Amazing!! The person who answered when I called was extremely responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. She quoted me approximately $220 but said we wouldn't know for sure until the technicians came to see for themselves. I was very scared of it being a "bait & switch" situation as I've seen from other cleaning companies, but she assured me it should be close to this price. I have been a customer of Absolute Carpet Care for a number of years now, and they never cease to disappoint. We have a huge banana shaped cream colored ultrasuede sectional. They took the time to professionally clean this and it looks amazing, like it's brand new. We also have an area rug around that which has a dark spot. They were able to remove it and brighten up the rug. They put a protection on each I can only say they may not be the cheapest but they do the best job and that's what's the most important. In addition to that their customer service is superb. Nelson came out yesterday with his colleague and they were very pleasant and very professional, efficient, and do a great job.
