Patience - They answered all questions and explained the process to us. They were in no rush to finish the job. Their concern was doing it well. 3. Professional - This company showed up on time every day. They all appeared to enjoy their job as they smiled, laughed.....and I could hear them downstairs happily singing and enjoying each other's company. The employees were kind and explained every step to us. 4. Timeliness - Never late. In fact, they were always a little early. 5. Affordable - This is NOT a cheap process. Keep in mind that there is a lot of labor involved in refinishing a floor. It takes a hours to complete. She became afraid and asked the carpet estimator to leave because she felt unsafe. I asked Kaveh if he would be okay with simply providing the materials and have my contractor take on the installation, which he was more than willing to accommodate. I was worried at first because I had already provided a deposit ($17K) well in excess of the cost of the flooring ($7K). Kaveh promptly refunded me what was owed without hesitation.
