Saw an ad on Facebook for glass repair on iPhones. I needed the back glass replaced as my phone carrier would only cover the front glass. Responses weren't the fastest but settled on a price and brought it in the next day. Minus one star for not being open when I arrived at 1010 and the sign and google says the open at 10, ended up driving around for twenty min and went back to find they opened ... if I knew that I wouldn't have left my house to get there upon opening . Minus another star for not calling when the phone was ready. They quoted me 4-5 hours to work on it which I said was fine and why I dropped it of first thing in the am, 530 rolls around and no ones called so I call the store and the first two tries no one picked up ..: the third time someone just tells me oh yeah it's done it's here. ... All in all the job was done and I can't even tell it was shattered the day before. Probably won't return because of the slow turn around time and lack of communication . read more

I took my iPhone 8 to replace a broken screen. After a few days I realized that the selfie camera/ back camera no longer worked after the repair. I called and made an appointment. After waiting for 30 minutes, the older brother came and started asking if I can show him selfie pictures. To prove to them that the camera worked. After seeing the selfie he started a fight. He couldn't fix it. Clearly, they are not trained. Be ware, check all your apps. The two brothers don't have any clue what they are doing. Don't go there. Make sure that you don't give them your pass word which they ask all the time. Furthermore, I just read other reviews about this place. It seems they steal your camera and memory. The LCD stopped working within a month. When I went back they asked to spend another $170 for fixing the bad product that he put in my phone. I was very hesitant going to this place because of some reviews I have read online. I spoke a few times with Farhan over the phone regarding a special order of a samsung LCD. He was very polite and accommodating of my work schedule on when to come in. Gave him my phone and had it back in great condition 35 minutes later. In terms of price, I was shopping around for 2 days to get the cheapest price knowing how expensive it is to fix a samsung phone and Farhan definitely had the cheapest of every place I checked. Brought my iPhone 5s by upon recommendation after it was shut in the door of our SUV. Phone was responsive and functional, but the screen was completely shattered and the phone frame both bent and twisted. I'm typing this review on my completely repaired phone :) These guys are miracle workers. They were super nice (even gave me the shop's wifi password while I waited) and professional--completely unlike the experience of the other reviewer below. Repair took substantially longer than estimated, but charge was reasonable and came with a 90 day warranty. I would absolutely revisit this business if I had another phone accident. The staff is professional, polite, friendly; however, management meens to have mandated a "Trust above Profit" policy that is impressive. I bought in two iPads, one no longer powered on and the other had just a fantastic design on it from where my ten year old dropped it on offender. End State: They could have saved the first for a few hundred, but did it was outdated and for the better move was to just get a new one online or best by with protection. The second was a 128G Storage currently being compared to the new iPad. They fixed the screen, and discounted a case, screen protector and a few other items for an unbelievable price. Apple estimated it's value at & $60.00. now, it is good for years and probably with five times that having didn't very little with a fast turn-around time. Conclusion: Excellent Business. The worst "cell phone" repair shop in the history of CELL PHONE repair. I had a crack samsung galaxy4. so I went to ATT&T and they told me to go here. When I arrived, manager who was on duty, made me wait for 20 minutes When my phone was fixed, I was thrill at first. (I paid more than $150+ don't know the exact price) approximately 6~8 weeks later screen turn black by itself. also I realize the materials they were using , was extremely fragile. I took my cell phone in to get the crack fix. It's not the first time I cracked my screen, but this is the first time at Cell Depot (Herdon). The price was cheaper ($69 including tax) than $140 at Apple's for a 6 plus. Look, I know it's aftermarket parts and not genuine Apple's. Then again, it works. I was satisfied with the quick fix and was off...then about while later the same day I noticed something was funny about my phone. It seems to not a response to my touch as well as before. Well, the next day I drop it again and it cracked a tiny bit. Also, the face cover came loose just a bit. Push it back in and thought I'll take it back to fix again on my next day off. Instead, I had found another place to fix it for $50 bucks! I went with that. The guy took it apart in minutes and came back to me saying he found a problem. In fact, several problems he says. Whoever worked on my phone before forgot to put the face cover screws back in, all of it! That's not forgetting, that's doing it on purpose! They also cracked the inside camera sensors and never told me about it. They didn't put back the cover for the touch screen sensor( that's why my phone was not responding properly to the touch). I was shocked and very upset about what the guy at Cell Depot did to my phone! That's evil shit. I got my phone fixed properly with added new parts and screws and for a cheaper price. It works perfectly now. So Cell Depot tries to make me come back to make more money off of me? Should I call the police and bring my proof? Who else are they trying to rip off? Who is going to stop Cell Depot or other cell phone repair places from taking advantage of consumers who have no idea of how a repair is done when it is alway hidden from their views? Why? How do we know or not if the repair person isn't doing more damages and trying to get away with it? Not fair. I'm going back and fight! read more

