This business is on the top of my retail and services list. I have used them for some pretty simple stuff, wiping a hardrive, cleaning up my old computer's insides. The are nice, friendly, helpful and are extremely reasonably priced. They definetly go the extra mile in everyway. Yesterday my Android went a bit crazy. Apps wouldn't work, gmail failed. I called Maliq to see about bringing it in. Instead, he walked me through a successful reboot. Always helpful even if he didn't make anything off it. Highly recommend. read more

Thank you for upgrading my gaming PC. I had an older machine that needed a bios update for a newer CPU. Computer and Cellular did the update, installed the CPU and ensured proper cooling. Thank you for the excellent price for the time spent. read more

These guys were great. Was looking to get a shattered iPad screen repaired before Thanksgiving travel (anyone with kids can understand why that was a priority) but time got away from me and I only had a day and change to get it done. I dropped off in the morning and asked about picking up at COB, they didn't make promises but probably saw the look of quiet desperation on my face. Anyway, they called at 5pm to let me know it was ready. Some fine repair work at a bit less than I was expecting to pay. read more

Great service! Quick, informative, and no B.S. I came in because my USB port was broken and Ali was completely honest, which is really hard to find around here. He said it was too expensive to fix the USB itself ($150) and I'd be better off using a USB adapter, which I bought for $12. I got a free diagnostic when other companies charge $50 or said it would take weeks to get the parts. And I didn't need an appointment. He also mentioned I have other computer problems because of the generic power cord I purchased and it would also be too expensive to fix. He added that I should consider buying the manufacturer cord off Amazon and highlighted the benefits/drawbacks of whatever I decided. Now I can actually do work from home again, instead of drive 30 minutes across town to access my work email account! I will definitely be coming here again! read more

This is a great store. I needed my hard drive removed due to me being unable to remove the screw. I was able to come, have it removed for $20.0. For comparison, best buy charged 100, and other places I called charged 80 or more. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this place read more

The gentleman who helped me couldn't have been more professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use this business in the future.

This is the place to have your computer repaired. Malik is as knowledgeable as anyone I've ever met. The prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent. The employees are honest and only offer to sell or service what needs to be done and nothing more. I wouldn't take my computers anywhere else. read more

This place continues to be awesome! I went by for the second time, to replace yet another shattered phone screen (my own fault ). They got it done SUPER fast, and at a price better than most of the local competition that I've found. Great service, great price, happy customer. Thanks again boys. For reference, the old review from visit #1: This place is GREAT! Needed my iPhone screen replaced after managing to completely shatter the screen. Called a few minutes before they opened, and they were willing to let me come in and replaced the screen while I waited. Price was better than or equal to anywhere else in the area I was able to find. Took a half hour and everything works perfect. Would absolutely come back here (hopefully I never have to)- and would recommend to a friend. read more

Husband had cracked iPhone screen repaired here a few months ago; this time it was my turn! My iPhone xS screen was basically in shambles; took a hard fall and the entire screen was shattered. The Computer & Cellular team was able to replace the screen in 45 minutes and it only cost $100. Very surprised (and so grateful) that they could accommodate same day. Highly recommend! read more

Don't judge a book by its cover! GREAT experience and will 100% return again if I ever am unfortunate enough to have any broken electronics. The staff were very attentive and professional. They responded to an inquiry about a broken USB drive within minutes, and quoted a price significantly lower than the competition! Also, as an added bonus they have free consultations. Thank you Computer & Cellular for an excellent experience overall! read more

Came to Computer and Cellular (this review is in reference to the customer service/attitude received at this location after stopping by to pickup an item. As I arrive to complete my transaction the item I reserved was provided to someone else. The issue is with the customer service provided...the young man working at the time was very nonchalant and more focused on letting me know that it 'wasn't their fault' than working on a solution. Eventually, I ended up driving across town to get a similar item. Will not use this company again. read more

I found this store based on Yelp reviews and they are all accurate. This store is amazing. I came in with my iphone that had a cracked screen, corroded motherboard and broken cameras. Mohammed was honest in that he might not be able to fix the phone and didn't charge me first to tell me that after. Mohammed worked on my phone for an hour and repaired all parts including the camera for $165. His prices are significantly lower than others in the area. One other store quoted me $120 for just the screen. I will definitely be going back to this store to repair my tablet. Thank you Mohammed for saving me the cost of purchasing a new phone. read more

