The price was more than reasonable especially given there weren't many service providers willing to do such a small job, and the next lowest quote I received was close to double what NoVa was going to charge. Brendan was also willing to come to Washington DC (Though he did request that I cover his parking expense at $25 which I thought was a reasonable request). The job was done quickly - took less than an hour. The grout matches the existing shower grout exactly, and I can't tell the tile was replaced. So that's all I could ask for. The only areas for improvement I would say they could have are: - Communication during the days of the project, so you know without having to ask when they are coming, leaving, what the progress is, etc. - Ensuring when they put furniture and things back that they pay attention to things like hooking up HDMIs back to the correct places - Doing a better job of cleanup -- they left behind a TON of dust coating everything, sawdust in my basement that I presume blew in from leaving the garage entrance open where they were working, cans/water bottles left behind - Building in measurement/space for lower flooring to not leave a gap in the trim; they came back and did some caulking after I had a water/rain issue, but it still doesn't look as good -- I wish that their molding/trim solution filled the big gaps and I'm going to have to find a way to do that myself To their credit, they were very fast and responsive when I had a water issue and came back out the next day. I also had a crack in my basement ceiling where something pounded through or pounded the drywall loose from the flooring above being done, and they credited me enough money back to be able to have my handyman fix it. The technician was both extremely nice and professional. I needed the upholstery on a couch and a headboard cleaned. Both came out spectacular. Specifically, the headboard I attempted to clean myself several years ago and ended up screwing up the fabric, and there was a visible stain. Not only did they treat pesky pet stains, they also managed to remove a stubborn coffee stain from one of our carpeted stairs. They were super clean, thorough, and fast - also they covered our door with a special drape so that they could use their hosing without leaving our door fully open and protected our hardwood flooring before starting the job. So I slept on my couch that night and didn't actually put back my sheets until the following night. So yeah I didn't "sleep" on the mattress until well after 24-hours just because it was soaking wet when y'all left the first time. And I would also say that when I contacted you that I informed you about possible urine smells and stains either on my carpet or my mattress from my dog. It wasn't until you all returned that you then decided to use the UV light which you should have done the first time y'all came out to pin point the areas. So besides the stairs and the mattress you had to redo my room still smells and stains still remain on my carpet. And you also commented that my carpet is old as if I asked and didn't know that myself. So yeah you came back and "cleaned" the mattress but besides that nothing else was done correctly.
