Amazing!! The person who answered when I called was extremely responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. She quoted me approximately $220 but said we wouldn't know for sure until the technicians came to see for themselves. I was very scared of it being a "bait & switch" situation as I've seen from other cleaning companies, but she assured me it should be close to this price. The technicians arrived on time and quoted us $245 before starting the cleaning process. We're super happy with the results and I've posted Before & Afters below. Would use them again! read more

I have been a customer of Absolute Carpet Care for a number of years now, and they never cease to disappoint. We have a huge banana shaped cream colored ultrasuede sectional. They took the time to professionally clean this and it looks amazing, like it's brand new. We also have an area rug around that which has a dark spot. They were able to remove it and brighten up the rug. They put a protection on each I can only say they may not be the cheapest but they do the best job and that's what's the most important. In addition to that their customer service is superb. Nelson came out yesterday with his colleague and they were very pleasant and very professional, efficient, and do a great job. We were so happy with the cleaning service of our family room carpet that we added on two additional rooms while they were here. We currently have 3 dogs in our home and the carpets needed some TLC.
