rectify it and would come out the next morning to do so. Then the owner called me as well to apologize and said they would take care of it. Kendra came out the next morning and addressed everything I had asked about. I think perhaps what I expected originally was not on their "deep clean" list, and I may not have conveyed what I was looking for 100% clearly, so for them to then go above and beyond really made an impression. On top of that, everyone was nice and in high spirits whenever I talked to them, along with the crew that came to my apartment. Great service. read more

Great customer service, but awful cleaning service It's my first and last time using Scrubbies. I was super unhappy with the results, when I got to the place. I requested a move-in cleaning from them and and after 2:45 hours of cleaning here is what I found: The only good job was done with the hardwood floors - I was nicely vacuumed and mopped. Everything else is terrible - baseboards was not clean at all. It was a thick layer of dust everywhere in the house - blinds was not clean - windows was not clean - shelfs in the kitchen kabinets wasn't cleaned(all dusty) - kitchen counter top was dusty and cleaned - oven was dirty -microwave was dirty - toilets wasn't clean at all - they cleaned the shower cabin, but it the glass was stained after their "cleaning" - washer and dryer was not cleaned - fridges was not clean - chandelier and the ceiling fan was not even touched Looks like they was cleaning every surfaces with a duster and dry rag. I am not a pro cleaner, but I know that to get rid of dust you need to do a wet cleaning with wet rugs and lots of sprays. So I am very disappointed. The other good thing is a communication with the management. Manager arrived 30 minutes after I called here and cleaned most of the stuff, but it still didn't look like a professional $390 cleaning(they gave me discount, so I paid 350, but it still expensive for such a "quality" P.S. The cleaners was kinda rude. When I was showing them what is wrong, they disappointedly replied something like: "I cleaned it twice" or "it wasn't in the notes" and was complaining to each other, that they don't have any more time to fix anything, because they have other appointments. A manager came out the first time to look at my apartment and size up the job. He set a fair price and was accommodating about my cleaning day and time. I get reminder texts a couple days ahead of each cleaning, which I really appreciate. Scrubbies has been coming once every two weeks for several months now, and my place is beautifully and professionally cleaned each time. I have had to reschedule twice, once when I was sick and once when I was going to be out of town, and they were very accommodating each time. read more

I recently had an injury which has made it very difficult for me to clean. This is unfortunate because I was already terrible at cleaning before my injury! So, while my apartment slowly went into a state of disrepair, I hired scrubbies. My representative Patrice was great! She cleaned everything I had been ignoring for the past few weeks, and was great with moving things around appropriately (my coffee table has become something of a CVS, and she made sure to clean it without rearranging all of my stuff!) Make sure to let the team know if you have pets, as it helps them schedule around allergies, and Patrice was so sweet to my little kitty girl. My apartment is probably the cleanest it has been since I moved my furniture in, and I'm so happy to have been treated with a such kind and friendly associate! read more

When booking I loved that they remembered details about the previous cleaning so that I didn't have to explain again what I needed. They provide great value for the service, their communication is top notch, payment is easy especially considering that I was paying for someone else and was not going to be present. Great value and communication! I requested a clean only a couple days in advance, which they were able to accommodate! The quote was the lowest I received and the communication was amazing! However I docked 1 star because the cleaning was very superficial - which then explains the pricing. I would've happily paid more for a deeper clean - not a deep clean at all, just more than what looked like a light wipe and sweep. I was also told that I'd received pictures of my place the evening of the job or the latest the following Morning but it came late the next day - so I had no idea what the outcome was until I didn't have enough time to ask for another cleaner. I found lots of streaks on the countertops, dust in corners in several rooms and a tub full of cleaner because there was a plumbing issue in my apartment. I was never notified that my tub was clogged until almost 48 hours after the job, so I arrived to a gross tub and had to clean it myself. I understand if my tub is clogged, but if it causes that much of a mess from the blue cleaning products and dirt, I would've appreciated the Scrubbies team to notify me immediately instead of see a horrifying tub. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them. I'm fairly certain that I paid them to allow someone to take an extended lunch break. I could not be on site during the move in cleaning so I cannot attest to what was and was not exactly done but I know they did not clean the inside of the refrigerator, the inside of the cabinets or the base boards as all three of those things were still dirty when I moved into the space the next day. I'm giving them two stars instead of just one because when I brought the situation to their attention, they did "attempt" to fix it by telling me they would send the cleaner back to the space at 4 o'clock that day, sadly, after waiting for nearly 2 hours, the cleaner never showed so I ultimately had to cancel that and do the cleaning myself. read more

I had a very good experience with Scrubbies LLC. The team captain came in with her assistant and photographed all the areas I wanted cleaned and any of the areas that I didn't want them to touch. Then she disappeared and left the entire job to her assistant. I was stunned because it definitely was a two person job but Miss S. did a marvelous job all by herself. read more

Scrubbies was great! I reached out for a quote in a custom clean for a home we're moving into. He responded very quickly, asked details to ensure he understood what I was looking for. The quote provided was more than fair for the service received. Showtime was on point. Estimated time for completion was spot on as well. Service provided was to deep clean the floors of a 2,000 square foot home, hardwood and tile. Roderick showed up before services started and inspected the home. We're renters and it's simply been way too long since the floors saw a wet mop. The floor was literally a different color once they were done. Price charged was the price quoted. I've used this company for 6+ months and even though we've had little issues here and there it still wasnt serious enough for me to stop using their services. It wasnt until recently that I reached out to Kendra, the ops manager about an issue with my floors not being mopped properly (this was not the first time I've had a floor issue with them) Kendra reassured me that she would speak to Roderick and get back to me about sending the team back out to fix it. I waited about 4 days and I did not hear from either one of them so I went ahead and canceled my recurring cleanings via email. My future cleanings were almost canceled immediately yet I never got an email response about why I wanted to cancel or why they never reached out to me regarding the floor issue. Our house is not hard to clean because they already dont have to clean our bedrooms per my request so I just feel like something as simple as the floor should not be an recurring issue. This rating is for customer service and the cleaning. After the cleaning lady, by the end of the day I noticed I had dust on my TV stand in the bedroom and the sofa table in the living room. And she broke the outlet on my wall that was holding my night light, which I assumed was done by her Vacuum cleaner. I completed the company review listing all these details and was going to end there but  a couple days later my friend said that his cologne and new toothbrush was missing out of the medicine cabinet of the 2nd bathroom. So I called the company and the owner that I spoke to showed no customer empathy it was all excuses and he even went as far as to tell me about an issue the cleaning lady reported to him which was my friend told her she didn't have to vacuum the living room because he was gonna shampoo it. Which I was aware of this before she left. I asked him why he brought this up as I didn't complain about the living room nor the carpet I am addressing other items. That should have been a warning to me as to how the convo was going to go. After he 'reported' on my what we did wrong, he then went on to say things like there is a statement in the contract of you should reach in 24 hours for any issues, he said that cleaning lady would never steal especially men products, etc. It was just the worst customer service call I've had. No apology for dusty items. No apology for broken outlet. No how can i make it better. Nothing positive at all. I think it's bad when you put the customer on the defense and not take any type of ownership for your company's product. And to this day I haven't heard back from this company. read more

When the day came, Irlee was on time ON THE DOT and got right to work. I have lived in this apartment since 2010 and I have *never* seen this bathroom SO clean! I cannot express how happy I was with the job Irlee and Scrubbies did with my bathroom. I never even realized that the shower faucet and handles were chrome!
