He explained everything and was done quickly. My reason for 3 stars is because on the phone they quoted me $89 to clean the entire couch. The technician then said it would be $250... He took off $60 so the total was $190 but that's more then double the original quote. I paid it begrudgingly because it needed to be done, but the stains were not major so the experience was marred.

For the last few days I have been sitting in the same spot on my couch, because I don't want to disturb the neat lol. No matter what I have tried I could never get my stove burners white again, however when DeJuan and his team left my stove looked brand new!! Not only did my apartment look clean it smelled clean. I must say I am not a slob, but I lead a very busy life and kinda rush so yes I do miss a spot every now and then. He and his team cleaned every corner of my bathroom and ever got the dust from around the window ceil. He also cleaned my carpet, I thought it could not be restored but look at the difference!!! He and his team are courteous, respectful and timely. I do like the fact that he called the day before to confirm the appointment, then he called to let me know that he was about 30 minutes away. The parking in my complex is very difficult, so he went the extra mile to unload and then go park in the visitor section of my complex, so Dejuan I am very grateful for the extra effort. Great service, fair prices, and very nice job. I wanted to get our oriental carpet cleaned and…read morerepaired, and so I got some prices from several different places. Nabi was right in line with the others on price, though there was another place that would have been cheaper had we been willing to deliver the rug to their plant. We didn't really want to do that, so that discount was immaterial. Nabi worked with me on scheduling a pickup that was very convenient. The two guys who showed up were friendly and professional, and gave me some good information about how much the repairs to the torn fringe corners would be. He noticed we had no pad under the rug, and had no trouble talking me into buying a rug pad -- thankfully, I had already done research on rug pads, and knew the one he was offering me was high quality and an excellent price. Easy sale :-) The cleaning took a little less than a week, and the repair took only a few days. For the return of the rug, once again it was at my convenience. The friendly folks who brought back the rug placed the pad and the carpet where I wanted them, and were pleased that we were pleased. I was beginning to think that there weren't any places left that took pride in their work and were good to their customers. But Art Underfoot has restored some of my faith in local business!
