After the initial…read morecleaning, I had concerns about a few areas that didn't look as clean as I expected, as well as some scraping to the hardwood next to one of the carpeted areas. I emailed the company with my concerns and was extremely impressed with their response. Their main office replied that same evening, and Kevin, the owner, personally contacted me and arranged to come out the following day. He walked through the home with me, came prepared to address anything I wasn't satisfied with, refreshed every area I pointed out, and even repaired the wood where the equipment had caused the scraping. Kevin was professional, personable, and genuinely cared about the quality of the work and making sure I was happy with the final result. Issues can happen with any service--the way a company responds is what really matters. Mighty Clean handled my concerns exceptionally well, and their customer service and commitment to making things right really impressed me. I would absolutely use them again!

We're talking on the walls too. Our Little Greenie steam cleaner was no match for her butt. I cleaned up what I could and had this guy come the next day. This guy uses GREEN chemicals that are baby and pet friendly and he uses hospital grade disinfectant. The result was a sparkling carpet with nary a sign or stain of poo. And the house smelled SO clean. He was cheaper than Stanley Steemer, professional, friendly, and fast. The carpets were dry in a few hours! He also does upholstery. We've used other carpet cleaners before, but Roto Steamer is the best by far!
