Utter disaster. It was a problem I didn't know how to fix myself as a somewhat experienced DIY'er. During the estimate process Mike explained why and how the failure occurred and what repairs could be done to remedy. The repair would also replacing a cracked tile in an extremely tight space (a corner tile next to a toilet). And of course I only had a single spare tile for the repair, as the floor tile was discontinued. Ed was transparent about the difficulty of the tile repair, but he miraculously pulled it off. The floor and the shower are back to looking brand new, and the best part is I don't have to worry about water issues anymore. It wasn't a cheap fix but I am confident it was the right fix and we won't have further issues with the shower leaking. I'm 110% satisfied with the job Sir Grout did. Many thanks to Mike and Ed!

The only items that kept this from a five star review was that we, the client, had to point out some of the areas that required attention that hadn't been caught during the initial intake nor as the work was being done - but this is us being exceptionally critical. However, because we were paying what felt like a true premium for quality work, this level of attention to detail should have been caught. All in all - highly recommend. Just know you do pay for the work.

Mauricio and his partner swung by gave us a quick estimate and stuck to it. So many things I loved about our interaction from the get go. 1) Mauricio was quick to respond over Yelp--he kept us updated on when he'd arrive, introduced himself. But the thing that stood out was the fact that he was courteous enough to realize that we don't allow shoes in the home so he proceeded to use cover-ups for his shoes. Minor thing maybe, but it was the principal and detail oriented nature of Mauricio and co. 2) He listened to the issue and had no problems with providing service even for something menial (re-grouting and sealing of cracked and mildewed edged in the shower.) This made be reassured that I'd chosen a great company to complete this project. 3) They were quick and detailed and followed up. Can't say enough about the customer service provided. If you need work done, do not shy away from this company.
