DotSight Solutions is definitely a First-class model in IT customer service!…read moreDotSight Solutions has been providing the most reliable IT service we could find for our business, both hardware and software, for the last 3 years. In the beginning, the DotSight team worked relentlessly until they found a solution to our IT needs, and they did not stop until they made sure we're happy with the results. All that, at a super reasonable cost! They stand by their products, too. At times when we needed to upgrade our systems, they offered to exchange for newer models, better machines at very affordable prices. I can't thank the DotSight team enough for the service they provide. I would definitely refer any future business/ contacts to DotSight Solutions for IT needs. Keep up the good work, DotSight, and you'll grow big! Thank you.

It is so much better! On the rest of our townhome, the carpets had not been cleaned in some time and they look amazing now. George had replaced our carpet on the lower level and I would like to have them come and replace the rest once our little pet moves on. They use a truck mounted cleaner and it really does remove so much dirt! They use plastic protectors under the furniture legs so they do not stain while the carpet is drying. They use a large brush to pull the nap up and it is so soft once it dries. The price was a little bit more than quoted, even with his $50 discount, but the work was so good, I could not complain. I am grateful that I called.

We had a stubborn paint stain in our berber carpet in the basement. It was smeared in and dried, with shades of purples and yellows. The stain was 12 by 24 inches. We tried blotting with water (it was 'washable' paint) and so many other recommendations from the web, but no luck. Carpet Keepers were honest about the type of paint, the colors and how long it had been sitting. They said it might not all come out. Well, less than 30 minutes after showing up, they were packing up their gear and getting ready to head out. I thought for sure they weren't going to get it out, but I was wrong. They got all of it out and blended the area so the slight difference in color didn't show, as they only did a small section of our whole basement. Check out the pictures because you wouldn't believe it unless you could see it for yourself. My carpet looks brand new! I'll be using them for all future surface cleaning in the future!!

I really wish I could give this place a negative rating if I could…read more... 1. This place is way too over priced. They charged my blouses as a dress when it CLEARLY was a blouse. They will over charge you SO MUCH compared to any other dry cleaners I've ever been to. 2. I came back home with a cardigan that had 7 different holes in my sweater... was so upset and frustrated. I called them back and the lady said sweaters tear during the process if it's too thin. Why did they charge as a heavy sweater then? And if it was damaged, why didn't they call me to let me know that it was damaged before I picked it up? The lady transferred me over to this guy (assuming it's the owner) and he said I already had holes in my sweater. Cleaners call their customers when they spot any flaws before beginning their process of dry cleaning but I didn't receive a single call. I wouldn't have dropped my sweater at the cleaners in the first place if I had any disorientation on my clothes. What's the point of paying to get something dry cleaned if it has flaws already? Extremely rudely, he said he would try fixing it by sewing the holes together. How can I trust this place with anything? He should clearly know that this type of fabric CANNOT be sewed together! I wasted my money on dry cleaning clothes that I can NEVER wear again... And he just hung up the phone on me without any apology. 3. Customer service is complete garbage. They were rude ever since the time I dropped off my clothes until the time I was hung up over the phone. They're careless about their customers. I've heard so many people say horrible this place was but because of their great ratings, I wanted to give it a shot. THAT WAS A HORRIBLE MISTAKE! Do NOT go here unless you want to get your clothes damaged. You'll definitely waste your money and better yet, you'll come home feeling like poop.
