I was unable to hear anything on the phone unless my phone was on speaker phone. Then my phone started pressing random buttons on its own and opening apps by itself. When I complained and asked for them to fix it I would barely get any responses. Then they said they would come out to fix it and never did. They were not solution orientated at all or interested in fixing it. When I wrote a review about what happened on Thumbtack, where I found them, they called me a liar. Even though I have their text messages and proof that that's exactly what happened. Not only did I pay $150 to then to break my screen they rendered my $1000+ phone completely useless. I left the same review on their Facebook page with screenshots of the text messages between me and this company that proves what transpired.

On the personal side, they were extremely responsive and attentive when I brought in my Lenovo Legion laptop. What really stood out was their integrity: they clearly explained which issues could be repaired but honestly recommended against unnecessary work instead of trying to upsell me. I agreed with their assessment, they handled the remaining repairs efficiently, and returned my laptop in time for an important trip. That level of transparency is rare and greatly appreciated. Professionally, I've also relied on Level-1 Solution for IT support at work. Every single time, they've returned my calls promptly and resolved my issues the same day, often within just a few hours. Their responsiveness and effectiveness consistently exceed expectations. I'm very impressed with Sal and his entire team. Professional, honest, fast, and customer-focused. I would highly recommend Level-1 Solution Inc. to anyone looking for dependable IT support they can truly trust.