I called the morning of 7/12 and asked how much to replace the screen for an iPad Mini 4 and was quoted $109. Dropped the iPad off at 7pm that night and was rung up by a different guy for the same quoted $109 after he specifically asked me what version iPad I had. Promised it would be in done the next morning, I received a call around 4pm from a different guy who said the price was wrong he quoted at iPad mini 3. Now on the phone he said it's $199 to get the screen replaced. Since they made a mistake I asked if they would agree on a discount since $80 is a big different and I'm reasonable. His exact words, "Go ahead and call around, we are priced competitive" Honor your price quoted and train your employees on the proper price. read more

I took my phone to Cell Depot a few months ago to replace the power jack. When I started having problems with the phone again I thought I would go back. I went by the store several times during posted business hours and they were closed. The last time I went by I ran into another customer who said it Was pretty common for the store to be closed during business hours. So I took my phone elsewhere. It turns out that the power jack that was installed was apparently defective or not compatible with the phone. The replaced power jack was causing the mic problems I was having. Their assessment was honest and their desire to repair my badly damaged phone was excellent, even requiring extra work on their behalf. if available, they also provide loaner phones so customers aren't without. This place is run by jerks who do not know how to operate a business. I would advise people to stay away: I brought in my wife's iPad for repairs for a cracked screen. They promised a price of $119. On return, they upsold her a stick-on screen protector similar to ones that sell for $5 for an additional $40 (!). (Scuzzy; obviously not illegal, she's a grownup but they took advantage.) Two weeks later, the iPad stopped working because of a screen problem. We sent our nanny to drop it off. They fixed it and we picked it up the next day; no charge at that time. I went in to get a cracked screen repaired and with in the hour, my iPhone stopped operating correctly. I called the store and they said to bring it back as it was under a 90 day warranty. I went in the next day, to only be told that perhaps a defected LSD was put it and also the sensor is bad. HUH??? I didn't have any of those problems prior to taking the phone in, worked great with the cracked screen. So, he replaced it, now it's frozen. I called and he said bring it back, we will replace it. This is not the solution. Going back a third time when the issue was not resolved the second time, is a waste of time and now money and the frustration has mounted. I asked for a refund , he said no refunds, but after much frustration, he said he would refund me but that I would be leaving the store without a screen as I would have to give it back. read more

Worst place to get your phone repaired. I came here because a friend and sprint told me to ask them if they could fix my Galaxy Note 3, my screen was cracked. Spoke to the person on the floor and they told me it would be a 2 hour wait. I came in the following day dropped off my phone and went to work. I had to call them to ask the status of my phone and they told me it would be another 2 hours. I called around 3 and again was told an hour wait. I called back at 6ish and they still weren't ready. I went in around 7 and was told it would be ready by 8. So i waited only to have them tell me it wasnt going to be ready till tomorrow. I had to leave my phone and return the next day. Upon receiving my phone i noticed the back didnt closed properly and my home button was soooo lose. When i told them they said it was the glue that needed to dry. When i got home i noticed my sensor to turn my screen off when on a phone call also wasnt working. I went back only to have them tell me I need to buy a new peice! Why do i need to buy it if they messed it up!? DO NOT GO HERE. Unless you want to over pay for something not done right. I had to pay 170 total. I went to this location few days ago to get my iphone 6s screen repaired. I love their friendly customer service and their fast turn around, 30 minutes. I highly recommend this place. I also brought to their attention about some bad reviews people posted and they explained to me their side of the story and I felt really bad for them. Its hard already for small businesses to run a business in this day and time. I would refrain from posting a review that is damaging good people such as people that work at this place.
