Kudos to uBreakiFix in Fairfax. Wife's 5 month old Samsung S21+ screen wouldn't turn on. Fearing the worse especially during an extra long holiday weekend, I called uBreakiFix on Saturday evening and they were able to fit us in Sunday afternoon. Dropped off the phone about 1pm and by 4pm it was back working 100%. Didn't cost a us anything since it was under warranty. Appreciate how easy they made it and how quickly they got the phone working again. read more

Timely replacement of broken screen. I recommend the clone OEM screen rather than the authentic manufacturer part for personal devices. Other than some minor artifact key presses denoted by bluish round highlight areas or warning of a non-authentic Apple product listed--it otherwise worked as expected. read more

Spent $165 getting mt iPhone 12 pro max rear glass replaced, it lasted less than a day before it broke. It was an aftermarket glass that was worthless. My phone now has 3X as many cracks in it than before the repair. They said they might give me $30 off a second repair, why would I want junk parts again. Use another repair shop read more

I have insurance through AT&T. I filed a claim for broken back glass and mic at 10am. I called back at 12pm to check on my claim if I could come in. They told me they still don't have the claim available. I asked them how long it usually takes for claims to come in. The employee told me an hour....sir it's been two hours. I've been trying to fix my phone for three days now and all they do is give you the run around probably until you don't show your face anymore. Seems like they have too many claims to handle for 2-3 employees. Mind you I pay monthly for insurance so I expect way better service and quicker service. I just need a replacement because that's what the employee told me they do for broken mics. I just want to fix my phone so I can upgrade my phone and get out of yalls hair. Employees are nice but seem lost and misinformed. Customer service needs a lot of work. read more

I set up a home visit computer repair through their website/Market Commons location, for which my credit card was charged b/c of the home visit. I never received a confirmation email. I called the store to inquire about whether the tech was coming. They claimed to have no record of my appointment and they said they don't even do in home computer repairs. I requested a refund, and they said they couldn't refund me because they don't have any record of my request for service. They told me to call Asurion, which I did. I was transferred around to 6 different reps, all who gave me the same run around. I eventually had to dispute the charge with my credit card company b/c no one from the company was willing to help me. read more

Best customer service I've ever gotten getting my phone repaired hands down. Everyone on the staff was trying so hard to help and make it the best/easiest experience it could've been. After they repaired the front it still didn't work so I got the back replaced as well. Come in and they tell me they were able to fix it without changing the back and saved me $300. These guys are amazing and do everything same day. Really amazing experience and I will absolutely be going back. Shoutout to them for making this go so well even though we kept coming across problems we weren't expecting! read more

visited the store and was told that they could not fix my phone under warranty due to couple of very minor dimples on the flex glass that comes installed from factory. this dimples are at the very top corner of the screen which they found after looking with zoomed camera under a light. they will not honor any factory warranty by samsung giving you a BS reasons not to cover it so they can make more money. such as getting money from the extended warranty if you have any plus the deductible. after having the phone for 11 months, who doesn't have minor scratches or couple of dings on their phones. they will not honor factory warranty unless it's in prestine condition like just out of box. they are getting away with it since they are the only authorized repair facility to samsung. don't get your hopes up on getting your phone fixed under factory warranty because they'll find a way to deny you read more

Used their services several times and have been happy with the service each time. Very convenient and helpful!

They charged me $100 to repair my screen and the same day I called that my phone was ghost writing. They agreed to change my screen and I made an appointment. When I came in the store the manager told me my phone was not ghost writing after telling me I am typing too fast: he was checking it by typing extremely slow. He was rude and condescending and refused to have another employee type on my phone and see what I was saying. I am older so I generally type slow but my screen is jumping letters, putting space bars, signing me in to things, closing apps randomly. It does not work and the rude manager Josh refused to fix it. DO NOT get your phone fixed they are ripping you off. I can't believe I waited this long to fix my screen and it worked better when it was completely broken! Any grammatically errors on here are cause of my screen by the way Update: NO if you look at the video he refused to have another employee touch my screen. He wrote the same sentence extremely slow. I have already contacted corporate where they will deal with Josh. Not only that but why would I want to go in there if there was nothing wrong with my phone?? As a business owner you should see that there is no logic in me coming in there if in fact there was nothing wrong with my phone. You as a business owner are also not giving me the respect I should receive as a paying customer. read more

This place and the people are always extremely helpful! I had the pleasure of being helped by Emris, who was courteous, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. Got help fitting a brand new GPU into a rather old PC with an out of date motherboard. His knowledge and resourcefulness shined through. Always an awesome experience stopping by here for help! read more

Excellent service. Second time I've had a battery replacement here. Why go here instead of the Apple Store? Because you'll get the phone back in 2 hours or less while you wait at the poshest Whole Foods, they'll dust/clean out your phone, and they'll replace with OEM parts. With Apple, it's a faceless company and you don't know if they'll take care of you well. Here, they absolutely take care of you well. Owner, thanks for taking my Yelp quote request, even late at night on a Friday. I don't encourage this much responsiveness, as being this available would make anyone crazy, but as a consumer it's very nice. read more

It was great experience dealing over phone and in person Great service and reasonable prices and highly recommend read more

Took in my iPhone 13 mini for battery replacement-They were honest about pricing and thoroughly explained the process. Great job!

