And I'm finally writing today because of what happened at my home today. The cleaners arrived as normally scheduled, on time, and all that jazz - and I'm at work about 20 minutes away when I get a call from Shawn. He told me that the cleaners were concerned about my cat because she was in the bathtub and seemed very stressed out. She's normally very friendly and calm, so this unusual behavior prompted them to call Shawn (I guess he runs the office) who called me immediately. I told them to ignore her if she didn't look like she was in any danger, and just ignore the tub for now. I left work and drove 20 minutes home, to find her in the bathtub. Apparenlty she got spooked at something, jumped in the tub, and because it was wet from my shower, couldn't get out. They were willing to get her out, but I told them to leave her if she was stressed because I would be home soon - and a stressed cat is not one you want to pick up as a "stranger". I feel most cleaners would have ignored her, and wouldn't have recognized her unusual behavior. Had I not been called, my poor baby would have been sitting in that tub, wet, all day long. SHe was so happy to see me home, she was totally fine, she wasn't in any sort of actual danger - and now she's in my lap dry and happy as a clam :) Now, in terms of the cleaning service itself! they are fantastic. Especially as someone who has some serious cat hair everywhere, they do an amazing job getting it all. Coming home to a cat hair free apartment is a god send. They use green, pet friendly products - everything is spotless, and they really take care of everything. This is a class act service!!!! I went downstairs at 8:55 and they weren't there. In fact I waited downstairs until 9:30 and called the number they called me from and it went right to voicemail. Ok, left them a message that I was going back upstairs and to call when they were closer. I found out they were in traffic due to construction. I think they should have called to tell me that. It was a workday for me! Anyway they arrived and hardly spoke English and I don't speak much Spanish. Recommend to the company that they send someone who at least has some basic knowledge of the English language so its not hard to explain things to them. Trying to tell them where to park was like pulling teeth. I knew what to expect as after I purchased the Groupon I went to their website. i could see that they upcharged for many things.