This very small business local to me and supported by me and many friends is outstanding with customer service, honesty, and very decent prices for services and products. Malik was extremely helpful today and as I am leaving his shop I felt the need to voice to text this review as I'm driving. I feel the need to update my review to another (much deserved) "5 star" with more accolades for the small local business. The pricing for products and services is beyond reasonable at is cheaper than what you will find elsewhere and especially in corporate locations. Kudos to their professional and honest service! I will continue to recommend their business and serve us to everyone and for a long time to come, I am sure! Update: I just went back in to get my phone screen replaced. The manager (owner?) is soooo nice and immediately replaced the screen after analyzing any other issues which may have been presenting. He assessed the button issue I was having for my volume/ringer and gave me advice about that. He replaced the glass (cracked) screen protector for free! I was in and out in less than three minutes and am grateful for the kindness and honesty of this small business! Kudos to them. Highly recommended!!!! read more

As they say, "don't judge a book by its cover." A run-down little shop, filled with what can only be called computer scraps, nestled next to a sketchy 7-11: Doesn't sound great, does it? But go inside, talk to the tech, and get your tablet repaired. I broke LCD on an iPad Air and Apple wanted $300+ to fix it. Computer & Cellular (or, as they also go by, "Drop & Fix Computer") did it for about one-third of the price and it was ready in a couple of days. Normally, it would have been a couple of hours, but they happened to be out of stock. I'm pretty rough on phones and tablets, so I'm sure I'll be back. I don't know how they do it at this price... they also have a decent selection of used phones and tablets for sale at great prices. read more

These guys need more credit. Friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and no B.S. service. I came in with a broken smartphone screen. They priced it really well, especially compared to the big-box chain competition. They gave me 2 days for the part to come in. Part came in the next day. They repaired it in an hour and I less than 24 hours I was out the door with a fixed smartphone. Will be my only spot for when my gadgets need some TLC :D read more

Computer & Cellular is nestled right next to the neighborhood 7/11. What a treat! Upon your arrival to this wondrous establishment, you are greeted by a potentially deaf older asian man. He then directs you to younger tech-savvy gentleman. This man is a life saver. He fixed my (utterly shattered beyond recognition) iPhone 6 screen in under 20 minutes. And he did it with a SMILE. What's more is he then offered to fit a glass proactive casing on the outside of the screen for future slippery phone mishaps. He is a truly honorable homo-sapien. Don't let the store's seemingly sketchy facade fool you, the service is gold! A regular diamond in the rough. G'bless this store & America. read more

Walked in this morning right after they opened. My phone was fixed in about 45 minutes for a reasonable price. It was cheaper than using Tmobile's insurance. (Don't go off of that because repairing this way voids your insurance from your carrier) but yeah! Cool group of guys. I'm not sure who fixed my phone but thank you. read more

Amazing service. Fixed my phone for very cheap and did their best to help me back it up after experiencing a water issue.

This store has a humble demeanor, and is a great independent store. For the past few years, I have had positive experiences with the business doing work on my phones, tablets, and computers. The staff is honest, and in my case has done a great job estimating what it would take to get my electronic device fixed, been honest in setting expectations, and done quality work for me. While I have not bought anything, the store sells phones, used computers, and budget phone plans. If I was in the market to buy such things, I would buy it here without hesitation. read more

My Dell computer's hard drive crashed recently. Although it was 5 yrs old, it had an I7 Dual Core processor in it and was still quite capable and worth repairing. I brought the machine to C & C and worked with Malik. He confirmed my "diagnosis" and detailed my options. He could have gotten me up and running within 24 hrs but I wanted a special order digital drive (same brand/type he recommended, just larger capacity) . Malik installed the new digital HD, loaded Windows 10, and cleaned/checked the entire unit. The PC is now better than new with greatly enhanced speed and performance. The storefront is modest but the staff if great and their prices are beyond reasonable. read more