Great service! They were able to squeeze me in just prior to the shop closing for the evening and limit my time without my phone to just under two hours from break to fix. That said, I hate the cost of a new OEM iPhone screen. If not for that, they would definitely get 5 stars from me. read more

took a iPad in as the charging cable had a piece break off and go no longer charge it. took it in and I can try and get it out but it could break and we would have to put a new pory in. said go ahead he was back in two minutes and it was fixed and no charge. how about that for service, I bet some shops would have said it broke and charged me to replace it. how would have I known. great service read more

The repair on my kids' iPads was exceptional! They managed to fix both screens in just one day and did an outstanding job!

Casey was really helpful and she helped my phone be able to charge their was debris inside of the charging port and she cleaned it for free.

What a professional crew of patient tech experts! The Fairfax crew provided great customer service on the phone and in person. They replaced my battery on my 5-year old Samsung phone without difficulty. The only glitch was the repair took much longer than estimated (2 hours vs 45 minutes) because they were slammed and unexpectedly short staffed. Highly recommend. read more

Josh J. at the Market Commons in Fairfax, VA provided excellent service. He called me as soon the shop received my Assurion insurance claim. Turns out my phone just had a cracked screen protector, not a cracked screen. Josh replaced the protector quickly, and upon my request helped me pick out a phone protector case. Overall he provided super quick, super service. Thanks Josh. I'll certainly refer friends to you and I'll return should my phone need repair. read more

Update. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Yes Brenda, I have been to your location. One of your weebs told me that I was the problem when it turned out that he was the incompetent one. I sent my phone to Samsung and got it fixed in a week. It's back now, new case, new screen protector, and most importantly, functioning screen. It's sad to see that you only honor the reviews of incapable clients who you've manipulated into paying you for fixing something that I can fix in under an hour. But I guess, if I can't do it, neither can you, neither can your rude, lying, scamming staff, and neither can your stupid parent company. read more

This place is amazing! I totally shattered my Pixel phone screen and brought it there during a busy day. I was totally expecting to leave it there a few days; they surprised me by saying it'd be a few hours. I am pretty sure they had it back to me less than two hours after I dropped it off! It is like new. Customer service was great and turn-around time was much appreciated! read more

They did a great job repairing my phone screen! Two months later and it's still working great. I did initially have some glitching issues, but they took a look at it and it was good as new. I stopped by today because my iPhone 11's top speaker was not working. All I could hear were crackles and distortion. Since I was still under warranty, I took it by the shop to make sure it wasn't an issue with the previous repair. Brandon was kind enough to explain to me his hunch on what might be wrong with it. He believed it wasn't an issue with the screen, and took it in for a diagnostic. Normally that takes 24 hours, but he told me I could come back in an hour before instead. I honestly dreaded the worst, thinking I'd have to change the part and leave my phone for a full repair. When I went back, I believe Brenda, the owner, showed me my phone and it was working perfectly! She explained very kindly that the phone's speaker can get blocked over time. They cleaned it out and it was back to normal. They tested it a few times before they handed it over just to make sure. I was fully ready (and willing) to pay for the cleaning, but Brenda insisted on nothing! I was so shocked and thankful to the team at this location. They did such a wonderful job helping me and my poor phone. I appreciated the kindness and helpful nature of both Brenda and Brandon! Thanks again read more

Most impressive business. I walked in and had to wait oh probably 30 seconds for someone to ask me, " May I help you?". My computer was looked at and ready to be picked up a day earlier than expected. It was so worth the $$$. I will definitely be back when needed. read more

Amazing!! Did what those thieves at Apple couldn't! I went to Apple to get my phone fix after it turned off unexpectedly and they couldn't help me at all, the guys here got it working again in a day and now it works perfectly fine! AMAZING!! read more

If you get as frustrated as I do when electronics don't work and need someone patient to explain it in simple terms what's wrong. It's this place. Not only are they professional and to the point. They don't try to sell you anything more or try to scam you and unlike geek squad there is no need for membership. Diagnosis is free too! I've been there twice one for my phone and once for my laptop. Each time they took it in told me what was wrong with it, how they would fix it and how much it would be. read more

Freaking amazing experience! Jamie came to my house and fixed my damaged screen in no time! There was terrible traffic due to the pedestrian bridge collapse over I-295 that caused me to be delayed for our original appointment time. Jamie was so nice and accommodating- he quickly rescheduled me for 2 hours later. I can't say enough positive things about Jamie and his professionalism. He was a really friendly guy too! read more

My husband's iPhone 11 fell face down while getting out of his truck and completely shattered his front screen. I called various places for estimate and not one place went under $250. Finally I remember that my sibling use to work at one of these franchises and gave this Fairfax location. They asked about the phone and quickly gave me a quote, $200 for the best quality screen replacement. I went around 3:30 to drop off the phone and got a call an hour later saying to stop by to pick it up at my convenience. What I liked most was that it was hassle free and they are very friendly! Definitely recommend them! read more
