Fernando responded very quickly to my request for a quote to clean carpet, stairway, and a sectional couch with an excellent price. Two days later, he came to clean, and I could not be happier with his work, especially with some difficult pet stains. I needed my upholstery and rug cleaned so I did my research and decided on this company. Fernando did an excellent job with communicating, and I was able to get work done within days. I do feel as if it was a bit expensive for what I had done (very small area and less than hour's work), but I'm still pleased overall so yes I would recommend this company and particularly Fernando. He was very professional and a complete gentleman. read more

Fernando was very communicative and friendly. He was able to complete the clean within an hour and a half, leaving my carpets super clean. This is the second time I used Fernando. He showed up on time and worked magic with our carpet. He was reasonably priced too.

Great guy and great work! We have two messy dogs and our couch looks as good as new every time Fernando comes by.

Just wanna say Fernando was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I'd 100% use his services again and recommend him to anyone. He was super responsive from the beginning, really kind and professional, and very flexible with a few scheduling hiccups on my end. He cleaned all of my upholstered furniture and a carpet after we had a contractor do some very dusty drywall work without covering anything. Fernando was efficient, easy to work with, and did a truly impressive job. read more

Fernando was awesome. I reached out to 5 carpet cleaning companies via Yelp and he responded within 15 mins and said he could do as soon as tomorrow (which was a Saturday). I needed 4 couches cleaned. He beat the price of the other 4 companies I reached out to, was super easy to schedule with, and knocked the job out flawlessly the next day. Two of the couches I knew wouldn't be too tough, but the one I attached a picture of is of my beloved 10 year old lay-z-boy that Fernando brought back to life! He did great work, quickly, for a great price. I'll recommend them to anyone. read more

Let me begin by saying I chose this company due to the overwhelming good reviews. I wish my experience was 5 star worthy. Upon calling, Fernando was very prompt in taking my call, giving me a quote and scheduling an appointment . However, on the day of service he was 30 min late (1st flag) but no big deal. He introduced himself and I showed him around...identifying heavy traffic areas and any stains. His reply was no problem. The carpet looks pretty good. if you keep with regular cleanings the carpet will last you for many years. After the job was completed and he was long gone, I noticed a yellowish stain in one of the bedrooms (hence his anxiousness) and later found the wood on the banister was chipped...I assume from him being overly aggressive with the steamer. Lastly, he missed cleaning the corner area on the side of the couch and never gave me a receipt. I contacted him about the stain and nothing he said made any sense. I know the stain wasn't there prior to him cleaning because I had just vacuumed the room prior to his arrival. Not a company I will be revisiting in the future. This business owner lacks integrity, and not a company I would recommend...this review is solely my opinion and is based on my experience. read more

Great cleaning of all our upholstery at a reasonable price. Showed up on time and easy to communicate with

My son got sick and through up ALOT on my living room area rug. I contacted these folks through Yelp for a quote and they promptly answered all of my questions about costs and options. Fernando came out the very next day and cleaned the rug beautifully. My son was home sick and my wife and I were trying to work and he was very good at coming in and knocking out the job without us around much (really at all!) while he worked. I hope to not need these guys ever again but if I do, I know who I'm going to call! read more

Giving this a 10/10. Awesome service. Quick clean, on time and no doubt put foot booties on (hahaha) said it wrong. This gentleman name I cannot remember provided the best service. Let's talk about it. Three rooms, hallway, and stairs looked excellent after done. Moved in didn't looked that way, now better than ever. Needed him day one got him last. No matter. Excellent job will have him again and hope that everyone share the same experience. Good luck to you and this company. All the best, Denzil read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about Fernando and his services, he answered within a few minutes to my Yelp request and we had scheduled a time for the next morning almost immediately. He gave a quote that was completely accurate and then he did such a great job that I just had him keep doing things for other furniture and rugs in the house. Very reasonable prices extremely efficient and beautiful work! Don't hesitate to contact him now! I also appreciate it his honesty when he said that a couple of the chairs that I asked him to look at were not savable and he didn't want me to spend unnecessary money. read more

Responded fast and did a great job. Was easy to communicate with and was clear about the price up front.

Fernando was punctual and easy to work with. The carpet came out great without the damp or funky smell that usually happens when I've used other carpet cleaners. I have three dogs, and you wouldn't be able to tell by how clean the carpets look! read more

Fernando is extremely customer service focused. He's accessible, communicative and he did a great job reviving an old, well used sofa. While he was super thorough, he wasn't here so very long. Fernando was very responsive - never heard back from the two other places I contacted the same day. He is a good communicator and follows through on returning calls. He was on time and respectful of our house and furniture. He was efficient and worked hard. He did a great job cleaning our berber carpet hallway, plush pile bedroom carpeting, and an area rug and runner. We had pet stains that came out (his cleaning solution was pet friendly) - and there was no perfume residual smell. I am very fussy and I highly recommend him. Pricing was good value - he doesn't charge by the hour. Plan to have him back to do the remaining carpeted areas. read more

Awesome job, Fernando was on time, completed the job quickly. He was considerate of our floors (wore booties) and protected the floor under the sofa. read more

Fernando was great! He came the same day I put in a request to clean an 8x10 area rug. When he was on his way, I realized I could probably also ask him to clean the wall-to-wall carpet in the basement. He even helped clear some stuff from the basement into the garage so he could clean the carpet. He was in and out in an hour, and I paid less then a few of the quotes I got to clean the area rug. He's my go-tp for any future steam-cleaning needs. read more