This shop is my kind of place. No frills. Honest & helpful service. Quick, affordable and trustworthy. I mean I have nothing bad to say. Went in to have my destroyed iPhone screen fixed. It was done in an hour and on the cheap. I was so impressed with how friendly and knowedgable they were when i dropped off my phone that while I was waiting I went home and grabbed my laptop that I had been having trouble with to get their opinion. They gave me some great advice free of charge & didn't try to sell me anything in the process. They have a customer for life (well, at least as long as I'm in the area!) read more

Please visit the guys at C&C for all your devices' screen repair needs. I have been there several times for kids' phone repairs and my own laptop screen. These repairs are always urgently needed. Each time, I have experienced very personal attention and a surprisingly quick turnaround for the repair, and at a very reasonable cost. With their convenient location, there is no other place to go for these repair jobs. I'm grateful for your repeated services. Please support their efforts. You won't be disappointed! read more

Took my iPhone here after I was told by the Apple Store that it had evidence of water damage. I tried one of those cell phone repair kiosks at the mall and they couldn't fix it. So, before having to buy a new phone, I tried this place as a last resort. They replaced the screen with an OEM part and replaced the logic board cover correctly to make it work. Awesome fast and reliable customer service. Will definitely take my phone or computers there for repair in the future. Thanks for saving me several hundred dollars! read more

I was having a lot of trouble with my MacBook connecting to my Adobe Creative Cloud which I need in order to do about half of my work now that I am now working from my home during Covid. After speaking with a software company that I was questioning was perhaps the reason I couldn't connect to the Adobe cloud and even had Adobe try to help me, I still couldn't get it to work. In a panic I looked up computer repair places and this one is close to where I live so I drove there thinking they may not even be able to help me because it was more like a "uhmmm, I dont know how to turn my computer on sort of feeling". However, when I arrived and told Malik, I believe one of the managers, not only did he not look at me in that way I was scared someone would, as if I was having a blank moment, but he seemed intrigued and really wanted to find out what was up. Long story short, after a few days they were able to not only get it working but also were able to find a fresh new start with connecting to my Adobe cloud. They went even an extra mile and talked with Adobe themselves. I asked how much for the repair, and was so astonished and in disbelief of generous compensation I was told. Put it this way, barely nothing. Much props and gratitude to Malik and his team. I am now able to get back to cranking out work. Will def be back again with for their services. Highly recommend for computer repair and diagnostics read more

Never did I leave a review for a place 2wice... and this would be the first time! These folks at Computer & Cell are legit and pros on what they do. I recently brought back a device they previously worked on and to clean the selfie camera since there were some dust and charged me "0", unlike most repair shops will. Unbeatable and reasonable repair prices. Highly recommend them to everyone who needs repairs on their cell and computers. A special shout-out to Muhammad and Malik (store mgr) hope I got your names right lol.. for helping me out! Thanks guys! read more

After spilling coffee on my work MacBook and trying to take it to more well known sources of IT support to salvage the hard drive (and finding no one had time to pull/check the hard drive for 3-5 days) Malik absolutely saved the day. Within 15 minutes he confirmed my data was intact, built a complete backup within a day, and even rebuilt the computer within a week. While time was more essential for me than cost, a pleasant surprise was that he also did this all for a fraction the cost I had been quoted by the more well known vendors. Hoping I don't need his services again anytime soon, but if I do, he will be my first call (now stored in my phone as "Malik Computer Hero"). read more

I went to this place with high expectations. I went in and didn't have to wait to be serviced. Dropped off my phone and went home to wait because it's like a 5 minute drive back and forth to my house. Came back to pick it up and was satisfied but when I looked closely the speaker to hear people when you have the phone to your ear was kinda off. I let that slide but a month later the screen starts to pop out on the corner. I thought that was strange so I just pressed down on it and it popped back in. A couple days ago I noticed the screen starts to pop out again but now it's from corner to corner on 3 corners so the screen looks like it's hovering. I tried pushing it back in but it didn't work so I was going to head back to the place and get it fixed. The other day my phone gets snagged in my pocket when I tried pulling it out I heard two pop noises and ended up dropping my phone and cracking the screen but before it fell I saw something strange happen. The screen had completely come off the phone. How does the screen come off the phone? The only thing holding it together is some thick flat cable inside. Still works but I'm not trying to have my screen dangle everywhere I go. I'm going to head in today and see what they will do but the screen peeling off like that is unacceptable. read more
