Workmanship warranty is garbage. I had the screen replaced on my iPhone and brought it in after the screen stopped responding to touch about 2 months after replacement. They took it back to be looked at, and handed it back a few hours later and told me it was fixed. If it happened again, they would send it off to their Arlington store for replacement. Great! 7 days later, same thing happens... So when I take it back the second time they said that there was damage to the LCD connector on the motherboard. It was lifting off the board, hence the unresponsiveness. This hadn't been mentioned to me the first 2 times being seen here.. So obviously I was confused. The only time this part is touched is during screen replacement. They said the phone was brought in with this damage. I broke my screen in October of 2016. I had it replaced May of 2017. Worked great with broken screen for 6 months.  They claim the damage is from the then - but not symptomatic until a few weeks after screen replacement? ...Doubtful. I certainly haven't cracked open the phone and messed with the LCD connector on the motherboard. Only one person did. You do the math.  I brought this up, but they refused to acknowledge they caused the problem and fix in accordance with their workmanship warranty. They offered to fix the damage they caused for $180. No thanks! I asked for documentation saying this damage was pre-existing. It should have been caught in a screen replacement and documented. One guy told us they had documentation claiming the damage was there at original drop-off but then recanted when we pressed for it. Now I'm stuck getting a new phone, right before a release of the phone I've been waiting for. You may save a few bucks up front here but it costs more in the long run. read more

I really wanted to leave a good review since this is super close to home and I am literally the murderer of all phones and frequently need these types of services. My screen replacement and all went fine. No issues. They were done in about an hour and I haven't broken it *yet* While checking out they ran my card, the guy mumbled something about it not working and then swiped it again. He got the "duplicate transaction" error. He continued running my card and getting the same error. I mean, I'm telling the guy it worked if it says it's duplicate. So he changes it to $78.99 from $79 to "bypass" the error. AKA, charging me twice. So while standing there I bring up my bank account, show them the duplicate charge and they "refunded" me for the duplicate transaction. Here we are, 3 weeks later and no refund. We've gone by twice now and they said each time they have already refunded. Nope. We FINALLY got a check, but honestly.. it was so preventable and was so poorly handled we won't be back. read more

I should just get a new phone but I have to much memories in my phone to let it go lol. Wife dropped her phone, so we took it in to get the screen repaired. Fast turn around time, nice people, they get 1 star for that. When I picked it up, he demonstrated that the phone worked, I checked the camera, electronics worked fine. It had one of those flimsy new - screen protectors on, I saw bubbles under the protector but figured it was fine. They said it was a new screen, I assumed it would be in mint condition so i didn't bother rejoining the protector and just took it home. Big mistake. Removed the plastic and noticed a 1 cm diameter chip in the bottom corner. With the protector on, it just looked like one of the many bubbles. This is about 10 minutes after i picked it up, I call them back to tell them. The guy says it will be a couple days for them to get a replacement. A week passes, have heard nothing from them. Wife calls them back, they say they need to talk to the supervisor and they will call her after. Ok, 2 calls 2 different responses, kinda odd but letting it go. Another week passes, still no word from them, I call and get their voicemail. I leave a message asking for a call back. 24 hours later I have heard nothing do I go into the store. They tell me they didn't get my voicemail from the night before and of the 2 calls before that, only the second one got recorded in their system. They then say that the chip looks like it was dropped so they won't replace it. They would give a 60% discount on a new screen, but a replacement was out of the picture. Completely different from what the first guy had told us. Given that the phone was in my possession the whole 10 minutes before i realized it was broken, I think I would know if I had dropped it. Which leads me to believe they dropped it before giving it back to me and just hoped I wouldn't notice it. Yes, it's my fault for not thoroughly checking the screen when I picked it up, but good customer service would address any issues before they occur such as telling me to remove the cover and examine the screen. Or at the very least, give some sort of disclaimer that when I leave the store any issues I find will no longer be their problem. In summary, good people, terrible communication and shady service. Will not be returning. read more

Shattered my iPhone 6 Plus screen and needed it replaced. Contacted some friends and they told me about iTouch across from the new Wegmans shopping center on Beulah Road. Showed up and within 30 mins my phone was fixed for cheaper than anyone else quoted me AND got a discount on a case/tempered screen. The customer service was amazing - very friendly and informative!! I looked online for a place open during covid. All things pointed to this place being open. Made an appointment online. Got a confirmation email and two other emails about my account. Along with two texts saying my work order was started. Hey there for my 1130 appt and a sign on the door says closed and to call a number. The woman answers it without even identifying it as a business number so I have to ask if I have the right person. Then she tells me she will call me back at noon and they will reopen at that time. I'm sorry I understand that Covid has place is shut down, and I would never give a one star review for something like that. But if you have all of your online presence saying you're open and you allow people to make online appointments, then you need to be there or change your system so that people don't drive out of your way to find out that you're not open. I dropped my iphone and shattered the glass. I was able to get an appointment at the Alexandria location within an hour and my phone glass was replaced by Andrew in 30 minutes. Later in the day I noticed I couldn't hear callers, camera wasn't working and flashlight was inoperable. I went back to Andrew the next morning, he figured out the problem and replaced the part within 15 minutes. His genuineness, patience and customer service is by far the best I have seen as of late.
