My iMac was acting up and it was / is an intricate part of my business. I was not in the market to get a new one and needed a repair ASAP. I brought it to One Stop for multiple reasons but primarily because they were the fastest to respond and they were fairly priced. After the initial repair I still felt like something was off and asked them if they would take it back in. They gladly did and I have to say that the customer service and the feeling that they're going to help you and your equipment back up to speed is very tangible. They made me feel confident that the issue would be resolved in upon discovering a couple issues my computer was back to normal. If I had another issue with my laptop or this computer I would certainly come right back to One stop because of their comforting personality, timeliness, and fairness. read more

On map they show it as open, but when I went there it was closed wasted my 1 hour going and coming back

Had 2 computers that needed repair. Though there was a little delay because of the weather, the repairs were completed well at a fair price. Answered requests quickly and were up front about what was needed and how much it would cost. Definitely would recommend. read more

I brought my laptop here when it stopped working. I was told that the motherboard needed to be replaced, but that none were available online. I was offered the option to leave the laptop with them while we wait for motherboards to restock, which I accepted. It seemed to be taking a long time for motherboard suppliers to get any back in stock (but lots of things were backordered at this time), so I called back after a few months. AZ Tech said they still had it but no motherboards were available yet. I called back again a few months later to check and was told that the laptop was thrown away. I'm still trying to wrap my head around how this happened, no notice or warning, they just threw it away. The hard drive on that machine is now gone forever. read more

Excellent same-day service! Talked to Adam at AZ Tech about my screaming laptop fan noises. He ordered 2 OEM fans which arrived within one day of calling. I brought the laptop in yesterday and it was finished and perfectly running within 3 hours! And at a fantastic price too. My last fan replacement (which I performed myself) costed $98 for a single fan, but this Lenovo Yoga Laptop looked extremely complicated where I opened her up, plus there were 2 fans instead of one. The entire cost was $165 including tax, which I think is a steal! Very professional team. I will be returning here for all my computer fix-it needs! read more

Amazing company!!!! I called yesterday and spoke with Adam about my son's gaming computer that had crashed. Dropped it off yesterday and he messaged me that malware was removed and the operating system was replaced. He gave me the option of replacing the old hard drive with a new, faster SSD drive. (Which I did- very reasonable) He completed ALL of this, including installing the new hard drive, reinstalling Windows today by noon! (I'm still amazed by the turn around time). Adam was absolutely a joy to deal with- you can tell that he is passionate about his work, and he sincerely cares about customer service. A true professional! I HIGHLY recommend One Stop Computer Services for ALL of your computer needs!! read more

Thanks again for the service Ali. Here follow the review for those who want use this computer service. 1. My MacBook Air was handled in one way and came back in another way. All the bottom screws of the computer was changed, without my consent, and the new ones that was put in place are ALL sticking out. They are ready to scratch any table the computer will be put on. This computer is new and is just insane that the original screws were replaced! I'm really in shock for that change. 0 out of 5 stars 2. Problem solving was is 1 out of 5 stars. I had to guide Ali on what to do all the way through. He replaced the motherboard, but the computer didn't worked properly. My hard drive had to be formatted. Thanks ME all the files are saved, for he didn't know how to saved them if I didn't tell him what to do. Ali didn't seem an expert with Mac devices. 1 out of 5 starts. 3. It was a big mistake of you asking for my charger. I had to drive 30 minutes to your office to tell you that the problem on the computer was not in the battery, nor on the hard drive, but on the installation of the motherboard. Waste of time. As a parent, I would love have this job done and ASAP. I really don't have all the time of the world. 4. For the time it took to install the motherboard and all the hassles, it would be great if you make CHEAPER, the final price for your service, not more expansive. If you said it would cost $260 dollars for the service, stick with it. Have no idea why you charged me extra $100 dollars. 5. Lastly, Ali is an easy going guys. At least it's my impression. Easy to get in touch with almost at anytime, BUT, being nice and available are not enough qualities to offer an excelente service. It needs more. More excellence and some honesty. read more

Ali, the owner, was extremely helpful and responsive in taking the time to drive to all the way to Tysons to help me set up my home office with 4 monitors, two laptops and some peripherals. He arrived on time, charged a fair price and asked me to keep in touch should I need anything adjusted. I highly commend the quality of his work, professionalism and commitment to customer service. Thanks again, Ali! I may have you back again soon for another project. read more

One Stop is an an excellent example of a small business which is customer oriented, provides quality service, and is very affordable. Ali repaired my Beats in less than 1 day and price matched some sketchy on-line service requesting that I mail the headphones and they would send them back. Ali was extremely professional, very nice, and did a great job on the repair. I will definitely use OSCS for future jobs. Thanks Ali. Dr. Ross read more
