Was looking for a local cleaning service to assist with my spring cleaning. Washington cleaning service was very prompt when it came to responding to my request via yelp and offered a competitive price compared to other cleaning services in the area. They were able to work with my schedule and gave me notice when the technician was in route. Gary was my technician and he was awesome and did a great job. He did wear his mask and kept to social distancing during his visit in addition to being very pleasant and professional. Although I won't know the results until my carpet and couch is dry I feel as though a thorough job was done. So far I am happy with my service and look forward to using Washington Cleaning Services again and recommend to anyone in the area looking for a cleaning service. read more

The company was quick with a response when I requested a quote and was very detailed with the questions asked for specific information to give me an accurate quote. To many times I have requested quotes, been given quotes, only to be charged more when the other companies cleaners show up because the company would fail to ask specific information. Washington Cleaning was very competitive and once I committed to them, they ensured that the dates and time were convenient for my schedule. The home cleaning and carpet cleaning team showed up on time and spent a very extensive amount of time on every room up until the the time they left. They even went over certain areas an extra time to ensure that the cleaning was to satisfactory conditions. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for move in/move out services from professionals who take pride in their work. read more

The owner was completely flexible and responsive to all my questions and needs. Highly recommend his services and professional staff.

By Fred isbister I hired Washington carpet cleaning services to clean my wall-to-wall carpet and once the carpet dry all of the significant stains came right back. It was the worst carpet cleaning job I've ever had. I break this company a failure. read more

Gary did a great job cleaning our carpets in our home. He was fast and professional. Thanks so much for your services.

Working with Theodore is always a pleasure! Gary and the crew are also very nice and do a great job! Highly recommend them!

Would highly recommend: I was serviced by this company with a move in clean for my new home. I spoke with Theo and he was able to do a in house consultation to meet my needs. The young women that cleaned my home did a nice thorough job cleaning, especially my "she shed" by getting rid of unwanted spiders and bugs on the walls and window seals. #BlackOwnedBusiness read more

I recently hired Washington Cleaning Services, LLC to clean 6 off-white parson chairs that were dirty and I was impressed at how clean they are. The chairs look wonderful as I didn't think they'd get as clean as he was able to get the. Calvin was very professional and polite and did the job in a very timely fashion. The quality of work I received for the price was amazing and I will definitely hire them again for any carpet and upholstery I need cleaned. For those who follow me...you know I don't give out 5 Stars easily (lol) but I must say this company definitely deserved the 5 star rating I gave them. Thanks again Washington Cleaning Servies, LLC...I am a proud customer who will definitely be returning and recommending your company to family and friends. read more

Great !!!We used Washington cleaners for my collage son's dorm house . Needless to say the house was dirty with a stinky kitchen and gross bathrooms. Ana and her assistant tackled it with good humor and speedy cleaning skills. They furnished all supplies and did a very through clean, for the price quoted . I could not believe it was the same house. They are amazing and I will use them again. read more

Washington Cleaning Services has been a life savior when I had two floods in my basement. They came when I called at 3:00 a.m., and extracted the water from my basement immediately. They also began pre-dehydration/purifying process to prevent mildew and molding. I have used them twice and would recommend and use her company again in a heartbeat. I was extremely pleased with how professional the staff was dressed and presented themselves especially for an emergency call this time of day. They did not leave until the job was completed and I was satisfied. I am grateful that they thought of me and my children. They also came back to do a special covid-19 cleaning after all the drying was complete. Please call The Washington Cleaning services company for "All of your cleaning needs". Ms. Tianna (the owner) and her staff, helped put my mind at ease. read more

I was really looking forward to dealing with this company, but I would strongly recommend finding another cleaning service. My initial discussion with Tiana went great and an appointment was set. Fifyeen minutes into the appointment time I called to confirm and received the feedback they were on the way. An hour later, after no one showed and no courtesy calls were made to reschedule or reconfirm, I called again and spoke to a man who never introduced himself, made continuous excuses about being very busy, and never answered my questions but kept saying "we are a five star business and we cannot afford to have a customer who might not rate us five stars." After listening to this for a few minutes, I then asked can I please ask a question about trying to make arrangements for a future appointment, only to find out he had hung up without even saying good bye. Too bad they have this individual working for them. He is hurting whatever good people, like Tiana, who also work for the company. I would rate them as a zero for customer service and recommend they make a few changes in personnel, scheduling, and customer service before using them. Very disappointed. read more

I have pretty high standards for companies I do business with; Washington Cleaning Services met and exceeded all my expectations. From my first interaction with Tiana on the phone to the time the cleaning was complete, I was impressed. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing cleaning services. read more

i contacted Washington Cleaning Services based on the positive reviews, and they were fabulous. They took an oversized chair and ottoman covered in months of Great Dane filth and cleaned it to perfection. It honestly looked like brand new. Tiana and Theodore Washington were professional and warm from the very start. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of cleaning services (upholstery, carpet, or otherwise), and I will definitely use them again! read more

I just had an amazing experience with Washington Cleaning Services & Upholstery. Theo did an incredible job cleaning our custom tufted velvet couch which our cat had gotten sick all over (vomit which was caked on). I was nervous that the stains wouldn't come out of velvet, but Theo did an amazing job at not only spot cleaning the stains, but cleaning the entire couch. It truly looks like new after he did his magic. He's as nice as they come, has a sweet co-worker/wife, and an adorable dog. Can't recommend this company more. Good to know we're covered the next time one of our animals messes with our furniture. read more

Last month, they cleaned my carpet. I am seldom home, so it couldn't get dirty so soon. But after getting a closer look at it now, I realized they didn't do as good as I thought. They used cheap/or watered cleaning solution. read more

Great Service, Fast, Professional very competitive pricing.

Changing my review. Had a bad phone experience, but the company reached out to try to make amends.

Amazing job!!! Our technicians Mr. Zhande and Andre showed up on time and were extremely friendly and customer service oriented. They cleaned our 4 piece sectional and white area rug which had a stench of our 3 dogs as well as dog hair everywhere. When they were finished both the couch and the carpet looked and smelled brand new. Definately recommend washington cleaning service for all of your cleaning needs. Will use again! read more

These guys are awesome - incredibly professional and prompt. They made my 5-year old sofa set that had never been cleaned before look like new. This service was absolutely incredible!! They were able to remove a wine stain that was set beneath chemicals and restore our sofa and chair to just like new! Not to mention, this business is run by arguably the friendliest people my fiancee and I have ever met. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. If they can't do it, no one can. read more

Theo and Tiana did an outstanding job!!! I had sofa and chair, dining room chairs, and 2 rugs. Everything was cleaned meticulously and looks 100% better. They were also extremely professional and tidy, and phoned to let me know that they would be running a few minutes late. Although the job took longer than expected, the price was extremely reasonable. I recommend this company without hesitation. read more
