He was able to place the mount onto the wall with no issue, however as he was about to mount the TV, it slipped from his hands and fell to the floor and shattered. We plugged the TV in and it no longer works because it's so damaged. There are glass shards everywhere and on top of that he caused damage to my apartment as well. There are pieces of TV lodged onto the wall that I can't get out. I had indicated on the form that I cannot help to lift the TV. I am not capable of lifting something this heavy. However you guys did not read the form and you sent only one person to do this job!! And clearly he wasn't able to do the job because the TV fell because apparently it was too heavy for him and my TV got damaged. My TV no longer works! This is so unacceptable, he didn't even apologize. He instead tried to blame it on me. I had told him that my TV was mounted at my last apartment for 5 years. This is 1,000% his fault. And HelloTech is taking FOREVER to refund the broken TV and damaged floors! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I was a bit shocked because it was more than twice the amount of the second most expensive quote we received. I confirmed with Sam via text that the price was correct because it was more than twice the price of 4 other quotes I received. He confirmed that it was indeed correct. This review is long overdue…read more James installed our Sonos system at our home in Ashburn shortly after we moved in back in July 2014. In addition, he installed our new flat-screen TV -- coming up with a custom solution that worked perfectly. He also did some troubleshooting on our CAT-5 ethernet and installed wi-fi routers throughout the home. Last but not least, he managed to resurrect the in-home speaker system which had been dormant for 5+ years. The home came equipped with ceiling mounted JBL speakers in 3 rooms, but the previous owner never managed to get them working. James removed the antiquated / non-functioning receiver and equipment from our media closet, and replaced it with a Sonos system -- and breathed new life into those JBL speakers. Now we enjoy Pandora, iTunes, etc throughout the home. James is amazingly resourceful, shows up on time, does great work, and always can be counted on to return a call. His professionalism and attention to detail are beyond reproach. We're doing a porch, deck, and pool addition right now, and I will be 100% calling James to help with our outdoor hi-fi / wi-fi needs.

This install was for a training room at a Fire Station, and this was a project that Aomed felt strongly about. We worked together for the next few months on the equipment options and installation schedule. Despite our limited budget Aomed worked with us to maximize what we were getting, while giving us a great deal. Communication is a bit on the slow side, but the result exceeded our expectations and we now have a very nice AV setup thanks to Aomed and his team.
