I originally found iTech on yelp, and I'm so glad I did! Between myself, my husband and teenagers, I've used iTech probably a dozen times in the past few years for screen replacements. Every time, service has been faster, less expensive and with better screens than the storefront repair shops. And a much better deal than my insurance deductible. Lately, I also purchased a refurbished 6 from iTech and he completely rebuilt my husband's phone after a bike crash shattered the screen and smashed the plastic that makes up the top of the phone. After having a horrible experience with a mobile iTech, I found myself looking here for help with my phone. I had a shattered iPhone 6S screen and some damage on the frame, but despite this, David told me to come back in half an hour. I was skeptical at first, but when I came back after half an hour, David just needed a couple of minutes to fix my screen, and it was perfect. David was very courteous and he replies very fast. If you're wondering if you should come get your phone repaired here, don't doubt yourself and go. On the other hand, David has the repairs done at home, but you can wait in the living room or go out while he fixes your phone. He also prefers cash, but takes card without any complaints. My phone seemed to be in better condition than when I had it refurbished from the insurance company, Asurion. In fact, David even showed me the errors in how Asurion had refurbished my phone (the sides were lifting due to cheap adhesives used by the insurance company). He fixed that as well, too. I got my iPhone 5 fixed here after I cracked the screen. The phone worked fine after the fix, but eventually I noticed that the typing mechanism was slowed and the keyboard pixels were really off. I tried to get in touch with David to see if he can fix it but he was unable to be reached. When I first made contact with him to fix my phone, his schedule was wide open and he was super accommodating. However, now that I've brought to his attention that there are issues with my phone...he suddenly became unavailable. After exchanging a few texts, he stopped making contact with me. So I guess the take home lesson is that he can fix your phone.... but will he be a gentleman when it comes to owing up to his mistakes? The first time I had my phone fixed by David everything seemed fine at first but after about a week there were white spots and patches on my screen that looked like pressure spots. I let him know and he said he would take a look and that he would give me $15 off the second repair. Second time he gives me back my phone saying there was an issue and that the home button no longer works. I was upset because everything was working before he did the second repair. NOW not only is my home button not functioning but the whole screen is coming off because of some cheap replacement screen/glue he used I'm assuming. Also the LCD broke as the screen started coming off :) I didn't have the same experience as everyone else posting these positive reviews apparently.
