Truly cannot say enough good things about this cleaning team, they were incredibly thorough,…read moredetailoriented, and took pride in their work. They went above and beyond what I expected. They cleaned the hood, the outside and top of the oven, and even tackled areas that are so easy to overlook like the top of the refrigerator and the tops and fronts of the cabinets. Everything looks spotless and refreshed. They didn't just clean they helped organize. They carefully organized my dogs cabinet with treats leashes and tons of other things, as well as the buffet table and the spice corner, which now looks neat and functional. They also cleaned the baseboards, dusted everywhere, and took the time to wash/dust the curtains AND the blinds, which made a huge difference in how fresh the space feels. Both bathrooms were cleaned completely, including washing the rugs, and they left them looking like new. They also cleaned the windows, which brought in so much more light and made the entire home feel brighter. Beyond the quality of their work, they were kind, respectful, and very thoughtful throughout the process. They made me feel comfortable, listened to my preferences, and were even so sweet with my dog, which meant a lot to me. This was my first time using their service, and they made it such a positive experience. I genuinely feel like they care about their clients and want you to be happy... unreal! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, thorough, and professional cleaning service.

Also, I asked if she can do steam cleaning for the carpet and my sofa ( we have two young kids). I got a quote from Nancy, and her quote was "house cleaning service will be $159. About the carpet cleaning we charge $90 for the first carpeted room and additional $20 for each extra room." We agreed over the phone to $350 for all of the above and which includes oven, fridge and freezer part, sofa steam clean, carpet steam clean, and my outdoor grill. She arrived on time, and I provide a tour at my house, and her comments were "Oh, you want me to change the bed? oh, you want me to clean the fridge?" I end up taking my kids that they can complete the cleaning, my wife called me that they are not cleaning what they should clean, and lying about a task when my wife ask her to redo it. My wife wasn't happy from the service at all, and she told them they do not need to steam clean the house or sofa, and she wants them to leave. They didn't clean the outdoor grill, and they tried to charge an additional $30 for $180 they told my wife. They argue on the original quote of house cleaning she gave us for $159, which included the grill. Not only they overcharge us and try to scam us, but they also left all the trash in front of my house without disposing of it in the garbage a few feet away. I will not recommend this cleaning company to no one, for their poor services and being dishonest, try another company.

I just moved out of their service area, and I hope that I can find a new service that is as good. In the 8+ years, I never had to contact the office about any service problems. Even with inevitable staff changes, my bi-weekly services have been consistently excellent. Like anything you buy (car insurance, housekeeping, groceries), even when you are very happy with the service you are receiving, you should check prices with other companies to prove to yourself that you are getting a great value. Well, when I checked with 3 different cleaning services (including one just 3/4 of a mile from my home) in early 2025, they were all much more expensive. Bottom line, Maid Solutions does great work at a great value. I'm going to miss them at my new home.
